Fanns dessutom helt ok glutenfria bullar/muffins/croissanter. Mycket trevlig och hjälpsam personal. Gratis utlåning av badlakan till stranden. Fint och hemtrevligt hotell. Väl fungerande wifi. Mycket bra med luftkonditionering på rummet. Möjlighet att köpa vin/öl/snacks som kan avnjutas på den trevliga takterrassen med fin utsikt. Ett tips kan vara att ta med egen kudde, då dessa var ganska obekväma. Är man van att sova med täcke så lär man sakna detta då sängen endast bäddas med överlakan. Kan upplevas att det är lyhört på rummen då man hör grannarna.

• Svante (8/5): Trevligt hotell med bra läge - Läget är utmärkt, med en kort promenad ner till stranden. Personalen är hjälpsam och terrassen på taket är ett plus. Jag bodde nära hissen och den hörs, och tyvärr är det ganska lyhört överlag.

Breakfast bit disappointing, not much choice of fresh fruit, would have liked more hot food e.g. choice of eggs. Breakfast as this certainly is more a 4 star taking in all the other aspects of hotel.
• Luciano Antonino (4/5): Stay away from room 403!! - The building itself is charming, with stylish furnishings, a very nice terrace and a unique character but my overall experience was extremely disappointing. The room 403 wasn’t bad at first sight —in fact, the bed was one of the most comfortable I’ve ever slept in—but the problems started right after my arrival. After a long 5-hour motorcycle ride, I took a shower to recover, only to find the entire room flooded. I immediately went to the reception, where Victor, who greeted me, offer me a refund right away and in a rude way called it a solution, but that made no sense as a solution—I would have been stranded in Málaga on a Saturday night. Worse still, the issue clearly wasn’t new: mold on the walls, warped surfaces, and a strong musty smell. The next day, they gave me another room just for showers, but that was still inconvenient: who wants to roam around just for shower? Then, the third day, they demanded I hand back the key, offering no alternative except using a staff bathroom. Lucio, an empathetic Argentinian staff member, was the only one who understood the issue and tried to push for a partial refund, but he had no power on this. In the end, all they gave me was a €40 parking credit and a free breakfast (that I refused as I don’t do breakfast - and they knew since I didn’t have it the previous days. As someone who rarely leaves negative reviews, I just feel it’s crucial to highlight the lack of proper management. On top of that, the room was filthy—dust on the ceiling fan, hair on the bed, and no toilet brush. Overall, a huge letdown since I’ve paid 140€ per night!

• Luna (6/5): - Ho soggiornato in questa struttura e, nel complesso, l’esperienza è stata positiva. Fin dall’ingresso si percepisce un piacevole profumo che dà subito un’ottima prima impressione. L’hotel, a mio avviso, meriterebbe anche più delle due stelle che possiede. La stanza è ampia e confortevole, così come il bagno, davvero spazioso e curato nei dettagli: molto bello l’effetto marmo intorno alla vasca. Inoltre c’è la possibilità di vedere Netflix dalla tv in stanza, anche se non è grandissima. E’ presente aria condizionata e ventola. Un aspetto che invece migliorerei è la gestione della colazione. I tavoli disponibili risultano pochi rispetto al numero degli ospiti, creando qualche disagio nei momenti di maggiore affluenza. Inoltre, il servizio non è sempre tempestivo: capita di dover attendere per la pulizia dei tavoli e anche per avere piatti e tazzine, con tempi talvolta piuttosto lunghi. Anche il buffet potrebbe essere gestito meglio, in quanto alcuni prodotti, una volta terminati, non venivano riforniti con la dovuta rapidità. Nel complesso, una struttura con ottime potenzialità, che con qualche accorgimento in più potrebbe offrire un’esperienza davvero completa.

• Antonella (7/5): - Die Lage ist wirklich toll. Wenige Gehminuten zum Strand und man ist zu Fuß auch schnell im Zentrum. Kleine Supermärkte gibt es auch in der Nähe. Man kann sich jeden Tag an der Rezeption frische Strandtücher und auch einen Strandschirm leihen, das ist wirklich sehr praktisch. Das Zimmer und das Bad hätten sauberer sein können. Es lag noch recht viel staub rum und im Bad gab es in der Dusche auch Schimmel. An unserem ersten Abend hatten wir leider auch ein Problem mit Ameisen. Mal eine Ameise wäre nicht schlimm gewesen aber es waren wirklich viele, die zudem auch auf dem Bett waren. Als wir an der Rezeption Bescheid gesagt haben wurde uns lediglich gesagt, dass es leider keine anderen freien Zimmer geben würde. Nach einer Weile wurde uns gesagt wir könnten ein Produkt zum sprühen bekommen. Es war aber 1 Uhr Nachts, wir waren total müde und um die Uhrzeit alles sprühen, ohne zu wissen wo die herkommen wollten wir nicht, da wir das Zimmer um die Uhrzeit nicht hätten verlassen können um ordentlich zu lüften. Nach längerer eigenständiger Suche haben wir an der Decke ein kleines Loch entdeckt wo die Ameisen herkamen. Wir haben dann nach Klebeband gefragt und das Loch selbst bedeckt. Danach hatte sich das Problem erledigt aber ideal war das alles nicht. Uns wurde eine Leiter gegeben und ein Tuch für den Fall dass doch wieder mehr Ameisen kommen sollten, mehr wurde nicht gemacht.
