The beds are comfortable and the room was quiet with good air conditioning. The appliances worked well. The elevator was very convenient.

• Daniela (10/5): - I am an experienced and demanding traveler, but here I truly have to give praise — absolutely perfect service, a great location next to the Vatican and the metro, excellent cleanliness, and you feel just like at home. More places like this ❤️ We couldn’t figure out how to turn on the heating 🤪 but in the end we managed to work it out ❤️❤️

Beaucoup de restaurants et de supermarchés sont situés à proximité: c'est trés pratique. Le quartier est animé la journée et très calme la nuit. Il est très agréable. La taille du logement est idéale pour 3 ou 4 personnes. Les chambres sont bien spacieuses, les lits très confortables. Quelques détails seraient à revoir compte tenu du prix demandé: La salle de bains est vétuste, particulièrement la douche. Si on veut cuisiner les très bons produits proposés par les magasins romains, iI manque d'ustensiles de cuisine: petites casseroles et plus de couverts par exemple. Les couverts actuels sont dégradés et les verres tout blancs de calcaire. D'ailleurs le lave-vaisselle manque d'entretien, il lave mal. Il n' a pas de torchon dans la cuisine. La cuisine est bien si on ne veut pas trop cuisiner...

Hosts are also very accommodating and helpful. Ricardo’s Dad was wonderful to meet us and help us with our bags. There was a lot of mold in the ceiling of the toilet. Health hazard. The heater in the lounge was not warming up. There was no lazy susan in the microwave. Some utensils were not compatible with the induction stove. There was uneven floor just close to the entrance and we were afraid to step on it because it feels like we are going to make a hole in it. These are just feedback for improvement 😊

Het apartement is schoon, geen onaangename geurtjes. Het ligt op loopafstand naar het Vatican, Metro, winkels en horeca. Relatief rustige en veilige buurt. Communicatie met de eigenaar via WA is gemakkelijk en vlot. De douche cabine mag wat ruimer. De douche accessoires kunnen degelijker. Ik merk dat het kraanwater troebel wordt als je kookt, wellicht is het normaal (?).

• Arnie (10/5): Comfortable and spacious! - Clean and spacious! Riccardo, our host, was very kind and helpful. He made sure my father can be safely accommodated and even provided wheelchair so he can get around The Vatican. He also got him a shower chair making it easy for father to freshen up. The apartment is very close to The Vatican and Rome’s major landmarks. This apartment is perfect for family stays. Nada.

The hospitality - I cannot thank you enough for allowing us to leave our luggage both when we came and when we left. Also, very good communication Maybe the kitchen should be better equipped and the equipment already there deeper cleaned. However, to us it was not an inconvenience and to be honest this is only if I really really want to find something which was not exceptional. But overall, absolutely nothing to complain

There are many nice restaurants in the surrounding neighborhood. The host, Ricardo, was super helpful addressing all our questions. The apartment is close to the Vatican. The apartment is not a short walking distance to other activities in Rome like the Colosseum.

Very spacious and comfortable apartment, and Riccardo, our host was super attentive and on top of everything. Nothing really, everything in the apartment was in working order.

• Chia (8/5): Very good - Convenient location. Near metro and shops. 2-bedroom apartment that was just right for my family. Host Daniela was warm and very welcoming. I was surprised that the lift didn't land on ground floor. We needed to go up a flight of stairs to access the lift.

Great small bakery down the stairs of the appartment. Close to Vatican, so you don't need to get up really early to get to St. Peters Basilica at a relative calm time. Comfortable apparment with lots of space. Well isolated to keep street noises out. Great host that's always available for questions. More affordable than most other appartments in the center. Only some small things like missing kitchen towell and some cutting board for bread. Everything else is available.

The spacious and well-equipped accommodation, coupled with Daniela's warm hospitality and helpful recommendations for local spots, made our stay incredibly enjoyable. With fantastic eateries and a lively market nearby, choosing Daniela's place again would be a no-brainer for any future trips to Rome. Everything was fine.

Fits 4 adults comfortably. - We loved the location (felt calm, safe, walking distance to key locations including those close like the Vatican Museums & St. Peter's, but also close enough to walk to Piazza Navona/Pantheon/Trevi...we walked everywhere and use the metro to get to the Roman Forum). We really appreciated how spacious the apartment was. Having 2 rooms for our family of 4 made a huge difference. Beds super comfortable! Washing machine was handy! Very much appreciated Daniela, the host, helping us to drop off our luggage early before our check in time. We appreciated her suggestions for food/restaurants too! Nothing to speak of, but just a note that I personally reserve a "10" rating for the absolute best hotels/apartments/boutique hotels that we ever stay in. This is a solid, comfortable place that my whole family recommends and we'd stay again if we have the chance to come back.

It was spotless and had all the amenities we needed for our stay. The owner was incredibly friendly and helpful, offering excellent recommendations for nearby sights and restaurants. The only downside was a bit of street noise in the mornings, which could be an issue for light sleepers.

Location is perfect - both Metro station and the Vatican city is about a 5min walk. Plenty of restaurants around it too. Daniela was lovely - took the time to explain the keys and locks in person, provides a map with key spots highlighted, and even regularly checks in on how we are. Very responsive. Would definitely recommend this property. Minor but in one room, you can hear the sounds from the bathroom. We also stayed there for 4 nights, would appreciate maybe a change in towels.

• Davison (10/5): Fantastic. Loved everything about the place. - Space. Space. Space. Great place to finish off our time in Europe. Teenagers had room to relax. The space was clean and well kept with lots of sleeping options. The owner was constantly in touch with us and very helpful. With a little bit of research we were able to find amazing walkable restaurants, pizza and coffee. Just outside the old center of Rome. But we knew this going in so we were comfortable with the walk (15 minutes to the River) or using the metro.

A lot of different pillows, for every taste, bed linen! It was important for me, it is difficult for me to pick up a pillow... Daniela has everything provided for! And what a surprise it was when there was a large supply of ice in the freezer! The location is perfect! I will definitely return there in the fall and I will recommend it to all my friends! P.S. If you sleep with the windows open, then early in the morning you will hear the amazing aromas of the freshest bread! Thank you, Daniela! I'm your fan!❤

Many good restaurants within walking distance. - Daniela the host was knowledgeable of the area and helpfully pointed out where and where not to go. Everything is as pictured. Kitchen was stocked with most everything needed to cook. Cleanliness was excellent. Beds comfortable. Good size living room to relax in and enjoy a meal. Having a washing machine is always a bonus. The balcony was large enough to relax, enjoy a cup of coffee and soak in the sun. That I had to leave.

The apartment was comfortable and spacious for a family of three. The location is excellent with only a short walk to the Vatican Museum and St Peter's Basillica. There are lots of good restaurants close by. The location is clean and safe, We highly recommend Daniela's apartment.

• Roland (10/5): Enjoyable stay with a super host - Daniella our host was super friendly and helpful. She allowed us to leave our bags at the apartment before check-in time as we had to checkout of another accommodation earlier. She even helped to organise our airport transfers for a very reasonable price. We were very comfortable in a lovely and well presented 2 bedroom apartment very close to the Vatican and St Peter’s Basilica. There were several tratoria’s within walking distance.

• Lorna (10/5): Wonderful host and apartment in a great location near the Vatican, castle, shops and pizzarias. - Wonderful location 5 minutes from Vatican City and 5 minutes from a Metro station. Lots of food shops, cafes and Pizzerias all around. It was ideal for us with kids. Loved the spacious apartment and little balcony at back to wind down on with a glass of wine. Nothing we did not like
