• Roman (10/5): - Było wszystko dobrze. Wiadomo że trzeba dojeżdżać samochodem czy do Kronplazu czy do Sellaronda bo hotel jest po środku pomiędzy nimi. Basen oraz sauna super Tylko jedna jedyna rzec odnośnie kolacji - bardzo i bardzo dużo czasu podają danie , minimalny czas oczekiwania na po dostarczenie dań był 1.5h to minimum a nieraz wychodziło i 2.5h kiedy zwracałem uwagę po po 10min dostawałem. To niestety muszą mocno poprawić. Przez cały dzień na nartach lub spacerze idzie się do basenu i sauny a potem kolacja i odpoczynek, to tutaj wszystko psuła czasowość kolacji, syn nie raz już ledwo nie zasną za stołem . Trzeba to robić szybciej

• Aleksandra (10/5): Spacious, stylish, and very comfortable room with a beautiful mountain view - The room is huge, stylishly renovated, and extremely comfortable, with separate toilet, shower, and bathtub areas. Everything feels brand new and very well maintained. It’s quiet and offers a beautiful mountain view. The host was very kind and helpful, making our stay even more enjoyable.

Ho apprezzato molto il fatto di poter scegliere tra tisane e acque aromatiche naturali nell'area benessere.

• Cornelia (9/5): Sympathisches Hotel in toller Lage mit gutem Preis-/Leistungsverhältnis - Das Hotel befindet sich in einer tollen und ruhigen Lage, die Aussicht ist ein Traum. Der Wellnessbereich ist ganz modern mit beheiztem Außenpool und großer Panorama Sauna mit Blick in die Berge. Das Frühstücksbuffet war reichhaltig, man konnte sogar Omelett etc. ohne Aufpreis bestellen. Das Abendessen war ebenfalls sehr gut. Das Personal ist ausgesprochen freundlich. Alles war sauber und unser Zimmer sehr geräumig. Wir kommen wieder! Das Bett war leider etwas hart und nicht so bequem. Der Ruheraum im Saunabereich war etwas zu kühl ...aber ansonsten hat für uns alles gepasst.

• Emanuele (1/5): - Siamo molto delusi da questo hotel. Avevamo prenotato e pagato la camera 10 giorni prima tramite Booking.com. L’hotel, a sua stessa ammissione, sapeva già dal momento della nostra prenotazione che c’era una doppia prenotazione – eppure siamo stati informati solo un giorno prima del nostro arrivo, tramite un breve messaggio su Booking, che la nostra camera sarebbe stata cancellata. Non c’è stata nessuna telefonata, nessuna e-mail, nessuno sforzo per offrirci un’alternativa o una soluzione. Al contrario, la responsabilità è stata completamente scaricata su Booking. Per noi questo ha significato grande incertezza e ulteriore stress immediatamente prima della partenza. Un tale comportamento nei confronti degli ospiti è per noi inaccettabile. Ci saremmo aspettati che un hotel, venuto a conoscenza di una doppia prenotazione, contattasse immediatamente i clienti e proponesse delle alternative, invece di lasciarli nell’incertezza fino all’ultimo minuto.

• Petr (7/5): Very clean hotel with great food, but a few things could be improved. - Absolutely amazing location – breathtaking surroundings. SPAR grocery store just 20 meters from the entrance. Easy to find upon arrival. Rooms were very clean and smelled great. Spacious and spotless bathroom. Daily cleaning service. Breakfast and dinner were both very good. Most staff were professional and helpful. Underground parking garage has enough space. Only 4 parking spots in front of the hotel, turning around is difficult, and cars often park outside designated areas. The garage lift is tricky to use with longer vehicles. Housekeeping ignored the "do not disturb" sign and entered the room anyway. Personal items were often rearranged without consent. No fridge, kettle or spoons in the room — not listed as included, but still missed. No in-room info about hotel services, meal times etc. Wi-Fi in the upper floor (room 401) was very weak or unusable.

• A_Hvilsom (8/5): Dejligt, hyggeligt alpehotel - Skøn beliggenhed. Lækker pool og sauna. Dejligt med bussen lige uden for døren. Venligt personale. Sengen var for kort, når man er over 190cm :-) Kunne godt tænke os muligheden for, at genbruge håndklæder et par gange.

Free coffee was only with coffee machine. If you wanted a barista coffee with breakfast, it was added to your bill. Nobody told us this at the outset.

• Shauna (9/5): Wonderfull wellness offerings (pool and sauna). Dinner menu was delicious and affordable. - Great location, homey and cozy feel. The base of the bedframe we had was slightly broken and the bed was overall squeaky - we did not find them particularly comfortable.
• Shmeleva (1/5): Bad - Nothing. Poor rooms and not justified price & quality If you are traveling with a pet and don't want to ruin your vacation, don't stay at this hotel. It is advertised as pet-friendly, but in reality, they did not let us relax. One intrusive staff member kept bothering us, preventing us from enjoying any of the common areas with our dog. I have never experienced such awful treatment at any hotel in the Dolomites. We ended up leaving because the staff simply wouldn't let us enjoy our stay. Even though we were alone on the terrace and in the gym with no other guests around.

All tv channels were in Italian or german.. No one was in English. Small blankets to the bed (it was necessary two for a couple bed). No amenities for the bathroom (only two soaps). No mini-bar.

We didn’t choose the 4 course menu and we were left by ourselves in a separate dinning area but could hear the lively conversation or dinner happing right down the hall. Full of people who chose the 4 course menu. Had we known we’d be isolated we would have chosen other wise!
