• Clarel (1/5): - Bed was comfortable and the coffee and tea facilities were good The room was freezing cold , the water in the shower was far too hot. The shower head was leaking. Poorly signed so difficult to find. Had to stop and ask where it was. One person told me there were no hotels in the area but fortunately a takeaway store pointed me in the right direction

• BERNADETTE (6/5): Fonctionnel mais pas exceptionnel - Proximité des bus pour aller au centre ville et surtout à coté de chez mon fils qui habite pas loin en coloc. Draps et serviettes très propres. C'est un hôtel tout petit sans devanture qui mériterait un rafraichissement car il y a de la peinture qui s'effrite et des traces de moisissures, le robinet de la douche fuyait,

• Robert (5/5): - It was low cost, and it met the expectations we had. The room was clean and comfy but there was a smell most likely because the bathroom wasn’t ventilated. For what we wanted it was good. It states there is free parking but there isn’t, there is parking at the front for shops but you can only use this if it’s available. This is deceptive.

• Lopez (1/5): I could not spend the night in the room - The attention was good, and the receptionist was quite friendly The surroundings are unpleasant, the smell of cigarettes at night is awful, and you can hear everything other people say in the rooms perfectly. Also, the bathroom wasn't clean enough. I couldn't sleep there; I had to find another room for the night.

TV didn't work but I don't blame the staff who weren't on site as I arrived late. The other former guests obviously do not treat that hotel with the respect it deserves. The shower was too hot. Couldn't use it or turn it down temperature wise. But was a drained room so all good. Clean.

• Maria (7/5): Fairly good for the price - Most of all I appreciated that the room was quiet. I also appreciated the coffee, the microwave and the fan that helped us with the heat. The staff was polite and helpful. The bedsheets were clean. There wasn't any closet for clothes, the matress wasn't great, and there was no shower curtain.

• 131alastairw (2/5): SCAMMED - SCAM property! Called to ask about parking and they then listed it as fully booked. Either it doesn't exist or it's a scam. Don't risk it!
• Teresa (8/5): It was very clean and good value for money. Would definitely recommend - The large kitchen/diner had everything you needed. The room was very clean and so was the en-suite bathroom. It was quiet and the bus stop was nearby to go into Oxford City.

Nadie limpia las habitaciones y tampoco lo pone en la web. En el baño no hay plato de ducha, si te quieres duchar es en el suelo.

Informed the staff immediately, but he ignored it and was well aware of it. mentioned all rooms are like that and can't be swapped.

I wish there was more direction before arrival 1) Check- in/out - would only work if you have a UK phone number. - when we called they had to call back to double check our booking 2) No real Parking - Wasn’t clear that we should book ahead when we Stated there is parking on the description, but not entirely sure how its possible if there are more than one guest with a car. There was one single parking spot for the entire place. We were told to park in front of a neighbour’s house, but really the neighbour could say no! 3) TV Yes, there is one, nope, there is channel and not connected to anything to watch

• Joanne (4/5): Disappointing but conveniently located. - No proper parking, have to park in front of shops but it’s their parking space. Bathroom floor wet due to shower constantly dripping. Bedside table drawer not clean, full of bits, hairs etc. Tea&coffee provided but only one although there was 2 of us. No teaspoon.
• Darryl (6/5): Okay for the price. - A converted flat above a barbers in a not so picturesque part of town. Room looked recently decorated and was clean with a shower/ wet room, microwave and mini fridge although the mattress was old and uncomfortable. Advert says free parking, this is only true if there’s a space outside the shops everywhere else is resident parking only, I had to drive around for 15 minutes waiting for a space to open up. All in all you get what you pay for.

• Richard (5/5): Met my requirements. I might well return in similar circumstances. - Very peaceful and comfortable - nice view out the window. I found the entry system tricky, with the keys in the mailbox and having to receive instructions by intercom on a busy road. Didn't see a staff member the whole time, either evening or morning.

Room was a little noisy from the road outside. The entrance may have been tricky to find if I hadn't done research beforehand.

The noise from the next door rooms was too much and guests seemed less considerate of other guests..asked about kitchen and never got response…

• Yrene (2/5): Terrible place to sleep - I did mot enjoy my stay at this hotel. Firstly i slept on a dirty bed. Discovered the sheet was not changed when i was about to sleep. At the time the guy incharge had left. As i am typing i have a terrible body itches with blisters ever since i slept in this place. To say i am disappointed is the list. The toilet was hurrible which i took some pictures.
