• Sana (1/5): Horrible - La proximité du port d’Aghir La chambre était sale et ancienne j’ai cru faire un voyage vers le passé… La douche était trop petite et la porte ne se fermait pas complètement du coup l’eau sortait. Il y avait une fuite donc je retrouvais la salle de bain plein d’eau après avoir passé la journée à l’extérieur. Il y avait une odeur d’égout dans toute la chambre 🤮 J’ai payé un supplément pour la vue mer mais je voyais un minuscule bout de la mer caché par le bâtiment… La nourriture était pas bonne du tout j’ai essayé plusieurs fois je repartais en laissant mon assiette vide et je finissais par commander à manger ou aller au restau. Ce n’est pas du vrai all inclusif, les cocktails sont pas inclus vous devez payer. Bref nul à chier !

• LAKHDAR (2/5): évitez absolument, vous êtes en risque sanitaire. - la gentillesse de certain membre du personnel qui compatissent a votre calvaire. hôtel très vétuste avec des chambres très sales et en très mauvais états, des odeurs insupportables de remontés d'égout. nous avons demandé a changer de chambre des notre arrivée. notre nouvelle chambre ressemblait a celle que nous venions de quitter mais ce coup ci sans climatisation, une odeur d'œuf pourrie sortait des ventilations, un scandale. Ou vont ils chercher ces Etoiles? nous sommes partit acheter des produits désodorisants ainsi que de l'eau de javel, j'aimerais avoir des explications, pour sauver les vacances de ma famille j'ai du relativiser et écouter certaine personne rencontré sur place vivant un calvaire pire que le notre. le responsable de la structure rodé gère de manière mensongère les plaintes insistantes des vacanciers sur place qui se resignent au bout de 3 jours en vu de ne pas gâcher leur vacances. cette location s'apparente a une escroquerie en bonne et du forme, tous les locataires se plaignent en permanence lors de leur séjours, j'ai vite compris que les commentaires + sur booking étaient tronqués par le responsable de l'établissement. a éviter absolument vous en avez pas pour votre argent. Les boissons servies sont hasardeuses et souvent chaudes, le buffet et de très mauvaise qualité et beaucoup de produits sont immangeables. vous comprenez rapidement que vous êtes victime d'une grosse escroquerie et que toutes les activités proposés a l'intérieur sont identiques, la superette de l'hôtel est tenue par un escroc notoire dans la même lignée que le directeur de l'hôtel. La musique resonne jusqu'à 1 heure du matin sans tenir compte que certaine personne ont besoin de dormir, je n'avais jamais vu cela auparavant dans ma vie. bref comment booking valide de tel séjour sur sa plate forme?

• Olivier (10/5): A wonderful stay - We hope to go back! - We are very happy about our stay at the Hari Club Beach Resort and highly recommend this hotel. This is a “Family-style” resort with very clean amenities that gave us a lot of bangs for our buck during our vacation there. The entire staff was helpful and kind. The service they provided always excellent. Agents at the reception desk, waiters, bartenders, cooks and cleaning crew: Everyone was always attentive, ready to fulfill our requests and taking time to converse with us. The entire animation team was a joy to interact with. Always smiling and chatting, asking questions to make sure our stay was nothing but great. The activities offered were fun. We would have liked local music to be played by the pool, but we might not be the norm. We really enjoyed the food. A wide variety of options and very copious, from soups to salads, vegetables, main dishes and desserts. We certainly didn’t go hungry! As non-smokers, we never stayed too long in the lounge area, but there are plenty of outdoor spaces poolside to enjoy the various drinks (and snacks) offered. We had a quiet room, by the beach, which was a great location. The only issue, being far from the main building, was the weak Wi-Fi signal. But for a good signal, a quick walk to the reception area was all that it took. The hotel is well-located, a 10-minute taxi ride from Midoun and the Bourgo Mall, to go shopping. Thank you everyone at the Hari Club! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. If we go to Djerba again, we will be back!

• Marwane (4/5): - La chambre d’hotel etait sale en arrivant le balcon etait rempli de poussiere et de fourmis. La chambre etait toute petite et pas comme sur les photos et ils nont pas voulu me changer malgré mes réclamations. Le robinet etait rempli de moisissure et la douche aussi ( photos a lappui ) Le petit dejeuner est mediocre ( leurs jus d orange sont ceux en poudre super sucrés et chimiques ). Bref jai vraiment subi mon sejour et je ne vous recommande VRAIMENT PAS surtout que de base je suis pas compliqué niveua hotel mais mis a part la piscine lhotel fait max 3 etoiles voir 2 etoiles. Fuyez vraiment ca risque de gacher votre sejour
• Pierrick (10/5): Vacances avril - Tout le personnel de l’hôtel est d’une incroyable gentillesse, très serviable et accueillant! Tous les jours le buffet à volonté changeait. Et celui-ci était top pour découvrir les spécialités Tunisiennes. L’hôtel n’est pas neuf (gros bémol : la salle de bain) mais pour le peu que nous sommes dans les chambres lorsque nous sommes en vacances, ce n’est qu’un détail. Le plus important est le rapport qualité/prix qui est très correct. 518€ une chambre pour 2/ 7nuits/ en all exclusive, foncez!
• Mohamed (6/5): Séjour Mitigé - à lire avant de réserver !!! - Séjour très très mitigé !!!!! Nous étions « vu sur jardin », le bruit de la musique etait trop fort les fenêtres vibrées du fait de cette puissance sonore cela débutait des 10h du matin jusqu’à 12h puis reprenait à 15h jusqu’à 18/19h. Et puis on repartait pour un tour de 20h jusqu’à 1h du matin. C’est très surprenant est que parfois il n’y a plus personnes qui assistait au spectacle la musique reste on Autant vous dire que si vous cherchez du repos vous n’allez pas le trouver ici, les siestes c’est à oublier. Et les nuits sont très compliquées notamment lorsque vous avez un enfant en bas âge. 4 étoiles pour cet hôtel, j’ai un peu du mal à le croire lorsqu’on constate l’état de ses chambres qui mérites un bon rafraîchissement travaux, on y trouve de la moisissure, la douche fuit en raison du sol pas droit et qui va ensuite tremper le couloir. Les fenêtres sont très difficile à ouvrir et très fragiles… La plage privée ne vous attendez pas à une plage aux eaux transparentes celle-ci est rempli d’algue, elle a été une fois nettoye de ses algues 3 jours avant notre départ…. La piscine n’a pas l’air d’être nettoyée…. Côté restauration très mitigé encore lorsque les choses sont faites sous vos yeux cela va encore tel que le beignet fait le matin ou une fois nous avons un poulet cuit sur place… mais il y a d’autre éléments ou effectivement c’est pas savoureux et vous causerait des problèmes d’estomac….. Petit mot pour le personnel qui sont agréable et professionel

• Sara (6/5): Pleasant - The staff was really friendly. The food was varied. The animation was entertaining specially for children, and the pool was clean. The rooms need renovation. The beverages at restaurants were in poor quality even the coffee or wine, couldnt drink it. At this time of year, the beach was covered with algae, so if someone just goes for the beach, there would be disappointment. There is no wifi at rooms although in the hotel description it was claimed, it was only available within hotel's public area

• Verified traveler (6/5): - Le cadre de l'hotel a du potentiel mais les services ne sont pas à la hauteur : entrée de l'hôtel extérieur décevant en arrivant, chambre petite, all-inclusive quasi inexistant, restaurant de plage fermé, et surtout l'animation très light le soir. Les 4 animateurs sont formidables car ils ont peu de moyens et font avec.... heureusement qu'ils étaient là ! Bravo à tous les serveurs aimables en général (bar, restaurant) devant subir les invectives des "chefs" devant la clientèle.. .la direction devrait réagir pour assurer une bonne réputation !

• Verified traveler (10/5): Hôtel très accueillant, personnel au petits soins - Nous avons passé un moment formidable en famille. L'équipe était aux petits soins avec nous : animation (Alain,Tito, Shaima, Mino) spa (Ammar et Sameh), restaurent, (Walid), réception. Piscine intérieure bien chauffé ce qui est très appréciable en hiver. Hammam et massages de bonne qualité. Lit bébé est disponible sur demande. Chambre était spacieuse et propre. Excellent séjour! Très bon rapport qualité/prix. Je recommande.
• Patrick (8/5): Très bel hôtel en bordure de plage avec piscine. - Arrivés tardivement nous avons été accueilli chaleureusement et avons encore pu bénéficier d'un copieux repas. Le personnel était aux petits soins et très sympathique.
