- Patricia (8/5): Lincoln B&B - I booked this room for my three sons (all in their 20's) for a University of Lincoln Graduation. The room was very clean and comfortable and what I expected for the very reasonable price that was charged which also included breakfast. The bed linen and towels were nice and fresh. The shower room was shared between several rooms but was always available when my sons went to use it. The owner is very friendly and helpful and allowed me to pay on checkout which is rare nowadays.

- Verified traveler (4/5): Ok but expensive for what it is - Clean but a bit rough. Shower was cold at first then on 2nd attempt managed a lukewarm shower. Nice owner and lovely breakfast. Rough around the edges, expected more for the money. Beds very uncomfortable and hard. Could have had a bit more luxury for the same rate. Tv service very limited

- Ben (4/5): - The good: - Hosts were very friendly - 'You get what you pay for' - Working WiFi - Comfortable bed - Coffee/biscuits provided - Electric heating worked well - Nice wee coffee/smoking garden thing in the back. - Room seemed clean enough - Good central location, right next to convenience store too The bad: - Room had no soundproofing whatsoever. Can hear every last word the room next to you (and outside in the hallway and upstairs/downstairs) said. And the single room is right next to a triple room so that's 3 voices you can hear. Arrived at the room and could hear people partying and Drake's latest single. Good luck trying to sleep past 8am, no chance. - Shared bathroom. I guess this is in the 'you get what you paid for' though. Didn't know this until it was too late. At least there's a second toilet downstairs. - Lack of plug sockets. Only two in the room and they're far away from the bed. - Room was very dim and not really decorated. Alright to get some kip. All in all, alright but not really what I expected. Will probably pay the extra for Premier Inn next time.

- Francesca (10/5): Cheap, clean and comfortable. - The staff were very helpful and the cooked breakfast was lovely. My room was comfy and very clean. The headboard on my bed seemed to be broken but it wasn't that much of a problem. No other faults. I'd definitely recommend if looking for a cheap place to stay with a tasty breakfast.

- Donna (10/5): Great B&B - Great B&B - only a short walk into Lincoln centre. The owner is friendly, room was clean and beds were comfortable and the shared bathroom was clean. Breakfast was great. Very honest staff as well, my daughter left her phone behind and the owner called me to let me know and has posted it on to me. Highly Recommend this B&B
- Verified traveler (2/5): Recent stay - Terrible experience, stated I was ceoliac which the cook didn't know what it was so had to explain what it was, was given a key that didn't work so was made to stand out in the cold for ages waiting to be allowed into property and was told cook would be down in the cafe for 7 so I could eat and leave for half 7 by 20 past 7 no one was to be seen so didn't get my breakfast.
- Verified traveler (8/5): Nice bed and breakfast close to Lincoln centre. - Ian the owner was very friendly and welcoming. He cooks up a good breakfast. It is situated right next to the Dean sports centre for gym and leisure facilities and a short 5 minwalk to city centre.
