Verified traveler (10/5): Отель Ред Хауз - Пока живы наши бабушки и дедушки,“савок” ещё останется какое то время,к сожалению это ретранслирует Адлер.Отель в целом расположен недалеко от моря,рядом много столовых и кафе.Приветливый и приятный персонал,но номера оставляют желать лучшего...Смотрите фото.
Mr Guive (4/5): Triple room not a triple room - The triple room did not have 3 beds, it had 2 singles beds, then an armchair converted into a bed which was one of the most uncomfortable nights I've ever had! Considering the price difference between 2 and 3 people in the same room, not worth the extra we paid for the extra person
Verified traveler (6/5): hotel hizo cargos extra sin informar - Contrate una habitación con una cama matrimonial y un sofá cama para 3 personas sin embargo el hotel recibió reserva para una persona y me cargo 1000 rublos adicionales por 2 personas más. No indicaron en recepción que habría cargos extra. La sorpresa es al final de la estadía q cobran adicionales sin haberlos indicado de inico.
Valeriya (6/5): Не отель, а гостевой дом. - Ну, конечно, отелем назвать это место сложно. По этому и претензий много. Если бы red house имел статус гостевого дома - их было бы горазда меньше. У отеля 4-е парковочных места, которые нужно выпрашивать. Не особо дружелюбный и приветливый персонал. «Ушатаные» номера( обои, двери, ванна в которой не то что бы полежать, босиком стоять не очень хочется, фурнитура), не особо чисто ( пыль, волосы). За 3 дня проживания ни кто не пришёл не то что бы прибираться, а элементарно вынести мусор. Вот.
