- Leanne (6/5): Brilliant room shame about the roadworks that ran until 11.30pm⁰ - Once owner was informed of ongoing issues of roadworks right outside the room we were offered a new room for the following evening however we had already booked to move to a new location, no payment was taken due to the ongoing roadworks which were being worked at until 11.30pm! Roadworks were right outside the room and no mention of this at time of booking. These continued until 11.30pm and my daughter was very upset as she could not get to sleep.

Pleasant pub below with well kept beer and sport on TV (no food on offer but it was fine to bring in a takeaway) Breakfast was adequate - self serve for cereal/toast, plus a cooked breakfast which was rather poor (although the cook was very cheery). Very noisy traffic (trucks) through the night

- Lesley (8/5): Very good - Cookstown is well located for driving to many locations in Northern Ireland Our room overlooked some traffic lights, but there was no privacy curtains; unless the blackout blinds were drawn, there was no privacy from overlooking rooms or cars and pedestrians waiting for lights.

- John (8/5): The bar was lovely and the staff were great. rooms were clean and great value for money. - The location of this property was excellent, right in the middle of the town centre. The staff were great, particularly the staff who made the breakfast, the breakfast was lovely with a good choice, and freshly cooked. The noise in the family room when the bar was open, was very noisy late at night, also the room on the main street was noisy when the window was open, but was ok with the window closed.

- Ross (10/5): - Nice hotel with modern rooms
- Rachelcw (4/5): Didn’t get much sleep - Breakfast was nice although very busy on the first day we did have to wait quite a while. Staff friendly. Very noisy room, live music on until 1am in the bar, the room shook and the noise was extremely loud, couldn’t sleep. Room was too hot but couldn’t open the windows due to people outside smoking and shouting. See through bathroom door made of glass, unfrosted in parts, not suitable for a 3 bed family room, no privacy in bathroom.
- Joy (6/5): Ok stay - Room seemed clean but very small. The shower was small but ok.
Breakfast was cooked to order it was lovely but I asked for orange juice and was told they’d run out . Why would that happe surely someone could have nipped to the shop!!!

The bad news for us was that they were renovating so it was noisy and no water one day. The good news for later visits is that you will have nice new bathrooms!
