Can’t sleet well at night on my bed because lot of mosquitoes at night, perhaps of these 2 reasons: 1. The dorm beds too near to the toilet. 2. Doors always open and the mosquitoes easily fly inside the dorm room. Please take serious action for the mosquitoes problem. I heard that other guests have the same problem of the mosquitoes 🦟

• camila (7/5): Beware of this guest staying here🚨🚨 - The accommodation is basic, it smells damp, but overall it's okay… 🚨I just want to warn you to be careful with this man. 🚨He stole money from us, he's a liar, he befriended us and then tricked us by saying he was friends with the owner of a hotel in Raja Ampat and that he would give us a discount… that he was going to travel with us too, and we sent him money because he was going to make the reservation with his friend, and he never answered us again. • Noor (7/5): - this hotel very perfect and aesthetic just nak bagitau pantry punya area kotor…i saw other guest lelaki with her laptop selalu duk lobby…after eat dia just buang macam tu je dalam sinki then sisa sampah tu penuh dalam sinki….but i salute dengan staff night shift always take a towel and do cleaning in the pantry area….pantry share with other guest dia sepatutnya tak boleh buat macm tu sebab sama ii kongsi guna kena jaga kebersihan

• Puteri (8/5): A Cozy Escape in the centre city of Kuala Terengganu! - The facilities, strategic location of exactly everything in the city (walkable to many interesting pinpoints) and the concept of this place, very cozy and comforting ✨️ i would comeback here, if i ever be in KT again! There isn't much space in my chosen room for prayer/s (Muslim) 😅 but regardless, it is still possible to pray inside. And i think it's okay (acceptable) to pray at some corner or spaces around this place, since my other friend did so, as he took capsule bed/dorm one! Overall it's a decent place.

Les lieux sont très propres et le personnel très agréable L’hostel était très peu fréquenté à mon arrivée. J’y ai passé 2 nuits et suis partie 2 nuits sur l’île Kapas. J’ai pu laisser ma valise durant ces 2 nuits. L’hostel savait que j’allais revenir mais n’a pas pris la peine de me prévenir que le week-end de mon retour, il y avait le gros événement de l’année (bike évent), tous les hôtels étaient complets, j’ai dû trouver une solution d’urgence à 20:00 avec un retour vers Marang en grab… ils auraient dû avoir la délicatesse au moins de me prévenir… j’aurai anticipé de booker la nuit…

• Mark (8/5): Some great and some not so good things. - This place has amazing facilities, obviously it was set up with a lot of careful thought and planning. I have done an exceptional amount of hostel travel, and I was very impressed with the facilities here. Beautiful clean dorms. Plus major bonus of two good pillows per bed. Thank you! Location is perfect, eg close to China town. The solid building kept all the road noise out, so sleeping was easy. I would stay here again. The real downside is the staff. No interaction with the guest unless the guest says hello first and then minimal. They were always there, on their phones, but never assisted or did anything, for example even though the place was quite empty all the rubbish bins, including the toilet bins, were overloaded, so it had been a long time since they were emptied, (still full when I ,) and the shower area had not been cleaned before I arrived, or at any time that I was there. A minor negative, is everywhere you look there is a sign that tells you not to do something. Makes you feel like you're at an over domineering grandmother's house. See pic only as an example. One door, with three(!) no shoes and two no smoking signs.

• Irene (8/5): Sin ventanas - La ubicación para nosotros fue lo mejor ya que estábamos de paso y la estación de bus se encuentra a pocos minutos caminando. El establecimiento es muy moderno, y las zonas comunes están muy bien. La mini cocina cuenta con frigorífico, fregadero, y maquina de agua fría y caliente, además de utensilios como tazas y cubiertos. La habitación estaba muy limpia. La habitación es bastante minúscula y además no tenía ventana. Pagamos un poco más por tener baño privado pero jamás nos imaginamos que no tuviera ventanas.
