David (10/5): - Greatlace, great location, quiet, parking. Selfserve checkin was a breeze. If I had anything to suggest, would be better mattress in the master bedroom. Also, the condo itself could do with a fresh coat of paint. None of this deterred from the stay itself. Would rebook I. A heart beat.

Verified traveler (8/5): - Very clean two bedroom condo apartment in nearly new building, well equipped with full size appliances and full set of dishes and cutlery. Smartstays communicated well by text and email, and very friendly on the phone. Minor downside that the heat is centrally controlled and we found it warm, but we just opened the bedroom window to sleep. Each unit has an air/heat unit in the living room we just didn't try to figure it out. Well located about a block and a bit from main Clifton Hill area. We would return.

Haresh (8/5): Stay is ok. 3.5/5 - Stay was okay. Took the condo mainly as I am with my whole family and we could cook and save a little bit. Location: Location is ok. Walkable to main bazaar - Clifton Hill. Comfort: Bed comfort is not that good. I doubt they are queen mattress as they feel like double size. They are not that comfortable. Cleanliness: Very clean and cozy. All the appliances and Lenin are clean and tidy. Facilities: kitchen is super. Have all dishes and cuttlery for whole cooking. Best for a big family to save money. Overall. They could do little better by increasing the space by reducing the furniture size. Many are but large like dresser and coffee table etc and increase the bed size.
Catherine (8/5): - Good location, close to attractions. Having a kitchen saves on restaurant bills. Staff are friendly and helpful. A drawback is the check-in time of 4:30pm, however we were accommodated and let in at 2pm. Also there is no cable, they have smart tv’s so you can watch Netflix, YouTube etc. There is also a $500 deposit.
Lily (2/5): - Walls are very thin you could hear everything thats happening in the building, they charge cleaning fee which is a rip off because the bed sheets were stained and so was the couch, the rooms did not have AC so we had to keep the room doors open to get airflow from ac in living room, the kitchen had spider webs and to top it off we woke up to a mouse in the kitchen one morning i freaked out. Please be aware.

Walls are thin so you hear other people in the other apartments. Some not as respective to quiet hours. Main bedroom bed not comfortable but other beds very comfy! fe complaints worth the money

Michael (10/5): Great place to stay! - Out of all of the places that we stayed while in Canada, this was by far the best one! It was within walking distance to everything and it was extremely roomy and comfortable.

As someone who is diabetic, it’s great that it came with a fully equipped kitchen so that I could prepare meals etc. Loved that the dining table was large to accommodate us. Would definitely rent this place again.
Zelma (8/5): Modern Appartment just 2 blocks from Main area - The apartment was absolutely lovely but the area was a bit questionable. The kitchen was fully stocked with all needed appliances and dishes. The decorations and furniture were very nice.

Pat (8/5): Nice apartment close to Clifton Hill - Clean, modern, well-maintained property. Check-in procedure leaves much to be desired. If you are older or have a disability, do not rent above second floor. Stairs are many and steep and there is no elevator access.

Bea (10/5): Awesome find and excellent alternative to hotels - My friends and I stayed here over a weekend and were pleasantly surprised at what we got for the price we paid!! Definitely well worth it and so much more comfortable than staying at a hotel. It was very clean and had everything we needed and more - towels, plates and utensils, even cookware and bakeware. They do inform you that you have to bring your own soap, toiletries, paper towels, etc. (Also bring a sponge if you plan on cooking!) They even have Netflix on the tv and AppleTV (bonus!). The only thing I didn't like upon arrival is that I expected one of the bedrooms to have two single beds as pictured but both rooms just each had a double bed. We stayed here during the recent ice storm and being in a partial basement unit, there ended up being a pretty substantial leak through the kitchen window and through a wall by the back door during our final night. We contacted the emergency phone number provided and they responded pretty quickly although it being late in the night they couldn't send anyone until the next morning. Also note for the management: please salt the walkways to the front door!! They were very very slippery and could've definitely led to an injury. But points for excellent customer service and ease of communication lines. Overall, really enjoyed our stay and I would definitely stay there again for a group trip!
Rick (6/5): Perfect location, but lacking........ - The condo is in the perfect location for the Canadian side of the Falls. Once you park, you can walk to the Falls, Clifton Park, and Skylon Tower. The condo itself was furnished cheaply, and the comforters had stains. The walls must be extremely thin because at night, it was extremely noisy. Be aware that after you book this condo with Expedia, you get contacted by the management firm to leave a $500 (Canadian) deposit, and at the end of your booking, they have up to 14 days to return your money. It was about 5-7 days for my deposit to get refunded. All in all, it's a cheap place to stay, in the perfect location.
maritel (10/5): Spacious place near Clifton hills - We had a great stay! Felt like home with nice and comfy beds and a living room to relax and talk. It was also very near cliffton hills which made it better!
Toya (10/5): Close to tourist attractions. - My family and I enjoyed our stay. We loved the condo, the layout and its modern look was extremely clean. The only negative point is that the walls and floors are thin and sound travels. Unfortunately for us, there was a toddler in the room above us. I was looking forward to being able to sleep in during spring break and all we could hear is running back and forth upstairs. Aside from that... Totally awesome place
Shahnaz (10/5): Would have been better if there was no glass table - A very clean place to call a home away from home. Walking distance to pretty much everything including halal food. Glass tables are a hazard for kids/toddlers.

Elaine (10/5): Clean, modern decor in a convenient location. - Our family of 5 stayed here for 5 nights with our toy poodle. It was a more convenient location than we expected - we really liked the easy walking distance to many attractions. Walking distances: Clifton Hill - 5+ mins The Falls - 15-20 mins (through Clifton Hill) Rainbow Bridge - 20 mins (we took a 10 min walk across to the US side, which was very fun and we loved the alternate perspective) Fallsview Blvd area - 20 mins (there is a nice walking path to the Skyline Tower from the giant parking lot next to the speedway) The condo was exactly as pictured. The kitchen was well equipped and everything in good condition. Couch was comfy - my son slept here a few nights. There is no regular TV but we enjoyed watching shows on Netflix. We would return and have told friends about it.
Kevin (8/5): Best Way to Stay in the Falls - Such an efficient and great way to stay in the falls. Very efficient as you just had to get the key with no check in and you're good to go. The only thing was that it wasn't super clean to begin with, but we're self sufficient so we vacuumed and it was fine. I don't think I could stay anywhere else if I was going to Niagara for the weekend with a few friends again. We felt very much at home there. When we were not out enjoying the falls we were relaxing oh the spacious couch watching Netflix and eating at the dining room table as a family. This has definitely changed my idea of how to stay in the falls and I am definitely going to stay there again.
Van (10/5): Very nice condo and very comfortable. - The condo we stayed at was very nice, the beds and sofa were very comfortable to sleep on. All amenities such as kitchen appliance, cook ware and extra bedding were all available. Would definitely come back.
Chrismar (10/5): Wonderful Experience - My stay at the Clifton Hills Condos was nothing short of amazing. The customer service from everyone on this team is absolutely wonderf. They’re courteous, prompt, professional, and VERY helpful. I’ve never done self check in before, so the lockbox concept was new to me. My ignorance of the lockbox made it difficult for me to check in. I messaged Mike, and although I was unable to reach him, he contacted Natasha who then tried to contact me; through various means! She wasn’t able to do so, so she contacted the other guests in the Condominium, so that they could lend a helping hand to try to reach me. I was so amazed by all their effort! In the end I was helped, and I was able to enjoy my stay at this beautiful condo! The simplest way to describe my unit, is what you see in the photos is what you get! Clean, spacious, chic, modern, and sooooooooooo beautiful. My daughter didn’t want to leave. ‘Mom can we stay here forever’ were frequently echoed by her! The first day we went out with the car, and upon realizing how close we were to all the attractions we brought the car back and walked everywhere. We felt so silly driving! This Condominium is definitely a gem,and at the price an amazing steal! It beats staying at a hotel, that’s for sure. It’s completely turnkey, so all you need are your clothes, shoes, and personal hygiene products! All in all I would recommend this place to my friends and family. If we were ever to visit Niagra Falls again this would be our choice!
Betty (8/5): Beautiful hotel but sleepless night - The condo itself was beautiful, spacious and comfortable. But unfortunately we had some incredibly loud guests that stayed below us and partied until 530am. I tried contacting the hotel staff but to no avail.

It is not wheelchair accessible there is no elevator to be noted. This you want hand was when we got there the parking lot was not properly ploughed and not salted for the pathways very icy called and let them notify no action was taken it was pretty dangerous. The other thing is the walls are paper thin so if you hear people talking from the other room other units
