• Judy (10/5): Suited us for our visit to the area to visit family.easy check in and good communication with hosts - Great location and had everything we needed for our stay. Back yard could do with a revamp. Not very inviting to site outside.
• Eden (8/5): Short stay in glenelg - The location, the decor and the parking. Outdoor spaces were great i could open the back door and have my morning coffee before others woke The 2 single beds in the open room. No n privacy. I would have preferred fold out beds in the lounge room. So I could have shut the door for privacy. I wouldn't stay there again unless ut was just 2 people using the main bedroom
• Alison (7/5): Very disappointed in the garden as dirty and their was an outhouse at the bottom of the garden. - Location was great. Short walk to beach. No air .con in lounge and bedroom. Windows did not open. Garden was dirty Very different from photos.
• Annie (6/5): Pleasant house very close to the beach. - It’s a great location, close to the beach and cafes. It was very dark and in need of updating and painting. The rooms were dusty, paint was chipped and the dishes hadn’t been cleaned properly.

• Naige (Mike) (5/5): An ok place if you are travelling as a small group of 2-4 to share the cost. - Good location. Quiet neighbourhood. Thoughtful host who reached out to check in on us. Below average level of cleanliness, in particular kitchen. The outdoor dining table in the backyard was covered in thick dust. Most furnitures felt old or even filthy (the indoor dining table and chairs need to be replaced imho). Overall the property is overpriced for what it has to offer.

• Juan Jose (7/5): - The location is excellent, 2 blocks from the beach, close to the center of Glenelg and public transport. The apartment is very well equipped, with a very comfortable bed and a very hot shower. This is our second time here. The first time was in the summer and it was great! This time we came at the end of September and the weather at night and early in the morning is quite cold in Adelaide and the house has no heating, only a split unit in the entrance where that space is not used, and two resistance units in one room and in the living room, but they don't really heat up enough to be comfortable in the house. Not much light comes in during the day, so the house is cold. I think that with a heating unit in the living room it would be solved. This is constructive criticism. I would definitely come back outside of winter.
• Kate (8/5): Lovely little cottage in a great location. - Great location. Clean. Good communication and very courteous. Kitchen well stocked. Lovely renovation and fit out. A couple of things not working properly (stove top, WiFi, initially the tv). Staff were great in helping me with the problems.

• Juan Jose (10/5): - La ubicación es exelente , a 5 minutos caminando de la playa de Glenelg, y 10 minutos del muelle , las instalaciones son muy cómodas para una familia de 4 y estaba todo muy limpio , realmente muy recomendable Estuvo todo muy bien, sin quejas
• Dixie (9/5): Great Vibe,comfortable and clean. - I like the old world ambiance. The floorboards are rickety but nice. The morning and afternoon sun and seating area's. The Loquat tree in full Bloom. Nice and quiet. Freshly aired. The main double bedroom needs to be vacummed behind bedside table's as quite dusty(I'm allergic to dust mites) The bathroom drains are a little smelly at time's.
• Jason (7/5): Bath st - Great location, very comfortable beds and bedding. Kitchen was tiny, combined bathroom and toilet was really tiny and problematic catering to a family of four.

• Sue (6/5): good location but needs attention - The location was good. close to the Esplanade for walking also close to shops and easy walk for Trams. When walking into the property, there was a very musty smell needing to have both front and back entrances open to air the place. When arriving at the property, the front entrance verandah looked like it hadn’t been swept for a very long time with leaves everywhere. The property was not clean, there are cobwebs, the bathroom fan cover is filthy. The towels were very thin. There was only a thin Doona on the bed, the doona cover has a rip in it and the blanket from the cupboard had a disgusting smell. The washing machine needs instructions to work and very difficult to operate and open. The place is quaint but needs much attention to it and needs the input of a good design person to bring the presentation of the place up to speed.
