• Jan (10/5): Jeśli kochasz Włochy śpij tutaj - Budynek znajduje się w historycznej dzielnicy. Dookoła jest pięknie i malowniczo. Piękna włoska kamienica z malowaną klatką schodową. Super lokalizacja, przystanek autobusowy pod hotelem. Dzięki Walidowi mogliśmy zameldować się o 11:00, w nie czekać do 15:00, bardzo miły człowiek. Pokoje mają piękne wykończenie, jest czysto i dają pachnące ręczniki. Można mieć delikatny lęk wysokości, bo apartament jest na przedostatnim piętrze, ale idzie się przyzwyczaić. Genua, Camogli, Margartia i Portofino jest piękne! :) Łazienki nie są w super stanie, ale korzystałem z gorszych. Można to poprawić ale za tą cenę nie przeszkadza mi to :)
• Katerina (7/5): Beautiful building - This accomodstionnis worth staying just for the experience of the building itself. It is spectacular and very typical genovese surprise. Well equipped rooms. Bathrooms cpuld use a little bit more love, but were spacious. Bed was a bit loud and i could not find a suitable pillow for me, so my sleep was not the best, but otherise a very nice room.

Camera abbastanza pulita e spaziosa. Abbiamo pagato di piu per avere il bagno privato (comunque esterno rispetto alla stanza) che inizialmente abbiamo trovato decisamente sporco, poi abbiamo chiesto allo staff di poterlo pulire, e poi non ci sono stati piu problemi. Il personale parla soltanto inglese. Dato il poco spessore dei muri, i rumori delle stanze affianco e del corridoio sono poco schermati. Abbiamo trovato anche difficoltà a schivare e inchiavare la porta della camera che faceva molto rumore.

• Arthur Henrique (1/5): Dirty, badly managed, and completely unreliable - The property is well located with plenty of shops nearby. Before my arrival, I was asked to pay the municipal tourist tax. I spoke with the host via WhatsApp and we agreed that I would pay it in cash upon arrival. However, the host never showed up. Unfortunately, the condition of the property was also extremely disappointing. The common areas, especially the kitchen and bathrooms, were very dirty throughout my stay. This did not seem like a case of one guest having just made a mess, but rather a property that had clearly not been cleaned properly for several days. The level of uncleanliness was so unpleasant that I avoided eating my meals inside the property altogether. Even taking a daily shower, which should be a basic comfort, became an unpleasant experience because of the state of the bathrooms. To make matters worse, the internet never worked at any point during my stay, despite my repeated messages to the host. As I needed it for work, this caused serious inconvenience. What I found especially frustrating was the host’s responsiveness when it came to payment compared with their lack of responsiveness regarding the actual problems. After I was later sent a payment link for the tourist tax, I delayed paying in the hope that this might finally prompt some action about the internet issue. Remarkably, two men appeared at the property in less than an hour. Yet at no point did they seem concerned that I had spent my entire stay without working internet, or clean facilities. Overall, I found the experience very poor, both in terms of cleanliness and management. Given the circumstances, I cannot recommend Leone X Genova Affittacamere.

• Giuseppina (6/5): - L’host Walid è stato disponibile. All’inizio non riuscivamo a trovare l’entrata, ma contattandolo su Whatsapp ci ha risposto tempestivamente. Si è dimostrato gentile e disponibile. La camera è molto grande, ma bisogna puntare di più sulla pulizia: c’era molta polvere sia in camera che in bagno. È un peccato perché tutto sommato non è male, ma la pulizia rappresenta sicuramente un malus.

Приготвували лише одне велике ліжко, на іншому не було білизни. Гаряча воді була не постійно (щось в них зламалось), електрочайник працює лише, коли тримаеш кнопку, мікрохвильовка працює, але не гріє їжу. Отже цей хостел мені запам'ятається як той, де нічого не працює...))) Я б не стала зупинятись тут наступного разу.

• RITA (4/5): Inadmissible de proposer location a Leone X..Quelle assurance peut couvrir un lieu signalé dangereux - L'emplacement. La police avait mis un cordon de sécurité dans tout l escalier considéré comme dangereux apres une chute mortelle d un touriste en novembre. Comment se fait il que Leone X puisse offrir des locations avec Booking ? Réceptionniste absent et aucune consigne d 'accès a la chambre. Même chose pour une autre cliente. Je demande une indemnisation comme membre Genius.

Non si richiede un servizio 5 stelle ma non ricevere neanche un risposta è un comportamento estremamente improfessionale. Sconsigliatissimo.

L’adderto al check in é stato gentile, sebbene non parlasse italiano Portone d’ingresso nascosto da impalcatura e ringhiera delle scale inagibile. Al nostro arrivo la camera puzzava di piedi e l’addetto ha spruzzato un deodorante e ci ha fatto attendere qualche minuto, tuttavia la puzza permane per la durata del soggiorno. Acqua ghiacciata al mattino, non è stato possibile lavarci. Abbiamo segnalato all’host ma dopo mezz’ora non è intervenuto nessuno ed abbiamo fatto check out senza poter utilizzare il bagno. • Sara (1/5): A fuir - Nous sommes arrivés tard le soir (check-in via WhatsApp) après un long voyage, très fatigués. Malheureusement, ce fut une énorme déception. Le logement était vraiment sale : poussière partout, propreté très douteuse, au point que nous avons même eu des doutes sur les draps. Il n’y avait ni chauffage ni eau chaude dans la salle de bain, et nous avons eu très froid toute la nuit. Déjà qu’il fallait avoir le courage de prendre une douche dans ces conditions… La porte de la chambre ne fermait pas, ce qui est inacceptable et très inquiétant. Nous avons essayé de contacter le contacte, mais il ne répondait pas. Un message est arrivé très tard, alors que nous étions déjà endormis d’épuisement. Nous sommes sincèrement très tristes de cette expérience. Ce séjour a été un véritable cauchemar. Nous ne comprenons pas comment Booking peut proposer un logement dans cet état. À fuir.

• Julia (1/5): - Pan z obsługi miły Brak klimatyzacji, czego skutkiem było otworzenie okna co powodowało brak jakiegokolwiek relaksu bo z ulicy dochodziły bardzo głośne odgłosy jeżdżących skuterów i aut praktycznie całą noc. Po przybyciu do pokoju na pościeli widniała wielka plama (nie wiem po czym), musieliśmy spać bez przykrycia. Niedziałające kontakty w pokoju - brak możliwości naładowania telefonów czy czegokolwiek. Łazienka w miarę czysta, natomiast wymagająca generalnego remontu, balansie dotknąć kabiny prysznicowej, bo była czarno-żółta od środka.

In the room old furniture, some issues with cables for charging next to the bed, doors are transparent, no isolation, like you are sleeping in the corridor, bathrooms are dirty, old and not comfortable, disgusting I can say . • Mil (10/5): Świetna lokalizacja i piękny apartament. - Przestronny, czysty apartament z piękną posadzką! Do tego czysta i przyjemna prywatna łazienka. Bardzo wygodne łóżko. Super lokalizacja pozwalała szybko dostać się do centrum i innych ważnych udogodnień, takich jak kawiarnia czy sklep spożywczy. Wrażenie robi również klatka schodowa - polecam przyjrzeć się malunkom na ścianach i sufitach. + bardzo dobrze działające wifi. Szkoda, że w kuchni nie było jednak działającego ekspresu do kawy.

La stanza accogliente con riscaldamento sempre acceso e nonostante i bagni fossero esterni alla stanza li ho trovati sempre puliti e vi ho trovato una buona privacy! La posizione non è ideale se si vuole visitare il centro però è comunque ben collegata con i bus!
