• Olivia (8/5): We had a lovely stay, staff were exceptional and the location was good too to get around via a moped. - The calmness and the staff. The beds were quite uncomfortable. It was hard to get to sleep

• Francesca (9/5): Tranquil and delightful - If you want a peaceful stay, this is the place to go! Loved the relaxing area, the pool was lovely, the rooms were clean and toilets were clean. Great value and the owners were so friendly and helpful. I purposefully booked it so I could have quiet space but you need a scooter to get anywhere from there. The showers were a little cold but no biggie.

Es perfecto e ideal para desconectar, descansar unos dias si estas viajando largo. La única cosa es que no había agua caliente en la ducha de la habitación, pero justo saliendo en la ducha de la piscina sí, así que fue perfecto

• Sana (10/5): I loved my stay! - I loved my stay at XPai! The beds were soo comfy and modern (but keep in mind they are quite slim). The property is really relaxing and far away from the "busyness" of Pai. It is more a family friendly place, so if you're looking for a place to party and meet a ton of people, I wouldn't say this is it, but if you want a peaceful, clean, and relaxing place to come back to at the end of the night, then this is the spot! The property was also able to rent me an affordable scooter. The property is far from the main center of Pai so a motorbike is necessary to get around.

The only fault was the smell of sewage sometimes, as we stayed in the lowest apartment, but nothing critical.

• Kim (10/5): Calm and quiet - The location was quiet and away from the loud city. With a scooter it was easily accessible. I stayed in a dorm and it was nice. AC and curtains for privacy. Even a personal fan in the beds. Scooter rental was an option for me but I’m not sure how many scooters they actually have. It was a fine stay, I think it’s a little bit high of a price for a dorm.

All the staff are very friendly and accommodating, the rooms are really nice, it isn’t over crowded like most hostels and the pool is perfect to cool you down The mattress and pillow are extremely firm, I like a firm mattress but this is too much.

• Thiago (10/5): Exceptional - Incredible place far from the noises of the city, if a chill time and family vibes is what you’re looking for, that’s your place. The staff is very kind and willing to help with anything, the dorm is very clean, and the beds are comfy, AC works properly without noise haha! I have got the dorm just for me during my stay, which was some very cool, there is also a space to do yoga, stretching or training. The place is a bit far from downtown, but if you have a scooter no big deal, I didn’t so I have been hitchhiking with the locals, walking, or got myself a bicycle for a few days, anyway it’s definitely worth it. Hot showers, enough showers and bathrooms, small kitchen to cook, and beautiful view. Thank XPai

• Kimberley (10/5): Amazing place must see - Amazing little spot away from the main town but a short walk or moped ride into town. The host was amazing very welcoming and couldn’t do enough for us. There’s moped hire on site but they had run out when we arrived so she took us to a friend who we hired them off. The breakfast provided was lovely. The seating area was also amazing with a view of the country side. The room was clean and modern, with a lovely bathroom and toiletries provided. I’ll definitely be coming back to this place on my next trip. The property was amazing the only problem was we were in room 1 the family suite under the terrace, the noise from the moving chairs was way too loud, it wasn’t bad when people were sleeping but afternoon naps with people upstairs was impossible. Nothing that could be done about it just a heads up if your in room 1 it would not stop me staying again.

• Nur (8/5): Really beautiful (: - It was outside of the city which I was happy about, cute kitchen and all amenities thought of- also total accessibility for people in wheelchairs which is amazing. It was quite loud, I think the rooms are not so isolated or something so you could hear everything. The woman in the front desk couldn’t speak much English so we had some communication issues sometimes- but she tried. Other then that loved the place
• Eleanor (5/5): good if youre wanting a quiet, secluded time, not so much if you want to be exploring/out and about in town - nice vibe if you like the secluded hippie type vibe, very quiet and peaceful. personally it was too far out from the centre, about a 45 min walk/5-10 min bike so you kind of had to rent a scooter which made it difficult when trying to get home after a night out, especially seeing as there are no grabs in pai and taxis in the town all close at 10/11ish. the beds were also very solid and the staff were lovely but spoke very little english.

• Amanda (10/5): Total Chill Out. - Such a beautiful chill out place. Met some great travellers and enjoyed the 2 nights. Lovely breakfast too. You need a scooter or make a deal for 150 baht with the taxi. Too far too walk from town.
• Parisa (8/5): Lovely place, very much out of town - I had the family room with balcony which was facing the fields behind the property and had a gorgeous view. The bed was super comfortable and room was big and clean. There is no hot water in the bungalows but there is a bit of hot water in the communal shower (but it finishes quickly). The location is great if you like to be away from everything but without a bike you’re pretty my stranded. There is nothing around the property to eat food or buy supplies to cook.

• Andraz (7/5): Good location for relaxing by the pool, but bathroomes are located in a separate building. - Location is a bit out of town, perfect for relaxation, but you do need a scooter for getting around. Pool and terrace is a great plus. Beds are comfortable with curtains for privacy. Outdoor kitchen with refrigirator, stove, pots, dishesh, sink and microwave available. To access bathrooms, you need to pass through the terrace, which is fine as long as it is not raining or cold outside. Same goes for the kitchen.

I had to go get a broom and sweep my lodgings out myself. No room service. Their is no remedial massage at all(as I'm sure they advertised). One young man (he was clean cut and well groomed), was told ..."I let you stay last night but you must go..we do not want your type here"..the young man had several tattoos, I believe that was the reason he was ejected. Another man(with family, of Indian decent), told me he had problems with her too. Sectarianism and racism alive and well. Be fore warned . I would not recommend this place.

• Foysal (8/5): A great nice and quiet place to stay in Pai. - Loved the property and the facilities. The dorm beds are nice cozy and clean. The breakfast is super nice. The lady working there was also very kind and helpful. The area, actually it's a bit far away from the city. So you need to be careful if you don't rent a bike or car in Pai. But they have pick up service.
