After 2 days I had to leave the place because it is horrible, it does not look like the photos, it is not good at all, do not go to that place, it is dirty and very humid and they charged me 8 euros per night, which was included in the price.

• Noah (1/5): Reine Katastrophe. - Wortwörtlich das schlechteste Hotel bei dem ich je war. Sauberkeit, Personal, Lage. Einfach alles! Komplett alles. Zimmer, WC wurde alle 3 Tage halbherzig geputzt und Bettbezug jeden 4. Tag gewechselt. Frühstück war auch dabei. Alles stand offen. Dieses Hotel bräuchte einen Hygiene-Check!

• Chloe (7/5): Hôtel qui fait l’affaire si on passe son temps à sortir en club ou Beach club. - Proche de tout si on veut des beach club, soirée ou bons restaurants sur Malia avec une épicerie ouverte 24h24 juste en bas de l’hôtel. Propreté pas ouf même si ça faisait l’affaire. Ils ne nettoient que les endroits visibles, il n’y a pas de ménage de fond. De plus, si vous ne prévoyez pas de sortir la nuit, ne logez pas ici car il y a du bruit jusqu’à 6h du matin à cause des clubs collés à l’hôtel.

• Vladyslav (3/5): - Когда мы приехали в отель, примерно 50 минут не было никого чтобы нас зарегистрировать, потом примерно 15 минут нас регистрировали, а потом ещё минут 20 наш номер убирали (убрали кстати так себе). Номер в который нас заселили не соответствует фотографиям бронирования. Номер грязный. Матрас кровати не удобный. За 2 недели у нас один раз меняли постель, два раза раза поменяли полотенца, два раза забрали мусор, один раз промыли пол. Давление воды в душе вечерами очень слабое, несколько дней вечерами воды не было. Завтраки каждый день одинаковые(иногда было чувство что подавали вчерашние блюда, например если сегодня продавался омлет и бекон отдельно, то на следующий день подавался немного измельчённый омлет перемешаный с измельчённым беконом. Резаные овощи тоже иногда казались суточной давности). Стаканы и приборы - пластик. Столы липкие. По моему мнению, цена отеля сильно завышена.

• Sonia (1/5): worst hotel i’ve ever stayed at - the location the staff wasn’t at the front desk for check in, wouldn’t answer the phone numbers provided, and took 20 minutes trying to track someone down to check us in, the toilets didn’t work so there was crap sitting in the toilet the moment we got the rooms, the showers were disgusting, blankets were not provided, we had to pay for a/c, the a/c in one of the rooms didn’t work, the beds felt like just box springs

Hotellet erbjöd gratis transfer till och från flygplatsen. 10 min promenad till stranden, Dolphin beach. Var väl medveten om att detta är ett partyhotell med mycket ungdomar som kommer tillbaka från fest vid 05-06 tiden. Hög musik från närliggande hotell. Poolen var ofräsch. Frukost ingick men var inte bra. Väldigt enkel frukost. Kall mat, endast en sorts bröd.

Beds aren't comfy at all 3. Breakfast was eggs mostly, other food was very bad 4. There was a lot of ants in the rooms, it wasn't clean at all 5. Toilet paper did not exist after the 2nd day 6. Cleaners were very unprofessional, getting into our rooms while we are in it or sleeping 7. BE CAREFUL! Some of us have seen a 100€ missing, after cleaners came in, my friend also lost his golden chain, and we saw some guys in other rooms that called the police for a 300€ missing, keep ur stuff safe please, even if you lock the doors they can come in 8. Staff doesn't english good, and they were very rude and not communicative at all 9. The rooms aren't even close as good as the ones from photos. All in all, I suggest you do not visit this hotel, but if you have to, keep your stuff safe and make sure you have money for when you come in for "taxes" and ac, even though the first two days the ac wasn't working. Very unprofessional, and I would not come back again.

L aria condizionata costa 7 euro al giorno quando c era scritto che era inclusa! Posizione pessima per dormire perché fino alle 5 del mattino si sente la musica delle discoteche affianco! In più tutta notte un via vai assurdo di ragazzi che facevano casino sbattendo porte e mettendo musica dal cellulare e cantavano tutti assieme! Sono scappato dopo una sola notte (avrei dovuto farne 3) e mi sono cercato un altro posto per dormire in pace

• Lena (1/5): Einmal und nie wieder - Der Clubbereich des Hotels war im Gegensatz zum Rest das schönste am Hotel.Die Mitarbeiter dort waren sehr freundlich und entgegenkommend.Man sollte bloß aufpassen,dass man nicht auf deren Aufdringlichkeit reinfällt,sonst schafft man es nicht,gegen Abend das Hotel überhaupt zu verlassen.Die Musik war wirklich gut und es war für jeden etwas dabei.Eine Shisha kostet den Abend 10€ und für Getränke bekommt man meist Specialangebote,damit es für Besucher attraktiv gemacht wird. Das Hotel hat einen Flughafenshuttle lt Beschreibung angeboten,diesen hatten wir auch angefordert.Nach mehrmaligen Schreiben und auch anrufen im Hotel ohne Antwort mussten wir am Flughafen ein Taxi nehmen und selber schauen,wie wir am letzten Tag wieder zum Flughafen kommen.Die Rezeption war in der ganzen Woche nicht einmal besetzt,was wahrscheinlich auch die fehlende Erreichbarkeit des Hotels erklärt.Die Zimmer waren sehr dreckig und wurden in der ganzen Woche nur einmal grob gereinigt.Das Personal war total unfreundlich und hat uns des Diebstahls beschuldigt,für einen Duschvorhang,der von Anfang an nicht vorhanden war,des weiteren wurde man angeschrien,dass die Handtücher auf gar keinen Fall auf den Boden gehören,da die Putzfrau nicht jedes Mal wechseln würde.Toilettenpapier durfte man am besten auch nicht benutzen,da es auch nicht aufgefüllt wurde.Der Außenbereich wurde weder gereinigt noch aufgeräumt,es standen die ganze Woche Gläser und essen von anderen Gästen auf den Liegen.Das Personal war den ganzen Tag über nicht zu sehen und hat sich auch nicht erkundigt,ob noch etwas benötigt wird oder ob alles in Ordnung ist. Fazit:Zum Feiern gehen ist das Hotel in Ordnung, aber für einen entspannten Urlaub ziemlich ungeeignet und nicht dem entsprechend,was in der Beschreibung beschrieben wird.Ich würde das Hotel nicht empfehlen und auch nicht noch einmal dahin zurückkehren.Wir haben keine großen Ansprüche,was Hotels angeht,da man dort meist eh nur zum schlafen und Duschen ist,aber dieses Hotel hat selbst diese geringen Erwartungen zunichte gemacht.

• Jana (4/5): Loša lokacija za odmor - Plaža je blizu. Doručak je korektan. Hotel se nalazi u izuzetno bučnoj ulici. Klub je u okviru hotela i puštaju jako bučnu muziku do rano ujutru. Klima nije očišćena verovatno nikada, jako loše radi. U kupatilu oko slivnika konstanto ostaje voda, pritisak na tušu je loš. Samo prvi sprat ima okej pritisak i toplu vodu. Nama su izašli u susret i poslednji dan su nas pustili da ostanemo u sobi do kasno uveče, jer nisu imali goste, ali hotel nema prostoriju gde možete ostaviti stvari nakon check out-a.

Manglende rengøring, der var beskidt over alt. Der kunne gå 3 dage før toiletspanden blev tømt. Man skal bede om toiletpapir. Virkelig meget larm om natten. Lamper, vinduer og døre vibrer og hele bygningen ryster så det forplanter sig til møblerne. Sengelampen klirer om natten pga. mega høj bas buldren. Kun for unge mennesker, ikke for voksne. Det er ikke et hotel, kun et opholdssted i nødstilfælde. Der er også stor og hurtig udskiftning af gæster, mange er fra øst-lande fordi det er billigt. 1 stjerne med pil nedad er nok den bedste karakter.

• Tijana (6/5): - The hotel is relatively close to the beach, about a 5-minute walk. The room has a small refrigerator and a kettle. There are markets nearby. Overall, the impression is that for the money you pay, you get a small nice room close to the city beach. If you are sensitive to noise and have light sleep, this hotel might not be the best choice. However, if you’re going for parties and nightlife, this accommodation places you right in the center of the action. Be prepared for the same breakfast every day, which is hearty and fresh, along with juice and coffee, but the selection remains the same. The general impression is that the rooms aren’t very clean. Housekeepers come every morning to clean, but only the bedroom area, not the bathroom. During our stay, we ran out of liquid soap and it wasn’t replenished. The hotel is located in an area of the city with many cafés and pubs, and it doesn’t have great sound insulation, so it’s very noisy from around 9 PM to 5 AM. The breakfast is the same every day; they keep it well-stocked and fresh, but the selection doesn’t change.

• analisse (5/5): toilet nightmare - i like the pool, breakfast was nice, close to beach and nightlife area, staff friendly toilet stopped working, asked them to fix it, and then it broke again immediately after, was not a issue with us flushing toilet paper btw, also incredibly loud at night, music is blasted, not to bad on the nights we went out or anything but should provide earplugs or something for people staying

• simona (1/5): Hotel solo per giovani scapestrati - La posizione centralissima e vicino al mare. Un bel frigorifero e un fon funzionante. Ascensore. Aria condizionata a richiesta. Il rumore eccessivo creato dagli ospiti che seppur segnalati ai titolari dell’hotel e anche a Booking non hanno smesso di sbattere porte, gridare e correre per i corridoi nel cuore della notte. Dovevano essere cacciati ma non é stato così. I titolari ci hanno preso in giro anche se si sono scusati e non ci hanno voluto cambiare le stanze. Inoltre il locale all’interno della struttura teneva la musica altissima fino alle 5 del mattino. Io ho dovuto dormire per terra nel balcone dove i rumori si sentivano di meno! Inoltre le camere erano appena sufficientemente pulite, mentre il bagno si vedeva che era stato usato. Uno scopino del wc era ancora sporco! Spine, porte rotte. Ci hanno cambiato gli asciugamani e fatto le pulizie solo a richiesta. Booking deve segnalare sul sito che é un hotel solo per ragazzi e ragazze e che é presente la musica per tutta la notte.

• annabel (1/5): personally never again - not much to be honest, the location was perfect if you want to party (which we did) but besides that…. - the staff were nothing short of insane , they tried throwing us out of our room for no good reason, (we also witnessed this same activity happen 3 times) screamed in our faces for being in the pool (DURING POOL OPENING HOURS AT 6pm) just genuinely crazy and threatening - room looks nothing like the pictures at all and being real the mattress was stiff af - if you want a single shred of light in your room try somewhere else - don’t even bother with breakfast - also they have those sun lounge beds which look so cute but literally nowhere to catch some decent sun so don’t be fooled

• thomas (2/5): Einmal und nie wieder dieses Hotel - Im Prinzip Nichts! Leider muss ich sagen das ich noch nie so enttäuscht wurde wie hier. Es hat einfach nichts gepasst wie es auf Booking.com angegeben war. Die Bilder der Buchung stimmten nicht im geringsten so wie sie angegeben waren. Die Klimaanlage hätte pro Tag 5€ extra gekostet und das Frühstück bestand aus 2x Marmelade, 1x Butter in einer kl. Plastikverpackung sowie 2 Semmeln. Zudem waren im Bad noch Haare der Vorgänger sowie Reste von Lebensmitteln der Vorgänger im Zimmer. Das Bettlaken war außerdem verschmutzt. Solch ein Zimmer habe ich noch NIE auf Booking.com. Ausserdem sollte man genau die Bewertungen lesen, denn das Quartier ist in der Partymeile gelegen-also nichts mit Ruhe. Kann man aber vorher prüfen. Das hatte ich leider nicht.

• Shira (2/5): The staff is lovely but the hotel has no reason to keep existing. - The room had a great location it's location made it impossible to sleep at night because of the non stop loud music. The rooms looked absolutely nothing like the pictures, the bathroom was dirty with hair on the floor and the drains, the sink and the toilet malfunctioned, we only had hot water from the sink and the shower pressure was weak, and the shower was too close to the toilet. When checking in you have to pay extra fees for air conditioning which is impossible to live without, and for the key for the safe box in the room to store valuables. The breakfast was minimal, low quality and was served in dirty dishes, the towels in the room can only be changed once every four days which is very difficult for someone who showers every day. The elevator can barely fit one person and is very scary to use. The beds had no blankets, only thin sheets and a single pillow, and had stains on them. There's no full body mirror. There's not enough lighting in the room which makes it hard to get ready without daylight.

• Lavinia (1/5): Trying to fool people with wrong information - Nothing, we paid money for a lie. Location situated exactly on the ‘’strip street’’ were there are like 30 clubs one glued to each other. This hotel has also on the groung floor such a club. Every single night from 9-10pm to 5-6 in the morning there is an outrageous noise and crowds of people - so besides noisy as hell, the area is also not exactly safe let’s say.
• Aline (9/5): Prijs-kwaliteit! TOP - Het personeel was heel vriendelijk, het zwembad met de ligbedden was zalig en om in de avond de dag af te sluiten konden we een cocktail drinken in de bar. Wat wil je meer! In de nacht is het heel luid. De muziek van de bars en clubs rond het hotel blijven doorgaan tot 5-6u elke dag. Maar dit wisten wij op voorhand, dus voor ons was dit geen enkel probleem.

• Margaux (1/5): Scandaleux - A l’arrivé il n’y avait pas de réceptionniste, un serveur du bar nous a donné une clé au hasard sans meme pas demandé notre nom. Dans l’annonce il n’est pas spécifié que la chambre se trouve juste au dessus d’une boite de nuit. La fenêtre donne sur les VIP de la boite de nuit, nonon vous ne rêvez pas. Donc on ne pouvait ni ouvrir les rideaux ni les fenêtre malgré la chaleur. Réservé chambre lit « king size », deux petits matelas de tres mauvaises qualités, limite traversé par les ressorts, collés ensemble. Chambre dans l’annonce noté avec la climatisation, la tele, « un sol en marbre » absolument rien de tout ca a disposition dans la chambre. Le lendemain matin sans avoir pu dormir une seconde car il n’y a aucune isolation et la boite de nuit ferme a 5h, et que les gens continuent de crier bien apres. Nous nous rendons a la reception, le propriétaire nous a a peine repondu a peine regardé nous avons demandé a payé la nuit que nous avions passé ( et nous somme deja bien gentille) et de nous rembourser les 2 autres nuits car il serait impossible de rester ici. Il a fait mine de pouvoir rien faire sans meme une seule fois s’excuser. Un scandale

Thank you Personally there could of been information given out on arrival about breakfast, for example like the timings and where it was going to be served. Also there was no options, I am allergic to orange juice and that was the only juice option.

• adillah (6/5): - The staff are amazing, very friendly and helpful. Truly made me feel welcomed. I'm highly allergic to cats and there were a few cats at the hotel, which isn't uncommon for Greece. But unfortunately for me my allergies went crazy and I hardly slept. I don't blame the accommodation for this I should have called ahead to check.

• Yasin (1/5): Horror - Einfach garnichts im Hotel Die Hotelzimmer werden nicht gereinigt Mann muss sich mit der chefin streiten um Handtücher zu bekommen um toilletenpapier zu kriegen sehr dreckig im Flur liegt jeden Tag Katzen scheiße von ihren Katzen die sind nicht fähig es. Zu putzen auf den Bildern sehen die Zimmer ganz anders aus aufjedenfall empfehle ich dieses Hotel niemanden ich war 7 Tage dort es war ein Horror kein Komfort keine Reinigung einfach nichts !!

The owners of the place broke the door of our room and they tried to steal a sum of money from us for breaking the door and we are not related to the matter, in the end they threw us out of the place and also sued us. 5- A place not worth it at all, pay a little more money and get a better place than this disgusting place.

• Simona Gemellaro (5/5): Massima ospitalità ma struttura poco pulita - Mi è piaciuta l'ospitalità della padrona della struttura, la piscina e la smart tv. La signora mi ha anche offerto un cocktail per il mio compleanno e mi ha anche fornito 2 cuscini in più. La via troppo rumorosa, specialmente gli altri ospiti dell'albergo che fanno rumore fino a notte fonda ubriacandosi. Struttura poco pulita e senza saponi inclusi. Inoltre ho pagato 7€ in più a notte per l'aria condizionata.
• Boubrit (1/5): Lamentable - Vraiment rien -Nous avons été accueillis d’une froideur incroyable, nous faisant même croire que nous n’avons pas de réservation, la dame a l’accueil est très désagréable. -Climatisation payante (7 euros par jour), bien sûr ce n’est pas notifiée dans la réservation. Paiement de la climatisation seulement en cash ! - Douche sans rideau donc piscine dans la salle de bain après s’être lavé…- la piscine de l’hôtel est sale, l’eau n’est même pas transparente - Débit d’eau inexistant dans la douche et chasse d’eau qui marche toutes les deux heures. - Draps et serviettes sales. - Personnel très désagréable qui se permette de rentrer dans la chambre en agressant les gens et vérifier si la clé n’est pas détachée du badge car ils ont peur que les gens laissent le badge connecté afin d’éviter que la Clim reste allumer quand la chambre n’est ps occupée … - isolation inexistante, des gens qui crient dans les couloirs à 5-6 h du matin. Une belle publicité mensongère car les photos ne correspondent pas du tout à la réalité. De plus, ils ne manqueront pas de vous soutirer de l’argent à la moindre occasion ! Hôtel à fuir .
