- György (10/5): - A hotel a főút mellet van, szemben az ipari övezettel, ennek ellenére nagyon csöndes szobát kaptunk. A személyzet kedves, segítőkész, a reggeli bőséges. Reggeli közben a személyzet már TripArvisor értékelést várta tőlem....😉😄👊 Kényelmesen lehetett parkolni és kérésre a személyzet segített. 1-2 éjszakás, átutazó vendégeknek bátran ajánlom. Későn este érkeztünk és a hotel a benzinkút mellet van, nagy volt a kamion forgalom a parkolóban.....

- Nicolas (1/5): Une nuit horrible… Nous regrettons !!! - Rien Hôtel situé sur une aire d’autoroute, la fenêtre donne sur la route (impossible donc d’aérer). Odeur de cigarette persistante partout dans l’hôtel et dans la chambre (nos vêtements et cheveux sentaient la cigarette alors que nous sommes restés juste une nuit). Il est question d’un « hôtel et spa » avec plein de photos de spa sur booking, raison qui nous a motivés à réserver : le spa est en supplément à un prix exorbitant (qui n’est même pas affiché, sûrement un prix donné à la tête du client ?) : 40€ par personne pour 1h d’utilisation… La climatisation a une odeur bizarre, elle ne semble pas entretenue tout comme le reste des équipements… La chambre était sale, le personnel peu accueillant… Je n’ai jamais vu ça. À fuir absolument.

- SAHIN (10/5): Tek kelimeyle performans oteli - Geçirdiğimiz bu kısa tatil, otelinizdeki konaklamamız sayesinde unutulmaz bir deneyime dönüştü! Otelin merkezi konumu, şehrin önemli noktalarına kolayca ulaşmamızı sağladı. Aynı zamanda otelin bulunduğu çevre çok sakin ve huzurluydu, bu da gerçekten dinlendirici bir atmosfer yarattı. Odamız geniş, modern ve tertemizdi. Yataklar son derece rahattı, özellikle uyku kalitemiz mükemmeldi. Odanın dekorasyonu oldukça şık ve konforlu, her şey çok düşünülerek yerleştirilmişti. Personel de bu deneyimi mükemmel kılan unsurlardan biriydi. Otel çalışanları son derece nazik, profesyonel ve yardımcıydılar. Giriş işlemlerinden itibaren her sorumuza hızlıca yanıt aldık ve her konuda destek oldular. Otel yönetimi, misafirlerine gösterdikleri ilgi ve özenle fark yaratıyor. Kahvaltı ise gerçekten bir başka keyifti! Taze ve lezzetli ürünleriyle her sabah güne enerjik bir başlangıç yaptık. Özellikle taze portakal çok hoşumuza gitti. Otelin sunduğu diğer olanaklar da oldukça kapsamlıydı; spa&hamam bölümü personelleri de çok profesyoneldi. Sonuç olarak, konaklamamız boyunca hiçbir aksaklık yaşamadık ve gerçekten çok memnun kaldık. Hem rahatlatıcı hem de keyifli bir deneyim yaşadık. Kesinlikle tekrar konaklamayı planlıyoruz ve bu oteli gönül rahatlığıyla herkese tavsiye ederim. Oteliniz, konfor ve misafirperverlik açısından beklentilerimizin çok üzerindeydi.

Öncelikle belirtmek isteriz ki, otelinizin sunduğu hizmet ve sağladığı konfor bizi oldukça memnun etti. Otelinize giriş yaparken karşılaştığımız sıcak ve samimi karşılama, seyahatimizin başından itibaren rahatlamamıza yardımcı oldu. Resepsiyon görevlilerinin güler yüzlü ve yardımcı tavırları, ilk izlenimimizi son derece olumlu hale getirdi. Odamızın temizliği de takdire şayandı. Şık bir şekilde düzenlenmiş olan odada, gerekli tüm temel ihtiyaçlar düşünülmüştü. Odanın her köşesinde hissettiğimiz hijyen ve düzen, konaklamamızın rahat geçmesini sağladı. Ayrıca, otelinizdeki yatak rahatlığı ve sessiz ortam, çok iyi bir uyku deneyimi yaşamamıza olanak tanıdı. Otelinizin sunduğu kahvaltı ise oldukça doyurucuydu ve çeşit açısından beklediğimizden çok daha genişti. Özellikle taze ekmekler ve kahvaltı sosu, güne güzel bir başlangıç yapmamıza yardımcı oldu. Aracımız olduğundan, konum açısından da oldukça merkezi olan oteliniz, şehirdeki gezilecek yerlere yakın olmasıyla da büyük bir avantaj sundu. Ulaşım seçeneklerinin zenginliği sayesinde, şehirdeki turistik noktalara kolayca ulaşabildik. Her şeyin yanında, otelinizin ekonomik olması konaklama deneyimimizi daha da değerli kıldı. Tüm bu güzel deneyimler için teşekkür ederiz. Yolumuz bu tarafa düşerse, kesinlikle tekrar konaklamayı isteriz.

- Mary (9/5): Thank you, Statgate! - I, and 3 international travelers from Australia, Canada, and Wales ranging in age from 27-50, stayed for a night from Izmir on the way to Istanbul. From the reception, cleaning/breakfast staff and manager, all were very welcoming and helpful. I wish we could remember their names to thank them properly in this review. The beds are comfortable; good showers; lovely and hardy Turkish breakfast. Very clean hotel and comfortable downstairs lounge area. Unfortunately, the spa was not open during our stay. Easy access off the highway, easy parking, and there's a petrol station next door which made it very convenient to gas up and buy provisions for our next segment of travel. The only negative was the smell of cigarette smoke in the non-smoking rooms, but that is the fault of the previous guests (and a few of us smoke, but only outside). We opened the windows to air out the rooms when we arrived.

- Verified traveler (10/5): - Отличная гостиница. Все чисто, уютно, сделано со вкусом. Приятный дизайн, новая мебель, белоснежные пушистые полотенца. Персонал вежливый и дружелюбный. К уборке нареканий не было. Была приятно удивлена бесплатным вай-фаем с хорошей скоростью и наличием парковки. Обязательно вернусь!

- Verified traveler (2/5): Kötü çok kötü - Rezervasyon yaptığım odadan kalmadığını söyleyip ekstra ücret aldılar. 2 kişilik rezervasyon yapmama rağmen tek kişilik rezervasyon yaptığımı söyleyip arkadaşımı neredeyse kovacaklardı. Tavırları hiç beğenmedim.
- Melek (4/5): Hayalkırıklığı - Otel maalesef hayalkirikligi yarattı. Yatak son derece rahatsizdi, 2 yatak birlestirilmis ve bir kismi yumusak bir kismi sertti. perdeler cok kirliydi. E5 kenari oldugu icin camlari acinca cok gurultuluydu. Spa ise kapaliydi. Spa'ni kapatacaksan niye reklamini yapiyorsun?
