• Putsadeeporn (5/5): - The location is good. There is no noise from outside. There is a big cockroach in the bathroom, so scary. The hotel is located in an alley which is so small, it's quite hard to park a car and there are only 4 car spots. There are no elevators, only a stair.

Nice swimming pool, plus a washing machine and a large space to dry clothes. There is a 7-Eleven around the corner, and it’s about a 20-minute walk to the Old Town. Plenty of great places nearby for food, massages, and the night market and boxing stadium is within a 10-minute walk. The staff were extremely friendly. Nothing, everything was perfectly arranged.

Free use of coffee machine (made great coffee). Free use of washing machine. Easy walking distance to Night Bizarre & restaurants. Rooms had great lighting options. The shower had extremely low pressure, and the shower head wouldn't stay up. The beds were a bit too firm for me. Air con goes off when you leave the room (with your key) so you come back to a hot room - but I understand why they do this and it doesn't take too long for the room to cool down again

The staff are incredibly friendly, the pool area is relaxed and peaceful, and the rooms are spacious with very comfortable beds. I’d definitely stay here again. Everything was perfect

• Miha (10/5): The best value for the price - Honestly, I was surprised the rating on Booking isn’t even higher, because for the price you pay, this is easily one of the best value-for-money options. The staff is incredibly friendly and welcoming, with a relaxed, easy-going vibe. Everything feels very comfortable and unpretentious. The hotel is exceptionally clean — both the public areas and the rooms are very well maintained. My room looked completely new, as if it had been recently refurbished. One detail I really appreciated was the curtains — they are excellent and allow you to fully darken the room, which is perfect if you like to sleep in. The bathroom also felt brand new, and the water pressure in the shower was great. There’s a fridge in the room, and you get two bottles of water every day. I especially liked that the bottles are glass and part of a refill system rather than plastic — a small but very important and commendable detail, especially in a place where plastic waste can be an issue. I was a bit concerned after reading some reviews suggesting this might be a party place, but my experience was the complete opposite. I stayed in March, and by around 10 PM it was actually very quiet — noise was not an issue at all. It’s true that there are not many sunbeds (around eight, if I remember correctly), but during my five-night stay in March (low season), this was never a problem — there was always at least one available. The location worked great for me, but I would definitely recommend renting a scooter. The Old Town is about five minutes away by scooter, and while there are a few food options within walking distance, they are somewhat limited. For this price, I would absolutely stay here again without hesitation. Of course, you can always find something you might not like, but it’s important to keep in mind the price you’re paying — these are really just minor details. I would have preferred a bit more privacy on the terrace. However, since I chose a ground-floor room right next to the pool, it’s understandable that you can’t really have both. Smoking is not allowed, even on the “private” terrace. There are two chairs and a table available outside the hotel, although it’s located in a parking area without shade. So it’s not really a place where you can relax for a longer time.

• Kristy (10/5): - The staff is really friendly and welcoming, coffee/tea supplies and water always available outside rooms, pool area is beautiful, rooms are nice and the whole complex is modern. It's a quiet area but still really close to (night) markets (10min walk), muay thai fights stadium and old town- you just have to cross the river. Good price! The bed is hard and you don't have much privacy in bathroom, it's a bit awkwardly built in the room. Apart from that nothing major wrong or bad. Would definitely recommend!

You can wash your clothes for free. Good wifi. A walk to the city wall is about 20 minutes. On the other hand, there is enough to see and do close to the hotel. Good restaurant options nearby.

Slechte prijs/kwaliteit verhouding in vergelijking met de 15 andere hotels die we aandeden in Thailand.

• Patrik (8/5): - The stuff were very kind and helpful. They even had a scooter rental service. The scooter was well maintained and got delivered to the hotel. A wardrobe would be nice in all kind of room, because we had to keep our clothes on the floor. It was not so annoying, hence we chose the room.
• Richardsson (9/5): Lugnt och trevligt boende som hade allt man behövde. - Hade bra läge, jättenära till 7/11 och några restauranger och gångavstånd till centrala delar. Det var fräscht och städat när vi kom dit och de städade rummen varje dag när vi va borta. Poolen var också väldigt ren och fräsch. Vi hade tillgång till gratis kaffe (på morgonen) och vatten, tvättmaskin var bara att använda så länge den var ledig. Trevlig och hjälpsam personal. Enda nackdelen var ljudisoleringen. Pratade någon utanför eller i rummet bredvid så lät det som om de var i samma rum. Tyvärr hade vi några grannar som valde att möblera om varje natt vilket förstörde sömnen. Utöver det var boendet fantastiskt. Svåra med öronproppar om du lätt stör dig på ljud.

De bedden waren super hard .de kamer van mijn reisgenoot lagen de lakens van de vorige nog op het bed het vuilzakje van de vorige stond er nog .ze hebben dit wel recht gezet tegen dat we van het eten terug kwamen. Als je in de c blok zit is het best wel ver naar het zwembad en daar is ook totaal niks voorzien om wat te drinken best wel raar met zon temperaturen
• Kerstin (8/5): Preis Leistung stimmt. Ich würde wieder dort buchen. - Die Lage war für uns total super. Es gibt mehrere 7/11 in der Nähe und einen süßen kleinen lokalen Markt. Gegenüber ist ein kleiner, super charmanter Cafeladen. Das Personal an der Rezeption war sehr nett! Das erste Zimmer hatte Probleme mit dem Schließmechanismus der Tür. Es wurde sofort versucht zu reparieren. Leider war das nicht möglich, doch wir haben sofort ein neues Zimmer bekommen. Es gibt 2 Waschmaschinen, mit denen man umsonst Wäsche waschen kann. Man muss aber immer mal wieder warten bis sie frei sind. Zum Wäsche trocknen, gibt es hinter dem Haus Stangen mit Wäschebügeln. Das Frühstück wird liebevoll zubereitet, ist aber auf wenige Optionen begrenzt. Wir haben es nur 1x ausprobiert. Wir hatten ein Zimmer im Gebäude am Pool. (Es gibt 3 Gebäude) Leider gab es im Zimmer keinen Schrank oder ähnliches, sodass wir alles auf dem Boden liegen hatten. Die Sauberkeit war ok, allerdings haben wir einige lange dunkle Haare gefunden. Am letzten Tag habe ich herausgefunden, dass die Handtücher am Pool nie gewaschen, sondern nur getrocknet werden. Das hat mich persönlich sehr geschockt… Ich hätte dann lieber ein eigenes Handtuch genutzt, welches nicht vorher von x andern benutzt worden wäre.

• Emmanuel (8/5): Séjour agréable dans une chambre moderne et confortable, avec une piscine appréciable. - Nous y avons passé 4 nuits (bâtiment B). Chambre moderne et literie confortable ! La piscine est vraiment très appréciable pour se détendre en fin de journée. Le mini frigo est très pratique également. Ce n’est pas forcément négatif parce que ça n’a pas détérioré notre séjour mais les photos présentées sur Booking pour notre chambre n’étaient pas conformes à la chambre que nous avons réellement eu (mais cela ne nous a pas dérangé). Insonorisation moyenne.

• Hari (8/5): Great place for a family. Clean and quiet. Friendly staff. - This was my family's favorite accommodation in Thailand. The kids (teens), loved the pool and we (the parents) enjoyed the garden area associated with our building. The staff were super helpful, friendly and accommodating. They let us use the facilities (including the pool) before we checked-in. They offered suggestions about the area. They provided a daily delivery of bottled water (which was a pleasant surprise for us). We also used their laundry facilities which was very convenient. If you want a place where you can relax and enjoy yourself without the need to go out, this place has you covered. It's a little bit outside of Chiang Mai's central tourist area, requiring a bit more walking every time you go out then if you were, say half a kilometer more towards the center. Though it is close to a local (non-tourist-oriented) market selling all sorts of food.

• Paulina (9/5): - Bardzo dobra lokalizacja - blisko rzeki ale jednak na uboczu; bylismy w budynku B który jest 50 metrów od budynku A; budynek A jest tuz przy samym basenie. Budynek B ma jednak ładniejsze pokoje i wiecej spokoju. Na terenie hotelu jest bezpłatna pralnia - dwie pralki z których mozna korzystać i przestrzen do rozwieszania ubran do wyschniecia. Bardzo dobrze to działa. Ogromnym plusem jest bezpłatna dobra kawa dostępna przy basenie od 6.30 do 12.00. Śniadania są dostępne - za 100 bahtów, do wynbru kilka zestawów - głównie z jajkami lub kanapkami. Znaleźliśmy nieopodal wspaniałą wegetariańską restaurację z gwiazdką Michelin w super cenach i tam chodzilismy na sniadania - Sukjai by Pata Obasan. Łóżka były naprawdę twarde. Jeszcze bardziej twarde niż na ogół w azjatyckich hotelach.
