• Davide (5/5): Good apartment but some isseus with the radiators and hot water - easy check in and instructions - not complicated and understandable in a easy way to enter very quickly with a code that you receive by phone Bathtub but the hot water runs out before you can fill it up - so its useless . the boiler and radiators were not functioning well until then a technician was standing in the moring unanounced in my flat while i was sleeping then it seemed to work but the hot water was still a bit difficult and not enough to fill the bathtub

I really liked everything. The only minor note was the Arab quarter, which we jokingly called "little Kabul." I respect all nationalities, but overall, we felt like we were living in the Middle East in this area. Future guests should know about this.

• Diogo (9/5): - The apartment was very nice and cosy, spacious, clean and everything worked perfectly. I'll definitely be staying there again in the future! The streets can be noisy in the morning, so bring earplugs in case you're a late sleeper. Also, in Northern Europe blackouts aren't really a thing, so for those who are sensitive to light, better to bring a face mask as well.
• DİDEM (7/5): - Ev çok geniş ve konforluydu. Yazılan her şey evde mevcuttu. Ütü, saç kurutma makinesi, çamaşır makinesi vs. Vardı. Diğer dairelerden hiç ses gelmedi. Ev ve apartman oldukça temizdi. Marketlere, restoranlara, alışveriş yapılabilecek dükkanlara çok yakındı. Fiyatı çok uygundu. Çöp poşeti, çamaşır deterjanı gibi bazı şeyler yoktu. Toplu taşımaya çok yakın ama muhitin güvensiz olduğuna dair özellikle esnaflardan çokça uyarı aldık. Akşamları özellikle metro durağı çevresinde çeşitli gruplar oluyor ve bunlar tehlike arz edebiliyormuş. Akşam dışarıda bulunmamamız gerektiğine dair esnaf ve taksiciler tarafından uyarıldık. Ev sahibinden sorularımıza çok geç dönüş yapıldı.

• Dmitrii (7/5): - Die Apartments sind in gutem Zustand und verfügen über eine angenehme Beleuchtung. Die Küche ist sehr gut ausgestattet und funktional gestaltet. Auch die Lage ist günstig – der Hauptbahnhof sowie das Stadtzentrum sind gut zu Fuß erreichbar. Die Umgebung kann stellenweise etwas exotisch wirken, insgesamt war der Aufenthalt jedoch sehr angenehm und komfortabel. Die Apartments sind in gutem Zustand und verfügen über eine angenehme Beleuchtung. Die Küche ist sehr gut ausgestattet und funktional gestaltet. Auch die Lage ist günstig – der Hauptbahnhof sowie das Stadtzentrum sind gut zu Fuß erreichbar. Das Viertel wirkt etwas lebendig und international geprägt, insgesamt war der Aufenthalt jedoch sehr angenehm und komfortabel.

• Ronnie (9/5): - Communication with the host was fast and effective. The apartment is clean and we had everything we needed for a family of 5. Location - very close to reumannplatz metro. Apartment was organized in a wierd way - everything is in separate rooms. I wouldn't stay for a long stay, but for 1-2 nights if you really just plan on sleeping there, it's perfect. Neighborhood didn't feel as welcoming as others, but generally OK.
• Martina (8/5): Overall very good - Almost everything: spacious rooms and good lighting, big bathroom and living room with tv. Good position and quiet zone, with many supermarkets. There are four beds and a couch for sleeping for the other two people, but sleeping on the couch wasn’t comfortable at all. it’s not a mattress and is very hard to sleep on…
• Budak (2/5): - Bett und Küche war mit Geschmack gemacht! Aber leider nur das ! Leider war mein Aufenthalt sehr problematisch. Die Wohnung war sehr sehr kalt und es gab Baustelle in Gebäude! und diese Information stand nicht in der Beschreibung auf der Buchungsseite. Außerdem war das Badezimmer nicht richtig gepflegt. Es gab keine grundlegenden Dinge wie Duschgel oder Shampoo. Als allein reisende Frau habe ich mich in dieser Unterkunft nicht sicher gefühlt. Für eine Frau ist diese gegen nicht zum enfelung ! Es tut mir leid ;(
• Markovic (9/5): Beautiful appartment - The appartment was spacious, clean and really modern. Beds were comfy, kitched was good equiped, we had big fridge, it also had a freezer, the bathroom was big enough with two sinks and washing machine. Overall we liked this stay. We didn't like the toilet which was really small. The pantry next to it was the same size and the suggestion is to expand the toilet.

• KeawQry (9/5): - The accommodation was clean and fully equipped with all necessary amenities (kitchen, kitchenware, refrigerator, stove, microwave, and washing machine). Free Wi-Fi was also provided. The location is close to the Reumannplatz U-Bahn station (U1), making transportation quite convenient. The host/caretaker was responsive and answered questions quickly, even though we arrived on a Sunday. The room did not have an inner door lock; access was only via a door code. This made us feel slightly concerned about security. Additionally, the kitchen did not have a cutting board. However, overall, there were no problems during our stay.

• Jasmin (5/5): Sauber, gute Lage, aber nicht wie auf den Bildern abgebildet. - Gute Lage - sauber - gutes neues Babybett Die Wohnung sah anders aus als auf den Bildern. Wir hatten mit einem zweiten Raum mit Sofa gerechnet. Das war nicht der Fall. W-LAN hat nicht funktioniert.

• Tuan-Kiet (1/5): My booking was a total scam! - Nothing My booking was a total scam: I paid fully 2 weeks before the travel, but I could not get into the apartment via the provided PIN code. I tried to call the owner a few times but could not reach them. I tried to message them but no one answered. I must have found a hotel and paid myself so that my family (incl. 2 young kids) could stay the planned 3 days in Vienna. I have contacted booking.com 4 times since the incident (1st Jan until today 7th Jan) but no updates from booking.com.

• Tanja (2/5): Gute Lage, aber deutliche Mängel in Sauberkeit und Komfort - Die Lage war gut, mit mehreren Haltestellen in unmittelbarer Nähe sowie vielen Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in der Umgebung. Die Ferienwohnung war sehr schmutzig, unter dem Bett (nach der ersten Nacht neben dem daneben) lagen Staubflusen und leere Bonbon- Papiere. Der Gasbrenner sprang laut und unregelmäßig an, die Fenster waren undicht mit starkem Zug. Nachts störte zudem ein regelmäßiges Piepen aus der Badlüftung. Insgesamt kein angenehmer Aufenthalt.

• Johannes (6/5): Für maximal 2 Nächte machbar, für länger würde ich was anderes suchen. - Sehr unkomplizierter Zugang zur Unterkunft. Sehr Sauber. Große helle Wohnung. Die Wohnung hat leider etliche nicht so schöne Punkte. Wasserhahn in der Küchenzeile Lose,wackelt und ist nur mit Vorsicht zu benutzen. Kaffeemaschine war nicht vorhanden, wurde dann am 2.Tag in die Wohnung gestellt. Die Betten sind sehr Hart, was schon schön wäre, wenn man dies weiß, dann hätte ich diese Wohnung nicht gebucht. Die Wohnung liegt in der Nähe des Reumannplatzes, der im Internet, als nicht besuchenswert beschrieben wird.Insgesammt merkt man dem Mobilar leider die 5 oder mehr Jahre an. An der Küche funktioniert die untergebaute Abzugshaube und die Beleuchtung nicht. Die Sockelblende steht ab. Die Essstühle sind teilweise verdreckt und defekt.
• Emelie (8/5): - Die Ausstattung das alles neu ist. Sie sollten Shampoo zu Verfügung stehen. Und die Fenster sind nicht dicht man hört und spürt die Kälte von draußen.Es ist sehr kalt in der Nacht auch wenn man die Heizung einschaltet irgendwann schaltet es sich automatisch aus und in der Nacht friert man.
