- Aishah (9/5): مكان مضياف ومريح للنزلاء .. يستحق التجربه - الفندق نظيف وشرح المكان والموظفين ودودين وترحيبهم جميل أعجبني تجاوب الفندق في حله مشكله غرفه الفندق بعد تسجيل دخولنا للغرفه بدقايق ظهرت ريحه دخان و الحجز لغير المدخنين تحقق الموظف من ذلك وأبدلنا بجناح وكانت الاقامه مريحه والفطور لذيذ يوجد به تنوع وجود ضيافه عند الخروج أعطونا كيس يحتوي ما وعصير وتفاح ولبن حركه لطيفه تعكس الكرم الخليجي والاهتمام بالضيف كل شي جميل .. اود ان بكون هناك ماكينه لصنع القهوة بالحليب مثل اللاتيه والكابتشينو والفلات وايت ويكون فيه تنوع بأنواع الحليب مثلا خال اللاكتوز حليب صويا وشوفان وهكذا لان في ناس عندها حساسيه .. الفول يكون مطحون في بوفيه الفطور وجود ثلاجه صغيره لحفظ الزبادي افضل من طاسه الثلج لانه في الصيف يذوب الزبادي ويكون قابل للتسمم

- Abdulrhman (6/5): Hotel good, but needs some fixes and renovations - I like the location it is nice because you have 2 malls and is in the center of kuwait city، this is not important but worth mentioning the elevator is so fast at reaching the floor its so amazing and satisfying i really liked it The doors in the rooms need some maintenance / the water in the bathroom is so hot that you get burns if you put it in hot / the room was smelly a little bit because it is a little bit humid inside the rooms but when you open the AC the smell will go away / the valet takes alot of time to come outside to park your car or to remove the barriers of parking , even sometimes i must go to the lobby to tell the receptionist that i want to park my car, even that ! they take alot of time to arrive / when i arrived the safe was broken but they change it when i told them about it / when they take my luggage sometimes they take alot of time to bring it to my room / sometimes when i call the restaurant , room service , they take a long time to answer my call it seems the managers there they don't do great job in controlling the employees/ The room design was awkward a little bit it needs some renovation / the bed wasn't comfortable but it gets the job done

- Ahid (2/5): للأسف قيمة حجز الفندق لا يتناسب مع الخدمات الموجوده وسوووءها وهذا رايي وتجربتي الشخصيه - الذي أعجبني في الفندق معاملة الأخ كريم وطريقة تعامله الراقي وكذلك العاملة الغرف الفلبينيه حين كانت متعاونه وجدا سريعة في تنظيف الغرف ونظيفه للغايه غير ذلك للأسف انصدمت من الفندق ومن قلة مرافقه وسوء المرافق بشكل عام سوء المرافق بالأخص قاعة الإفطار كانت تحت الصيانه والتي كان من المفترض أن يتم تأجيل الصيانه إلى ما بعد العيد او الموسم وكذلك قائمة الفطور والعصائر لم تكن كما هو المتوقع حيث كان الفندق يطالبني بدفع قيمة العصر البرتقال الفرش من حسابي وقلت لهم المفترض ان عصير البرتقال سواء الطبيعي او الفرش متوفر كما هو معمول مع باقي الفنادق ولكن للأسف اصرّوا بدفعي المبلغ إلا اول يوم بعد اتصالي مع الأخ كريم الذي قام مشكورا بإعفائي في ذلك اليوم وكذلك حكام السباحه لم يكن نظيفا ولم يكن هناك متابعه من قبل المسؤولين إلا بعد اتصالي بالأخ كريم وهو في احازه وابلغته أن حمام السباحه غير نظيف بغض النظر عن الأحوال الجويه لانه من المفترض أن يكون هناك متابعه من قبل المسؤولين ما دام هناك نزلاء في الفندق وبالأخص الذين لديهم أولاد كذلك في الحمام السباحه وكما ابلغوني مسؤولي الفندق بانهم لا يوفرون احد من المنقذين ويجب على أولياء الأمور الجلوس معهم ومراقبتهم وهذا لم اشاهده في اي فندق آخر كانت افادة المسؤولين ان حوض السباحه صغير ولا يحتاج إلى وجود منقذ ولكن هذا غير صحيح دام هناك مسبح وفيه أطفال يجب توفير منفذين

Despite the tense situation due to the war in the Middle East, we felt safe and well taken care of throughout our visit. The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful, the rooms were clean and comfortable, and the overall service was excellent. The hotel really provided a sense of calm and stability during an uncertain time.

- Amal (9/5): جميله جدا ونشعر اننا صرنا في بيتنا كلهم يعرفونا واحنا نحب نروح هالفندق تحديدا - الموقع رائع جداً. وتعامل الموظفين لطيف وتعامل مهذب وخدومين جدا وبالذات سيد المصري وجوده بالمكان يضفي عليه الراحة وتعامل الباقي ايضا ماعدا الفلبينيه في الريسبشن اكثر من 10 مرات نسكن في هذا الفندق الجميل ونرى الترحيب من الجميع ماعدا الموظفه في الرسبشن فقط الفلبينية في الرسبشن سيئه لاتعرف الابتسام ابدا ولا تعرف التعامل الأخلاقي نهائياًتحتاج الى كورسات اخلاقيه في التعامل مع الناس بلطف .. اتمنى ما اشوفها وكل عيلتنا يكرهونها المكشره
