• Shaimaa (1/5): - SCAM WARNING! Canceled our booking 1 hour before the flight! ​I had the absolute worst experience of my life with this hotel. Only one hour before our flight, they canceled our reservation, claiming there was a "mistake" and they couldn't host us. ​This happened despite having a confirmed booking and being in constant contact with them. I explicitly informed them we would arrive at 9:00 PM, and they confirmed it. To receive a cancellation notice at the last minute while traveling with my family and young children is beyond cruel. ​The most shocking part: While frantically searching for an alternative at the airport, I found that their hotel was still showing availability for the exact same dates and number of people on booking sites! This proves they lied about the "mistake" and likely canceled our stay to resell the room at a higher last-minute rate. ​They are unreliable, unprofessional, and have no ethics. They left a family with children stranded in a foreign country. I will be attaching screenshots of our confirmed booking, their cancellation message, and the proof that rooms were still available as evidence. STAY AWAY! Everything

Many mosquitoes in the room, check out at 10am and check in is 3pm.... 5 hours to clean. Generally unimpressed Originally we were provided a room 801, was a horrible room. They then provided a new room... that was ok. But the hotel decided to tell a lie to us and booking. Com.

• Luana (6/5): Super Lage mit gutem Preis/Leistungsverhältnis aber erwartet nicht zu viel eher Basic. - Die Lage in der Nähe des Vatikans. Alles in Gehdistanz. Preis/Leistung war gut. Kostenlose Wasserflaschen wurden angeboten. Es war immer jemand vom Personal per Whatsapp erreichbar allerdings nie jemand vor Ort. Das Luxus im Namen sollte weggelassen werden ;). Das Zimmer war nicht so sauber, überall hatte es Haare und Flecken. Das Bett war feucht (wahrscheinlich wurde etwas gereinigt vor dem Einzug und nicht richtig getrocknet). Es waren mehrere Bettlacken übereinander die nach einem Tag von unten feucht wurden. Die Bettwäsche wurde nach der Meldung gewechselt, allerdings erst am nächsten Tag. Wir wollten ein Taxi zum Flughafen über die Unterkunft bestellen und es wurde uns für 90 Euro angeboten (in der Nacht). Obwohl der offiziell geltende Tarif 55 Euro ist. Zudem mussten wir 50 Euro late check-in Gebühr bezahlen.

Dobrze wyposażony, jednorazowe szczoteczki, maszynki, klapki, czajnik, ekspres do kawy Nespresso. Dodatkowo ogólnie dostępna kuchnia, w pełni wyposażona, jest też mikrofala. Popsuta słuchawka prysznicowa. Bardzo cienkie ściany, słychać wszystko z pokoi obok.

• Alina (6/5): Gut aber nicht luxuriös... - Das Personal war sehr freundlich und unkompliziert. Absprachen waren leicht und haben super funktioniert. Das Zimmer war sauber bei der Anreise und wurde täglich gereinigt. Die Matratze war gut, nicht durchgelegen. Man könnte super schlafen. Die Fensterläden haben das Zimmer gut abgedunkelt. Das Zimmer hatte einen eigenen kleinen Kühlschrank und in der Gemeinschaftsküche gab es noch einen großen Kühlschrank, dann man nutzen konnte. Es gab kostenloses Trinkwasser in 1,5-Liter-Flaschen. Die Möbel waren zwar alle sauber aber doch sehr abgewohnt. Flecken auf dem Fußboden. Von einigen Möbel löste sich schon die Beschichtung. Eine Gemeinschaftsküche war da, aber es gab keine Töpfe oder Teller etc. Also nichts da, dass man sie nutzen hätte können.

• Barry (10/5): Family Stay in Rome - Close to the metro so getting around was very easy. Also near many restaurants and shops so we never had to go far for anything. Fridge in the room was great and there was a microwave and larger fridge available for use which was useful! AC worked great on the hot days and the bed and pillows were super comfy. It was very quiet which was perfect since we were traveling with a baby and are always worried about her getting woken up during naps/at night.
• cedric fch (3/5): - L'emplacement était bien, pas loin du Vatican et Basilique St Pierre, restaurants à côté. On pouvait se servir dosettes de café et eau en bouteille. Appart dans un très vieux immeuble et ascenseur des années 60 avec porte en accordeon ( comme dans les vieux films et mon fils est restécoincé ....) Heureusement on peut passer par les escalierset reussit àouvrir avecla poignée.. Petite chambre pour 4 avec 1 lit double et 2 lits simples et ils ne sont pas très confortables.... Surtout les lits pour mes enfants ! Chambre pas très propre ! Problème avec la douchette dans la douche soit trop de pression ou pas assez et ça passe facilement du chaud et froid 😱 Le dernier jour, l'eau était congelée 🥶 La terrasse très sale, jamais nettoyée et il devait y avoir une petite table avec 2 chaises et juste une petite chaise pliante noir de crasse !!! Et les volets en bois persiennes qui sont pourris et tombent en lambeaux ! Cet appartement ne vaut 1500 € pour 5 j et en + 500 € de petits déjeuner même pas dans l'immeuble donc il faut sortir et faire 500m dans une rue pour y aller et on a droit juste à un café et un viennoiserie chacun, une boisson c'est en supplément mdr Donc je ne recommande pas c'est une grosse arnaque !!!! On a même pas vu les propriétaires asiatiques en 5 jours (le 1er et dernier jour alors qu'il y a une réception) À fuir vraiment 🫣🫣

The interaction with the lovely Joanna The appalling check in - Shuva is not for this job -the use of the words ‘luxury’ and ‘elegant’ in relation to the property, and also the claim to have hardwood floors and soundproofed rooms. I will expand on this in my review on Tripadvisor.

• Watts (4/5): PhD Watts, Rian - The house keeper was nice kept the room fresh and clean daily . In walking distance to all the tourists sites. This BB email me in English for weeks before arriving., when the flight arrives suddenly no one speaks English. It was very difficult to receive the keys had to wait hours. While waiting for the keys the was a maintenance guy that worked at the building who kept yelling and screaming for waiting for the staff to bring the key . I recommend spending more money and staying in a more positive environment. The staff had very negative energy. Wish I would have chosen any other place could someone from Booking. Possibilità di usare forno e cucina, frigo grande, oltre quello presente nella stanza. Giada molto disponibile e responsiva. Macchinetta caffè e bollitore. Avevamo la camera con il balcone e affaccio nel cortile interno. Posizione comodissima e silenziosa.

Obsługa jest bardzo pomocna i miła, godziny zostały dostosowane do naszych lotów, bezproblemowo mogliśmy pozostawić bagaże. Lokalizacja idealna

• Marcel (9/5): Vacanze romane - Excellent location next to St Peter's square and St Angel's Castle. African heat, temperatures soared to almost 40°C in Rome intra muros, we survived thanks to the aircon working on premises.
• Daniela (9/5): Superb - The location is excellent, we walked everywhere, and I was travelling with a 7 year old! It's also very close to a lot of public transportation! The room was spacious, very clean, provided more than I expected in consumables ( slippers, dental kits, shaving kits, liquid soap etc). The people were so kind! The breakfast is off-location, but it's a nice family-owned restaurantand worth the 3 minute walk. It was a hot beverage, a croissant ( of choice) and a bottle of fruit juice. Wasn't bad for the hot weather and sitting there while seeing how this little neighbourhood cafe is the social spotlight of the area was nice. Felt like we were part of the group by the 5th morning :) The shower head dimmed the whole experience. It was embarrassing to try to find the right angle to get it to almost work :)

Wanted to cook our own meals, but unfortunatelly there were no pans avaolable, so not much use of the kitchen was possible and had to leave our eggs in the fridge. Maybe smth to add for the next visitors.

GREAT value! Enjoyed my stay very much. Nothing significant to report. I guess one night was noisy with a very late check-in and another guest being loud when they came back to rest.
• Anton (6/5): Pleasant - Good location, close to the center. About 20 minutes walk to the center, 10 minutes to the subway. The room was clean. We lacked a kitchen. You can not cook on an electric stove. Just heat something up in the microwave. It is inconvenient if you travel with children. The towels were not changed.

Apon arrival the gentleman who I assume owns the building was not pleased that we entered the property without the B and B staff, and would not let us explain what we were doing there.

• Radosław (8/5): Very good - Good location (close to Vatican City and metro, restaurants, shops, bars nearby). Very helpful and friendly staff. Clean rooms, fast WiFi. Breakfast in a local bar 5 minutes from the building (coffee, juice + cornetto). Possible to leave luggage for few hours.

• Craig (9/5): My stay was excellent. My accommodations met my expectations. - Fun experience to stay in an "apartment" like the locals. Friendly Staff. Excellent value. Clean room. Quiet. Water pressure in bathroom was amazing. I felt the price was very fair knowing I was not staying at the Ritz Carlton. I knew what I was getting location wise as I wanted to stay close to my sons apartment 3 blocks away but this location is about a mile from the Vatican and pretty far from the rest of the historical sites in Rome. I thoroughly enjoyed my 8 night stay and the food and site seeing in Rome were incredible. Never walked so much each day in my life!
• Jolita (10/5): Exceptional - Clean and comfortable. Good location, with attractions, shops and restaurants nearby. Balcony with view into the apartment garden. Free bottled water and Italian breakfast included (croissant, coffee and water) at a coffee shop/bar a few minutes away. The room gets cleaned everyday. Toothbrush, toothpaste, razor, shaving cream, aftershave, shampoo and soap included.
• Lyn (9/5): Overall, we loved our stay I would highly recommend it. - Location that it is a walking distance to the Vatican, the bus stops, and the train station. It is also situated in a quiet area so it feels safe to walk in the night (not too late though). And they also offer unlimited use of bottles of drinking water. They have coffee (espresso) and tea in the room. The toilet bowl was not cleaned properly when we got in. Not much of an issue though. The room was a bit pricey compared to the areas in Esquilino and Rione Monti.

• Anastasiya (1/5): Terrible service and rude and bad attitude to the guest! facilities out of work - location is nice, even though not much things to do, but safe and just good living area. coffemachine and water in the room. nothing more! First time I’m leaving so bad review, cause faced with such a terrible service and attitude to guest!!! First before check in I was waiting for the host to come for around an 30-40 min, just on the street.. Then found out it was just flat in the building, but ok. Then the room was not that shown on the photo, condition of it terrible as fir such price- the shower doesn’t work, the door to bathroom not closed proper, the shutters were broken. But the most annoying thing that forced me to leave this review! the host gave me the wrong keys. When I went out for dinner after ling flight and back to appartment found out the keys didn’t work! I call, one guy came in 20 min with again wrong keys and only after hour or more other guy came with the keys, so I had to wait near the door for more than an hour at night tired after flight! And what happened, that they even didn’t appologize, I tried to talk to the host for some compensation of this inconvenience, but they even didn’t reply just told that they had to spend more money to send some employees at nighg to give me keys, so they had expenses, but not me by their opinion and main thing after I wrote messages and they dven didn’t reply!! So terrible and neglecting and mean attitude, never faced and spoiled the trip!
• Erkin (9/5): Pretty well for the short stay in Prati - Was looking for a budget place to stay at Prati. Is not the hotel, something like guest house situated at 3th floor of an old (but very comfortable building). Some guest houses like this usually have their reception open till 19.00-20.00. Thanks God, BQ House Milizie serbe guests till 23.00, as i arrived Rome pretty late. Much thanks Shuvo from reception for kindly hosting. There's a common kitchen like in hostels, with no breakfast. They are providing you with the breakfast at cafe situated in 2-3 mins. Well when they say breakfast, it means Italian style - croissant plus coffee. But is better than nothing-) Around the hotel there are pretty much nice restaraunts as well. The only minus of the hotel is almost zero noice cancellation. You can easy hear what happenes even at the next room to you-)
• Sergii (5/5): It's definitely not a fancy place as they advertise it. - The room was cleaned every day (towels and beds were changed). Free bottled water. Quiet neighborhood, close to the Vatican. The furniture is quite old and cheap. When we requested a baby crib, turned out it cost 80 EUR per day so be aware. It's a flat that was split into multiple small rooms. When someone is doing something in the common area you can hear everything in your room.

• Wiseman (5/5): Rome for the Rugby - Comfortable pillow. Free use of umbrella. Tony Cafe was good. Near the Metro. Caretaker was good Noisy next to a busy road. Hot stuffy room, Awful shower with tepid water. We won't be back here.
• Matthew (8/5): Great service, great value, great location - Staff was very accommodating. They allowed us to check in early and helped us recover items we left behind in the room. Great service. The room only had one bed, the other beds were just cots.
• Matthew (10/5): Great experience for touring Vatican and Rome - Staff was really accommodating, we needed to check in very early because our flights landed early and they took care of us. They had cold filtered water for us and the place was clean. Nothing, all was great.

• Yulia (7/5): Good - The location was perfect, it took us only some minutes to walk to the center and there were many cafes very close to the hostel. The water suply was very convenient. We could leave our car right in front of the hostel and paid less than 10 € parking fee for our stay (the same parking fee we paid for only two ours stay in Florence).

• Dana (6/5): Far too expensive for the place - The location is nice, if you don't mind staying a little far from the center, or if you'd like to stay close to the Vatican. The room is very basic, old and not renovated, and there's a shared kitchen for 5 rooms. We didn't expect it to be so basic for the price.

• Betsy (8/5): Comfortable, tastefully decorated room and bath in safe, convenient area in charming building. - The room was very clean and comfortable in a lovely neighborhood about 8 blocks north of the Vatican. I also appreciated that it was near a Metro, which I used a great deal. The apartment advertises breakfast - and there IS breakfast, but you must go out - with a voucher - to get it. The same is true with the laundry. Although the unit advertises laundry facilities, you must go out to reach the local laundromat - very close; exorbitantly expensive. It would have been more truthful to indicate that both breakfast and laundry are OUTSIDE of the apartment, although the cost of breakfast IS included. Once again, I found this a lovely place to stay - and I would do so again. I just think the information about the property needs to be clearer. See above - "false advertising." Otherwise, I loved it.

It’s more like an airbnb stay so the price is quite high. The refrigerator in the room is very loud and they need to update thing or two else in the room
