• ND (6/5): Just okay - Convenient to many stores, restaurants, and interstate access. The beds were very uncomfortable. Old mattresses and coil springs were felt. Room service was not up to par. Housekeeping did not speak English and hard to communicate. They didn't know what I needed. They didn't vacuum the room. 3rd floor rooms were supposed to be pet free. Unfortunately, the room next to us had a dog. Dog smells were noticeable but little barking. Construction crew trucks should be parked on the side of the hotel, not at the front entrance parking spots where others need close parking due to physical barriers that did not have handicap parking tags. No dresser in the room to place your clothing since we were there for 4 days. So most of my clothing stayed in my suitcase. I'm very disappointed.

• Karis (10/5): All in all my experience was 9.5/10 - I met a few staff members and all were friendly, helpful will to go thay extra mile to ensure customer satisfaction. I was very pleased! I wasn't the biggest fan of the pillows on the king size bed. They were fat and stubby. Totally a personal preference thing.

• SL197379 (4/5): Needs updated BADLY! - Staff was nice. Needs are HARD! We had a Disability room and everything sat so low to the ground. Not everyone who needs a disability room with a walk in shower need everything lowered! We're not all in wheelchairs! The flooring leading into the bathroom is also chipping paint and the shower looked dirty. Not a pleasant stay.

• Josiane (8/5): Good :) - Everything was extremely clean, the breakfast was wonderful and it's close to several shops and restaurants. Spacious and comfortable bedroom! We can hear noises from other bedrooms. And the spa area was not operating, but there was no warning about this on booking.com. My toddler was very sad about it! Everything else was great!

We needed to change rooms because the 1st one smelled musty and they were very accommodating We chose a hotel with a pool for my kids but it was too cold to swim. Also the hot tub was too cool to use. This was very disappointing! Also disappointing that there wasnt body wash in the room.

• PETER (4/5): - The hotel overall wasn’t bad, my issues was with the room room 228. First the air condition wasn’t working right and the temperature display wasn’t fully displaying. Secondly, the bathroom door wouldn’t close from inside. Even from outside someone had to mess around with it for a few seconds to have it stay shut. Next the water was draining very slowly while taking a shower. Lastly the pull handle for the shower wouldn’t work properly to divert the water to the shower head. Had to play with it at least 3 times to work right. Of course at checkout nobody there to talk to about the issues above. I checked in at almost 10pm so I didn’t have the energy to deal with the problems for a one night stay.

I had to use the bar soap - which was more pleasant to wash out the smell of the other. So for someone with sensitivities - beware. The close door was damaged and patched but it looked really tacky.

The room we got was ok, looked clean except the window currents which had boogers on it (disgusting)!!! Other than that this place is average. Expect waiting forever at the front desk as other people has had similar reviews

We have a king room with sofa sleeper but the chair in that same little area would have made it impossible to pull out the sleeper or to even use the entire sofa and chair. The room and hallway had a weird smell; I thought it smelled like rubber/tires and my husband thought maybe it was an odd paint smell. I couldn't really tell what temp the a/c was supposed to be keeping the room because it changed from what we set it to. It also felt wet/humid in the room which made it uncomfortable for sleeping.
