• Cathy (8/5): This hotel is great value for money and although our room price did not include breakfast they through it in both nights - The hotel is in a great location, close to everything without being noisy , like some places right in the heart of town The roof top bar area was nice but you couldn’t add the price of drinks to your room as you do everywhere else in Vietnam , the girl running things up there seemed very annoyed when I told her I had no cash and she had to go and get an eftpos machine , this was out of character to the rest of the staff that were all extremely nice

• Cathy (9/5): The rooms are clean , bed is comfortable and overall is great value for moneyand overall is great value for ok and fr - Great location, close to restaurants , shops , coffee and massages without being in a busy area . Definitely quiet at night. The front of house staff were extremely friendly and helpful . Our price for our 2 night stay did not include breakfast but was thrown in as a bonus. After having a drink at the roof top bar the lady up there told me I had to pay for our drinks in cash and couldn’t add them to the room or use card facilities. She was quite rude and put out when I told her the only cash I had was in my room , Thats when she reluctantly pulled out the eftpos machine. She was definitely an exception to the normal as far as the lovely staff was concerned.
• Yohan (10/5): Perfect for a stay in Sapa - Great location downtown sapa. The room had a great view on the mountain (when clouds are nice to us), and the rooftop allow for an even better view if needed. The staff was really helpful by offering us breakfast and guarding our luggage, even when we left for a 2 days trekk. Finally, they allowed us to stay and rest a bit in the lobby before check in... Perfect when you arrive with a sleeper bus in the middle of the night. Overall a great stay here and I'd recommand.

• Bianca (10/5): - The receptionist, Ruby, was wonderful! She help us to plan some activities and accommodate us. Rooftop view and service was really great too. The breakfast was delicious and affordable, as well as the dinner.
• Larissa (8/5): Für einen kurzen Aufenthalt um Sightseeing zu machen ist es sehr gut - Die Lage war super. Nicht direkt an der Hauptstraße, wo es abends sehr laut war. Wir haben nur sehr wenig gefrühstückt (Toast,Wurst und Käse) daher kann ich nicht viel über das darüber aussagen. Das Personal war nett. Unser Zimmer war super groß. Wir haben uns eine Spa Paket gegönnt mit Kräuterbad, Sauna und Massage. Dafür wurde wir das anderes Hotel gefahren. Hier wurde ein Zimmer als „Spa Bereich“ umfunktioniert. Man saß also für die Dampfsauna in der Dusche auf einer kleinen Bank. Das war sehr eng und weniger entspannend, die Tonnen für das typische Kräuterbad standen neben der Toilette. Die Massage war richtig gut. Von daher würde ich nur eine Massage in dem Hotel empfehlen.

• Demi (10/5): - Really good location. Beautiful view from the roof top bar. Staff were so accommodating. We didn’t pay for breakfast but were offered it for free when we arrived (even though there were quite a few guests) hot tea upon arrival and as we were waiting for our pick up. Hotel arranged our transport to the train station. Really cannot fault a thing.

Encore merci pour votre aide quand je me suis coincée le doigt dans une portière de taxi ! et pour tout le reste !!. Vous avez été adorable ! Je ne vous oublierai pas de si tôt ! :-) Les massages et bain aux herbes étaient très qualitatifs. La chambre était propre, spacieuse et agréable. L'emplacement de l'hôtel en plein coeur de Sapa. L'hôtel de manière générale est propre et soigné. Le petit déjeuné qui, à mon sens, n'était pas à la hauteur du reste des prestations de l'hôtel. La climatisation n'était pas hyper fonctionnelle dans notre chambre (il ne fallait surtout pas ni ouvrir les fenêtres ni même ouvrir les rideaux pour espérer conserver de la fraicheur et même en la mettant à 18 degrés, nous avions chaud la nuit, il faisait environ 25 degrés dans la pièce). Le personnel a essayé de régler cette problématique mais je pense que la climatisation est simplement un peu vétuste.

Das Frühstücksbuffet war gut. Die Aussicht ist natürlich mega, vor allem vom Cafe oben auf dem Dach, bei dem auch die Getränke sehr lecker sind. Im Bad war des Wasserhahn leider nicht sauber.

• Katelyn (10/5): A beautiful stay at this hotel! - Stayed just one night at Sapa Relax Hotel and Spa. The room was gorgeous and the bathroom was super nice and spacious. Loved the white robes and the staff was incredibly nice. Our booking did not have breakfast but they provided us a breakfast coupon which was very nice! I've heard the spa and the rooftop are nice but we didnt have a chance to visit the spa and the weather was cloudy/rainy when we visited so we did not go to the roof. I would 100% stay here again!

The hotel's beauty is matched only by the kindness of its staff, particularly Ruby, who went above and beyond to ensure our stay was memorable. Her recommendations for local attractions were spot on, and we're so grateful for her help.

• ralf (7/5): Inmitten der City gelegen, dennoch keine Lärm, sei denn, die Vietnamesen hupen.... - Trotz Buchung ab 14:00 könnten wir bereits 11:00 in unser Zimmer. Frühstück war normalerweise nicht im Preis, dennoch haben wir es gratis dazu bekommen. 3. Etage mit Blick auf ein zugemülltes Privathaus.

The location was also great for walking around central Sapa, and there were plenty of restaurants around. Would highly recommend splurging a bit extra for this particular type of room! We were in Level 2, which had some noise around busy periods from the floor below - but we found this to be standard across our stays in Vietnam.

Хорошая ванная и туалет, очень чисто. Без плесени и ржавчины. У нас была опция большой кровати, что по факту было соединение двух полторушек. По итогу места было более чем придостаточно. На 4 этаже номера с видом на горы часть обзора закрывала крыша соседнего здания, что немного подпортило впечатление от пейзажа. Не критично.
• Raquel (9/5): Central location and friendly staff - Central location, super friendly staff. We came on the night train and arrived around 8am. We were allowed early checkin around 11am which was appreciated. Very clean rooms. Good value for money. We booked for 5 people but only had beds set up for 4. Staff then provided an extra matress which was appreciated. Could have better sound isolation, a lot of noise from the cars outside honking all the time. Breakfast was ok, but it was always the same every day. It's not as modern as it looks in the pictures, but still very good.

• Manvel1 (9/5): Comfortable stay with very friendly staff - I stayed here as a solo traveler and had a pleasant experience. The location is convenient, close to the center and within walking distance to restaurants and shops. The staff were very friendly and helpful throughout my stay, always ready to assist with anything I needed. This made the stay much more comfortable. The room was clean and had everything necessary for a short stay. The Wi-Fi was quite poor and difficult to use at times.

• Ankit (10/5): Awesome location with good an helpful staff. - Good location. Walking distance from Sapa Square. Have lots of happening places around it including food and coffee shops. It has a great breakfast and Coffee shop at the top serves great Coconut coffee. The reception staff is also very helpful and sweet, which is the highlight of the property. Definitely going to be my stay whenever I am in Sapa. Nothing much to dislike, was there for 1 night only, so not much to judge as such.

• Jaimee (10/5): Luxury feel for affordable price - The staff were lovely and helped us organise a massage at their connected facility just down the road (taxi included). We got the mountain view suite which was beautiful. Loved the upstairs bar, buffet breakfast and laundry service. Visibility impacted the views on one day but this is out of the hotels control.
• Yelena (8/5): Nice place in the center of the city - The hotel has a very good location, close to everything—great restaurants, small shops, and massage places. I would especially like to mention Ruby at the reception; she was amazing and gave us many helpful tips on places to visit and other local recommendations. This was our second visit, and we will definitely come back. It would be great to add breakfast to the room rate.

Hotel is a bit rundown, and age is starting to show. Although kept very clean, the management should start thinking in investing in increasing the standard.

It was clean and close to everything we needed We did pay for mountain room, it wasn’t the greatest view , but we loved the location, it was clean and comfy and we mainly just used the room to sleep

She not only assisted us with every request promptly and professionally, but she also played a key role in helping us set up and celebrate my daughter’s 15th birthday. Thanks to her thoughtful planning and genuine care, the celebration was unforgettable and deeply meaningful for our family. Ruby’s warmth and attention to detail turned a simple stay into a cherished memory. It’s rare to encounter staff who combine professionalism with such heartfelt hospitality. Ruby is a true asset to the hotel, and her efforts alone would make me return without hesitation. Overall: Excellent facilities, outstanding service, and staff who truly care about their guests. • Tessarolo (10/5): Impecable - Todo estuvo más que perfecto. Desde el momento que llegamos hasta que nos fuimos, Ruby fue muy atenta y nos ayudó en todo momento. Nos mandó el clima y nos recomendó cuando era el mejor momento para subir al fansipan, nos mandó un mapa con diferentes actividades y recomendaciones. Muy atenta en todo momento y tratando de que la estadía sea lo mejor para nosotros
• c7487f9b993c70fe1eac45c984585a2b (9/5): Excellent stay - We stayed here for 2 nights and we are extremely happy with our stay. The hotel room is large, clean, well equipped, good sound proof and aircon system. The hotel location is amazing, just a short walk from the square, next to local market and many restaurants, cafe and sapa station (the fansipan cable car station). The staff here are all so nice, extremely friendly. They shared useful tips (places to visit), assisted with booking of transfer from train station, trekking tour with local tour guide in local villages and laundry service at great price. They also offered us one free buffet breakfast which is very good with wide variety of food (local and international). Overall, we are very pleased with this and would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Sapa! None
• aa4b53be66a87328d543a1a47618e722 (10/5): Had a great time and would recommend to my friends. - The position was great, room was clean and comfortable and for a small amount we were able to get into our room very early after arriving on the 5.30am train. Staff were all very friendly and greeted us all the time with a smile and kind words. There was nothing negative.
