Everything you would need to cook and prepare meals was available including a small fridge to store chilled items, as well as a laundry room. Comfortable and front of house was very engaging and helpful. Definitely will be keeping on my list.

Owen (8/5): A really nice stay; good room facilities, let down by some temperature control issues - Bed was comfortable. Kitchenette was well equipped. Fridge worked well. Room was clean. bathroom was generally okay. Would stay again for similar price. The room was very hot on entry, on top of a warm day. Three fans in the room - two of which did not work. The third one did, which gave a measure of relief and the windows could be opened which helped immensely. I later found out the room heating (no instructions and not very obvious) was set at 28 degrees C! Turning it down solved all the heat problems. Probably something to check in other rooms as this may be the reason for guest complaints. Also, parking charge is a bit steep at £12 per night.

They have everything that's needed in them, with the addition of super friendly and helpful staff. They are well equipped and the beds are very comfortable. The only blot is that they can get a little hot in the summer.

Exceptional value for money. 5 star accommodation thats unbelievably affordable. The rooms are not sound proof...you can hear everything happening out of the room. But everything else is superb.

Moshfiqur (10/5): Incredible value and perfect for Solo travelers in Watford area - The best space for solo traveler with the most comfortable bed, kitchen and bathroom with all the amenities one could need. I'm so pleased with this booking and would highly recommend anyone visiting Watford area. I was super comfortable and everything I needed whether its making tea or taking nice shower was available and fully stocked. Amazing value for the price. The only thing is cost of parking in the available Car Park is 12 Euro/day which is a bit high. Ended up using street parking right next to Hotel with no issues. Bit of confusion between entering Holiday Inn side and Livin Serviced side but thats all.

george (5/5): - Bed I was sold the room for 580 pound for 2 workers for the week with discription like an appartment and pictures not showing the beds to find once i got to the room a very large bed with a tiny bed at the bottom in thd living space on the picture taken at every angle not showing the beds , so needed to purchase another room not of booking .com for 240 pound cheaper . Endi g up being very expensive week at work other than that lovely bedroom with kitchen.

Terrible decor and dirty. Photos show the sofa bed that look liked a mouse had eaten it. Net curtains that were filthy. Filthy edge of bath. Headboard that had fabric stapled to the wall These apartments made the Holiday Inn next door look like the Ritz.
