Anything you asked for assistance from a tour to booking a boat back to Male was no problem. Breakfast included was exceptional as I loved the Maldivian local breakfast of fresh tuna & grated coconut. Do not miss it! My room was large with a window i could open, but aircon & fan also. I stayed here 6 nights, and everything was consistent. Thanks for a great stay in Ukulhas! Was sad to leave. Nothing

• Sebastian (10/5): Wonderful place! - What a wonderful place! From day one, everyone here has been so helpful. The breakfast is absolutely delicious - I highly recommend the "Olhumathi Special" - it’s simply amazing! The lunches at the restaurant are also delicious, and I got a free liter of water with every meal! The room was very clean and had everything I needed, and the internet was very fast. I recommend checking out the view of the island from the rooftop, it’s incredible, especially at sunrise! The staff also helps organize trips where you can see mantas, sharks, turtles, and many other interesting places. I definitely recommend it to anyone who wants to have a wonderful vacation!

• Constantin Bogdan (7/5): Very friendly and useful staff. Value hotel, would benefit from investments. Excellent cook. - The food at the restaurant was tasty, fresh, very well cooked. They prepared special food for our lactose-intolerant dietary restrictions. The staff was flexible about our jet lagged sleeping patterns. Very friendly personnel who made us feel at home. They can also organize excursions, day trips, beach dinners, massage sessions. The accommodation is rather basic and could use some investments to bring it up to date. The steep stairs to the upper floors might be difficult to approach by smaller children or seniors. The upper terrace is full with flower pots which is nice but that renders the terrace unusable for tourists.

Even before check-in, they were incredibly helpful, providing all the details I needed and replying quickly to every message. They picked me up from the ferry, dropped me off, and genuinely tried to accommodate every single request. Highly recommended! 😊

• Tomasz (2/5): - Lokalizacja Niestety nasz pobyt w tym apartamencie był bardzo nieprzyjemnym doświadczeniem. Już od momentu wejścia do mieszkania uderzył nas okropny, trudny do zniesienia smród. Wyraźnie próbowano go zatuszować intensywnym odświeżaczem powietrza, jednak efekt był odwrotny do zamierzonego – chemiczny zapach był tak mocny, że powodował ból głowy i duszności. Połączenie tych woni było nie do wytrzymania. Zgłosiliśmy problem właścicielowi niemal od razu. Otrzymaliśmy informację, że ktoś przyjdzie i zajmie się sprawą. Niestety, mimo zapewnień, przez całe 4 dni naszego pobytu nikt się nie pojawił, a sytuacja nie została w żaden sposób rozwiązana.

Крутые ступеньки, надо быть осторожным.

• Kayleigh (4/5): Not worth the money. - The location was great. One minute walk to bikini beach. The air conditioning worked well. Although this was one of the cheaper options (not the cheapest), the hotel was quite disappointing. My room didn’t have a window (aside from a window that opened to a sitting area of the hotel so if it were opened there would be no privacy). This became problematic because of the smell that was present in my room. I believe they were mothballs in the sink as well as 4 other room scent products that were around the room. It wasn’t particularly clean (ie, someone’s hair in my shower upon arrival). The poor young man who works reception was the only one who seemed to know what on earth was going on. The WhatsApp number I believe is the owner, who didn’t seem to have a clue (ie, he told me I could stay for an extra night and then when I checked with reception to confirm he said no they’re sold out).

Hotellissa ei ollut hissiä, vaan melko jyrkät portaat , joita kiipeilin monta kertaa päivässä kolmenteen kerrokseen, jossa huoneeni oli. Tämä vuoksi hotelli ei sovellu liikkumisvaikeuksista kärsiville.

Di tutte le strutture visionate dell'atollo la più vetusta, scomoda e triste. Da evitare. Chi ha scritto le precedenti recensioni positive si dovrebbe solamente vergognare di prendere per il naso i futuri ospiti. Anche il fatto che Booking la definisca Ottima: significa mancanza di verifiche, controlli e rispetto verso noi clienti. Dulcis in fundo: 2 giorni prima della partenza da casa ti scrivono chiedendo il pagamento in contanti, quando arrivi ti dicono che se paghi con la carta di credito data in garanzia aumentano l'importo del 3,5%. Perché queste info non compaiono sulla piattaforma? A proposito del prezzo la struttura a 50 m, nuovissima, con piscina sul tetto, e davanti al mare costava il 10% in meno.

• Cindy (7/5): Guter Service, nette Mitarbeiter, etwas Älter - Man konnte zwischen 8 Frühstücken wählen. Auch die Auswahl für das Abendessen war sehr umfangreich. Abgesprochene Zeiten wurden eingehalten. Lage ist super. Zimmer war sehr nett hergerichtet bei der Ankunft. Das Bad ist schon älter und es riecht unangenehm. Es wird viel Drumherum gebaut. Das macht den Inselflair leider kaputt. Preise sind im Vergleich zu anderen lokalen Inseln teuer.

• ANNA (10/5): - В этом отеле остановилась второй раз. Первый раз в 2021 году. Видно, что хозяин любит свой отель. Много живых растений в горшках по всему отелю. Есть видовая площадка на крыше. Можно сверху посмотреть на остров. С площадки видна полоска бирюзовой воды. Хочу отметить, что всегда персонал на связи. Забронировали мне трансфер. Персонал очень порядочный. Всегда помогали решить вопрос, если у меня они были. Уборка номера отличная. Вода в отеле бесплатная на завтрак обед и ужин. Если вода закончилась в номере, можно брать на ресепшене. В номере есть пакетированный кофе и чай. Количество на выбор завтраков увеличилось с 2021 года. Стало 7 вариантов. Есть из чего выбрать. Повар готовит очень хорошо, особенно понравились блюда на гриле. Гриль лучше всего получается. С погодой не очень повезло. Одну часть океана, где вход в воду более глубокий, штормило все дни. С этой же стороны и снорклинг. Но из-за волнений океана получилось поснорклить всего два раза. Но можно было купаться с другой стороны острова, правда там немного мелко, до глубины плыть долго. И нужны тапочки для ходьбы по кораллам и камням.

Mi ha colpito molto quando ci ha accompagnato al porto e ci ha salutato con la mano sul cuore. Bravi tutti!!! Se devo dire la verità io farei un ritocco alla reception per renderlo più luminoso e moderno.

Te ofrece limpieza de habitación y te ponen las toallas decoradas con flores en la cama como bienvenida. La habitacion limpia y comoda. El desayuno rico, si algun dia tienes que desayunar antes o despues del horario de desayunos el anfitrion te lo pone para llevar. Todo bien

Персонал очень вежливый и внимательный к деталям, учитывают любые пожелания и всегда готовы прийти на помощь. В номере чисто, уборка номера по вашему запросу, хоть каждый день. Питьевую воду можно всегда взять на ресепшен как прохладную так и комнатной температуры. Wi-fi работает хорошо. В номере есть чай/кофе/сахар и конечно же электрический чайник. Приехали на отдых с друзьями, они остановились в другом отеле, но уже через два дня переехали в этот отель. Мы остались очень довольны, обязательно вернемся ещё раз .Спасибо всему персоналу, вы сделали наш отдых комфортным и незабываемым .

La camera è spaziosa arredata in modo semplice in stile Maldiviano, in un contesto silenzioso, riservato e tranquillo. I pasti sono semplici ma buoni con una buona varietà di scelta, con prevalenza di prodotti locali come riso, pollo e pesce. Il team è sempre molto cortese e disponibile. Bisogna considerare che la struttura è locale e molto semplice e bisogna adattarsi ad esempio a pochi cassetti, accessori bagno ed infissi che non serrano adeguatamente.

• LEI (10/5): - 我们觉得虽然称之为旅馆，品质可与3星酒店媲美。我们提前2个月在booking上定了5晚这家旅馆，到店付款，可以现金或者刷卡（刷卡需加3.5%的手续费）。预定需信用卡担保。我们定时是截止入住前1天都能免费取消，之后取消的话会收取1天的房费。这家旅馆目前在已有4层的基础上在增高楼层，有工人白天干活，不影响晚间休息。 1层是前台，2层有餐厅及2间客房，其他楼层为每层2间客房。我们的房间干净整洁，屋内有一个小冰箱，冰镇饮用水可以免费到前台领，不限量。房间内设施能满足我们日常所需。我先生觉得虽然叫旅馆，但应属于3星级酒店标准，比快捷酒店高一个档次。 旅馆2楼还有自己开的餐厅，菜单报价不高（如马尔代夫特色炒饭/炒面：3刀），不含18%的服务费及税，目前是按1:16（美元:拉菲亚）的汇率收费的。餐厅免费提供1瓶1L左右的水（有些餐厅收费。我们没续过水，不知是否仍免费）。就我们吃了本地4家相对平价餐厅的感受来看，这家是性价比最高的。唯一需要注意的是防蚊，马代的蚊子真是太多太厉害了，穿了长裤长褂也照叮不误。出来吃饭提前防蚊很重要！！！ 住在这里，出海行程回来需要吃午餐或晚餐的话，可以先点餐，然后回屋收拾整理，食物做好后会通知我们可以出来吃饭了，非常方便。 旅馆的服务态度非常好。我们有一天的出海行程含早餐，因此想和前台商量能否将这天的早餐安排在前一天中午当午餐，原以为要费不少口舌或者需要补差价才能搞定，没想到工作人员欣然同意，让我们非常惊喜！也对工作人员解决问题的态度及处理速度及结果非常满意。

• Alexandra (10/5): Exceptional - The hotel was very cosy, the accommodation was comfortable. the breakfasts are very tasty, varied and the portions are large. here was the most delicious mashuni. breakfast can be chosen from several options. there is also a cafe at the hotel. the beach is not far to walk (1-2min), the hotel has its own sunbeds. the beach is excellent. the construction nearby does not disturb.

• Екатерина (10/5): Perfect stay and experience - Great location, great service, and we loved the food! Everything was arranged very well, we always felt like at home. They provide different kinds of breakfasts, awesome lunches and dinners, and we enjoyed everything we tried there. The location is one minute away from the amazing and very long beach with coral reef and sea turtles. For sure we want to come back again!
• Hari (7/5): Decent location for sunset beach, somewhat cramped room - Location is a short walk to the sunset beach and to the supermarket. The staff responded quickly to my requests for information before and during the stay (e.g. booking the boat to and from Ukulhas etc). In-house restaurant, I had a seafood pizza for dinner which was decent. Ukulhas is a local island, not a resort island, but at checkin they refused to accept Maldivian rufiyah for room payment. Room was rather cramped - I was alone, it could be an issue for a couple. The commode flush was not working. Though breakfast was included in my plan, the Indian manager (I'm also Indian btw) told me it would not be available since I was taking an early boat to Male. However, the next day, there was a European family checking out and on the same boat and he provided them with packed breakfasts, telling another (Maldivian) staff member that they had paid for breakfast!
• Carlos (1/5): Bad - friendliness of staff The rooms are full of bedbugs. I was bitten several times during my stay even when they changed to another room. The manager ignored what had happened and decided to give me no compensation. When I got home I had to spend a lot of money on insecticides and some of my clothes were ruined due to the temperature I had to wash them.

It is far too small to sit comfortable and it is used to dry laundry. The AC we had made more noise than a small airplane so we could not use it at night

• Elian (6/5): choose another hotel from the island - I liked that I only stayed one night and not more. there are much better options on the island for similar amounts of money the initial room was terrible, had mold on the walls, couldn't breathe deeply, had to change it immediately. the second room...less moldy, but still not feeling good, felt stuffy. access to this new room was very complicated, uncomfortable stairs. I didn't even take the breakfast even though it was included in the price because I didn't trust it. I don't understand how this hotel has such a high rating and good reviews.

• A (10/5): Close to the beach, great value for money - It's so close to the beach, the beach provides you with nice chairs to sit on. I really liked the Ostrov beach area please be careful of taking any snorkeling tours with random people who offer it on the beach. I had to stay an extra day and I booked it and it was great. They were really generous, understanding and even offered good breakfasts for my morning travels. Can improve the welcoming area, but it's all well done honestly great value for money and safe for us.

• Yassin (1/5): Bad - Not far from the sea but this is the case for any hotel on the island The way the payment was dealt is unbelievaIable. I gave a 100$ note that came from an exchange office and was therefore intact however the receptionist didn't check in front of me but afterwards. He told me to come back and saw that the note was cut by 2mm in the middle. I was surprised as it wasn't the case and this must have happened accidentally by him while he was checking the note. At the check-out the manager came to me and told me he is refusing the note despite having it for a day. He insinuated the note was this way while I gave it it to the receptionist. For me it wasn't and this could have been easily resolved if the receptionist have checked in front of the customer. I asked him to provide a single proof and I will accept his insinuation. He wasn't able to show me anything so I ended our conversation. While I was going the manager took my bag so violently that my safety was concerned. I told him to call the police but he didn't. The receptionist alone is certainly not a proof. The way the issue was handled was totally uncivilized. If a proof was given to me I wouldn't have any problem but nothing was provided. They acted as I didn't want to pay my stay while I did pay by cash! The way they talked to me was totally inappropriate, I was shocked. This issue could have been resolved in a more polite and civilized way. I decided to pay in the end by card as I didn't want another issue coming up from a note being accidently cut by their staff and specially since I didn't want to deal with this kind of uncivilized behaviour. I share this review in order for you guys to be careful that staying at this hotel come with a cost of being treated violently and attacked verbally if any issue arise. Apart from this I didn't like the stairs to the second floor they were so abrupt.

• Giuseppe (10/5): Perfect place to enjoy the beautiful Maldives - The place is a typical guesthouse of a small island, nothing fancy obviously, but they have all the comforts of a regular hotel: large rooms, very clean, good ac, private bathrooms, hot water, beach and bathroom towels, soaps etc. The staff is really nice and welcoming. Mr Sunaj, the manager, was always very helpful and he organized all our daily excursions, the trip from Male and took us back and forth from the port with the luggages. The two guys that work there are always present and willing to help. The restaurant is small, but they have a good variety of food (we had the full board). The position is perfect, two minutes walk from the main beach and five minutes to the port. Unbeatable for this price. Nothing

Food was lovely, and loved breakfast, lots of choice. Bikini beach yards from hotel as well as other nice resteraunts. Sea and beach lovely. Free transport from port to hotel with luggage. Staff were helpful A lot of construction on island since last year.

Breakfast was really good, my only complaint was about the way they prepared coffee, but that's a minor thing.

We enjoyed how close it is to the beach. Also food was good and tasty. So the staff would get 10 out of 10. Only they can improve their English. Sometimes was little hard to communicate. But they are very nice. Unfortunately we get different idea of how the hotel looks like from the pictures. From the pictures we thought it will be on the beach and with some chairs and table to sit before the room on the sand. But we didn’t see this kind of rooms anywhere. the hotel has very high steps to 1st and 2th floor which can be hard to walk for someone. Also the view and the area - even though very close to bikini beach, is not so nice. But this is now probably truth for whole Ukulhas because the island is under construction. It will probably be different in a year.

• Musa (9/5): I found peace during stay. - People working in this hotel are really nice. They were so helpful and kind. I stayed there for 2 night. In the dinner , they gave us some complementary food.by the way , there is a small restaurant belonging to hotel where you can find delicious food with good price. My favorite was Tom Yam Soup and slide fish. Their mixed fresh juice was also perfect. And the day we left , they did bring us to the speed boat without any cost. As a result , it was good stay there. Thank you so much Mr. SUROS (hopefully it is correct typing) The bathroom and toilet was not separated and it could be something on the ground to prevent falls.
