• Fotios (10/5): Excelent - Conveniently located, close to the bus station, this apartment is very clean, and has all the comforts of home, plus a lot more. Carefully placed coasters, place mats, paper napkins, decorative flowers, first aid kit, etc, shows great care for the visitor. It has a clothes washing machine, very large smart tv with Netflix etc and strong WiFi. The a/c in the bedroom needs to be fixed to reduce loud noise.

• Enrico (10/5): Ci tornerei volentieri. - Da fuori non sembra un gran che, ma dentro l'appartamento è spazioso,pulito, moderno,dotato di tutto,tecnologico (per aprire la porta c'è un codice),condizionatori sia in camera che in sala. Un grande terrazzo ed un supermercato proprio rifronte.In 10 minuti in auto si raggiunge la spiaggia.Enrico

• Ανδρέας (9/5): Κεντρικό σημείο. Καθαρό και άνετο κατάλυμα. Ιδανική επιλογή. - Άνετο κατάλυμα, καθαρό και με τις βασικές παροχές. Στο πιο κεντρικό σημείο της πόλης αλλα συγχρόνως πολυ ήσυχα. Σε κοντινή απόσταση οτιδήποτε χρειαστείς.

• peris snake (8/5): Με μικρές βελτιώσεις θα είναι όλα τέλεια. - Η τοποθεσία, το κρεβάτι ήταν άνετο, που έχει δυο τουαλέτες, ήσυχο δωμάτιο. Τα έχεις όλα κοντά σου καθώς είναι στο κέντρο της Αμαλιάδας. Έχει χώρο πάρκινγκ απέναντι που είναι δημόσιο. Αλλά μπορείς να παρκάρεις και έξω από το δωμάτιο. Μπορείς να κανεις παραγγελίες με wolt. Καλό σήμα στο wifi. Υπήρχε πάντα ζεστό νερό. Δεν υπήρξε καμία προσωπική υποδοχή ή ενημέρωση για το δωμάτιο· μας δόθηκε τηλεφωνικα μόνο ένας κωδικός για την είσοδο. Κατά τη διάρκεια των 7 ημερών διαμονής δεν υπήρξε καθαριότητα, όπως γνωρίζαμε από την κράτηση μέσω Booking, και η αλλαγή σεντονιών/πετσετών γινόταν αφήνοντάς τα έξω από την πόρτα. Η ντουζιέρα είναι πολύ μικρή και δεν εξυπηρετεί άνετα άτομα μεγαλύτερης σωματοδομής, ενώ το πάνω ντους ήταν χαλασμένο και έριχνε το νερό προς τα έξω, με αποτέλεσμα να πιτσιλάνε τα νερά εκτός καμπίνας. Ο εξωτερικός χώρος στον κήπο χρειάζεται ανακαίνιση και καθάρισμα από φύλλα. Οι ντουλάπες είχαν δυσάρεστη οσμή, με αποτέλεσμα να χρειαστεί να αγοράσουμε αρωματικό. Δεν υπήρχε ούτε ένα μπουκάλι νερό στο ψυγείο για καλωσόρισμα. Το πλυντήριο ρούχων είχε έντονη μυρωδιά κλεισούρας, γι’ αυτό και δεν το χρησιμοποιήσαμε.

• Κυριακή (8/5): Overall a recommented stay! - Beautiful, cozy room, well equipped with everything needed for a comfortable stay! The owners are very polite and kind. Excellent location in the city center! There is not central heating system, apart from an air condition in each room, which is not very efficient for the winter and it is a little bit noisy.

• Vasileios (8/5): Great place for a quick stay in town! - Great location. Helpful stuff. Ample room space. Modern decor. Fully equipped. Great price. Quiet. Clean. Air conditioning was noisy and not very effective. Grout around bathtub tiles. Suede coated furniture (sofa, chair) had a bit of dust on them.
