- Svitlana (10/5): - We had a wonderful stay at these apartments. The location is excellent, set in a very nice and safe area. One of the most beautiful beaches is just nearby, which made our trip even more enjoyable. The apartments themselves are spacious, clean, and fully equipped with everything you might need for a comfortable stay. Right next to the entrance of the complex, there is a small fruit shop, which was very convenient. The hosts were fantastic — always quick to respond to any questions and very accommodating. Highly recommended!

- Roman (4/5): Не рекомендую от слова совсем! За эти деньги есть миллион вариантов более достойных, чистых и новых! - Доступность пляжа Уставшие аппарты, покусали клопы ночью. Ванная ужас, все старое, грязное, уставшее. За окном работает с 9 до 18 автомойка.
- Boris (10/5): Отлично 👍🏻 - Этот отель приятно удивил уже с первых дней 😊 Очень удачное расположение — всё рядом и при этом спокойно. Номер был хорошо убран, чувствовалась забота о гостях. По нашей просьбе нам даже предоставили тазик для стирки белья — мелочь, а как приятно, когда тебя слышат. Отдельное удовольствие — вид из окна на зелёную зону. Просыпаться и видеть не бетон, а зелень — настоящий плюс 🌿 На первом этаже есть небольшой мини-маркет, где в любой момент можно купить воду или что-то необходимое. А рядом с другими блоками — массажный кабинет: выглядит скромно, без пафоса, но массаж делают действительно отлично — одно из лучших мест поблизости. Все нужные магазины, такие как 7-Eleven и Lotus, находятся в пешей доступности, а также рядом можно без проблем арендовать байк — очень удобно для передвижения. В целом, место оставило тёплое впечатление: комфортно, по-домашнему и с приятными мелочами, которые делают отдых действительно удобным. Сюда хочется вернуться 🤍 А теперь немного честного юмора 😄 В нашем номере был диван с таким «характерным» ароматом затхлого пота, что он явно прожил бурную жизнь до нашего приезда. Сидеть на нём было невозможно — мы решили просто дать ему личное пространство 😅 Ещё один момент — ножи на кухне оказались настолько тупыми, что скорее подходят для медитации, чем для нарезки продуктов. К счастью, на этом минусы заканчиваются. Всё остальное было действительно замечательно, и общее впечатление — очень позитивное. Если обновить диван и заточить ножи, будет вообще идеально 👍

- Peter (5/5): A fairly average experience - Good location, good room size, ground floor next to swimming pool, the amenities were okay Small double bed, terrible pillows, work top space Limited, kitchen area very small nowhere to prepare food properly. The bathroom had one sink which took over the whole of the space nowhere to put your toiletries. The condominium was pretty noisy sometimes. No hand towels provided. We had to provide our own bin bags for rubbish.

- OLIVIER (9/5): Proche de la plage et des restaurants - Super bien placé- devant l immeuble il y a une équipe qui loue des scooters- voitures et qui font aussi la vente de fruit et de l’eau. Il y a un gardien la nuit. Il y a une petite odeur d humidité dans le studio. Ça s’est atténué avec le AC réglé sur ” gouttes”

- Lenny (6/5): Needs some TLC and updating - Eventually being put in the correct room, the view was fantastic, being able to witness sunrise and sunset! Nika, attempted to rectify the problems and she was very communicative during the stay. Location was great, a short walk - 20 mins to beach. recommend a scooter! amazing smoothies on-site and reasonably priced! The Condos were filthy!, The room had a thick level fo dust over everthing, something growing in the cupboard, the bathroom was grubby, flies on the floor and sofa it just went on!. The corridors full of clutter, next doors condo spilled into the walkway and fire escapes, the renovations paints and tools left in communial spaces, extra furniture dumped in corridors. and the pool was unusable as green with algae! my partner got an ear infection from the one time using it! Nika did refund us our cleaning fee due to cleaning the place ourself and not using the service. The whole place is quite rundown and needs some real love and update, although some rooms were being renovated (hammering and drilling next door) *was only allowed to submit 4 pictures!

- Billy (8/5): I really enjoyed the peace and quiet. Unit was super spacious and well presented. Restaurants and bars are within walkin - Quiet location but also close to everything you need. Restaurant and bars are a short walk and there is a mini mart onsite. Unit was well presented and spacious Water and electricity is an extra cost. Could do with cleaning utensils in the unit such as, broom, mop or vacuum.

- John (8/5): Very good - Very spacious, clean and comfortable.. The host was very accommodating and pleasant to deal with. Hidden add on costs. I had to pay a 5,000 Baht (in cash) deposit. At the end of my stay, 800 Baht was deducted for water and power usage for my 12 days. And I was left with 4,000 Baht to take back to Aus.

- Hadi (5/5): good value if it was 50% cheaper, not at current rate and the extra charges demanded at check out. - private, quiet location. balcony clogged. during rain storm, apartment flooded in 1 night. hosts charged way to much for "electricity", when I was alone and made sure all appliances were turned off expect for tv while i was in apartment and the A/C on fan mode to deal with the smell from the flooded place.

No attention to details and room inspections. staying for a week and need extra towel or linen - 600 charge. Need more than 1 roll of toilet paper - you’ll have to buy it yourself. The condo is nicely decorated - but feels like lipstick on a pig: Shower door damaged would not close, Kitchen scissors sticky can’t even use, Forgot to provide Towels again (2nd time) On arrival had to Sweep floors myself - dirt and hair, Glassware not matching and missing coffee cup. Room had heavy smell of smoke - had to buy air freshener took about 4 days to go away. Light strip above bed out. 1 bathroom light out. Soiled Linen left from previous guests in closet. Bidet hose leaks wean off onto floor.....
- Bryan (6/5): Warm welcome but a few oversights ... - Friendly welcome. However, staff forgot to leave towels in room, used bar soap left from previous user. 1 roll of toilet paper per stay. Was told if needed more would need to buy my own. More attention to details needed - for instance flatware, glasses not matching etc. if you want extra clean towels or linen you’ll have to pay also. not sure the “mgt. company” has level of supervision or experience required....
