- Benjamin (8/5): Great place, excellent host, value for money - Great spot for restaurants, beach access and market street. Clean rooms and value for money. Nice common area and attentive host. We did have a complaint on our first night but Steven swifty fixed our problem the following afternoon. Very fair pricing for a private room with toilet and shower. A/C unit had a foul smell that we had to request be cleaned as the room gets stuffy and keeping the window open at night is too loud (there is a 24 hour restaurant right next to the guest house and people also smoke in the alleyway, smell gets into the room) While you get a private bathroom, the shower is just ran from the tap and the whole bathroom (toilet included) becomes the shower. Everything is sealed up and gets wet. Not being able to flush toilet paper means all soiled paper and sanitary products are put in a plastic bag in your bathroom bin, to be emptied into boxes in a designated garbage area in the common area kitchen. A little bit unhygienic and may shock some westerners.

- Georges (7/5): - L'emplacement est idéal, en plein centre d'Haeundae, vers la plage. La chambre est bien équipée, suffisante pour les deux nuits passées. Le quartier peut être bruyant. De même les cloisons entre les chambres ont l'air assez peu épaisses, on entend facilement les conversations. Même si je n'ai pas eu de problèmes avec mes voisins.

- Yi Ling (7/5): 經濟實惠省錢的好選擇 - 1.位於海雲台市場旁邊，所以晚上很熱鬧，超商、藥局都有機能不錯。 2.進入櫃台前需要扛行李爬一層樓梯，房間比想像中的小(有窗戶)，浴室水壓很大。 3.商家服務態度不錯，會主動詢問狀況及提供轉接頭。 4.房內禁止飲食，需到交誼廳，垃圾分類明確，10點後不能使用。 5.交誼廳大牆上有許多遊客的留言與各國鈔票，滿特別的~ 房內禁止飲食稍不方便，因有時候回來較晚。

- Chiara (10/5): Excellent guesthouse in Haeundae - The guesthouse is located in an excellent position in Haeundae and has a good common area. Steven was very nice and he let me upgrade my room with no additional cost. The rooms are a bit small but that's rather common in guesthouses in South Korea, for what I've seen. The walls are very thin and I could clearly hear the other guests talking, switching on/off the lights, using the bathroom etc. That's the only negative point. Otherwise everything was great.

When we struggled to arrange transportation back to the airport due to having excess luggage, he went out of his way to assist and organise something for us. Clean rooms. Fantastic location. And great shared dining table for stretching your legs and sharing a dinner on a rainy night in. Would definitely stay here again.

- Adrian (7/5): - If you are visiting Busan for 1-2 nights and primarily will be near Haeundae, then I would recommend this guesthouse because of the convenient location. The rooms are clean and the staff friendly. This is not a good place for a longer stay. It is in a busy area and when the windows are open I could hear construction noise. The "shower" is a hose connected to the sink. Busan is a sprawling city and if you are visiting for multiple days, you will have to take 45 minute bus rides to get places no matter where you stay and not benefit from the convenient location near Haeundae as much.

La chambre faisait le job, propre et simple, mais sans rien de particulier, après, ça reste une guesthouse et le tarif imbattable. On s’attendait à une ambiance un peu type auberge de jeunesse, avec de la vie et des rencontres comme les photos le laissaient penser, mais au final on n’a croisé presque personne. Du coup, c’était bien, mais un peu vide, juste une chambre pour dormir, sans plus. La chambre était simple mais propre ; on aurait juste aimé un peu plus d’ambiance dans les espaces communs.

- YAHSIANG (1/5): - Very unfriendly to foreign guests. We missed the first night’s check-in due to travel delay, and the hotel told us to find another place instead. Even though we booked 2 nights, they canceled our reservation and refused to let us stay the next day. They charged full price for 2 nights and refused any refund, saying “it’s the booking platform’s problem.” The platform confirmed it was the hotel’s decision not to refund. We had to find a new hotel last minute in a foreign country — very stressful and unfair. Staff kept rushing us to leave the lobby while we were trying to rebook. Check-in time is too early, and they show no understanding or flexibility. Avoid this place! 對外國旅客非常不友善。 因旅程延誤，第一天趕不上入住時間，被要求自己另找住宿。 我們原本訂了兩晚，第二天中午到現場竟被取消訂單、不讓入住。 收取全額房費卻不退費，推說是平台問題，但平台回覆是住宿方不同意退費。 等了半小時仍被拒絕入住，還被催促離開大廳，態度非常差。 臨時在國外找住宿非常困難又無助。 入住時間過早、態度差、毫無同理心，請大家避雷！

- Jeongsoon (5/5): 방음 문제만 보완된다면 훌륭한 숙소 - 위치가 지하철에서 멀지 않고 바로 근처에 버스정류장도 있어서 이곳저곳 다니기가 편리했음. 시장도 숙소 바로 앞에 있어서 이용이 편리함. 방이 깨끗하고 주인장이 친절함. 퇴실 후에도 3시까지는 가방을 맡겨둘 수 있음. 방음이 전혀 안 되어 잠을 잘 수가 없어서 많이 괴로웠음. 옆방 숙박객이 전화하는 소리, 다른 옆방에서는 늦은 밤에 벽을 손톱으로 톡톡 두드리는 (듯한) 소리까지 너무 크게 들리고 심지어 몸 뒤척일 때 침구 사각거리는 소리까지도 들려서 이 숙소가 가진 다른 모든 장점을 가려버려 안타까웠음. 향후 방음에 대해서 특단의 조치가 있어야 할 듯함. 다른 방은 이 정도로 심각하지 않았었을 수도 있지만 불행하게도 내가 머문 방은 그랬기 때문에 높은 평점을 주기 어려웠음.

- Helene (8/5): Jeg overnattede 5 nætter og fik valuta for pengene, idet prisen er god. Dette er især godt som solorejsende på budget. N - Beliggenheden var fantastisk, tæt ved stranden og markedet med madboder. Der var meget stille. Sengen var ekstremt hård, men det er meget normalt i Sydkorea. Man skal bede om at få et stort håndklæde og man bader i hele badeværelset. Igen, helt normalt for Sydkorea, men værd at vide. Man får desuden kun et tyndt lagen til at sove med over sig.

- Debora (9/5): - Staff was friendly and helpful. Room was clean and well maintained. Location was amazing, next to Haeundae beach and Line 2 station. Also, right next to the traditional market and many coffee shops/restaurants/night life options. For my preference, the bed was a bit hard. Other than that, everything was great.

- Paula (8/5): - Great location for exploring Haeundae and the coastline. Room was very clean and could change our towels easily as we were staying 5 nights. After reading all the reviews we were looking forward to meeting Steven and the vibes of the guesthouse but we were left slightly disappointed on both accounts. It was very nice of him to put us on the quieter floor but the room was a corner one at the front and was noisy at times. No interaction with Steven or other guests (didn't really see any) I came down with a bad cold and started wearing a face mask. I don't think Steven even noticed (next hotel did, first thing they asked me). I understand you have to keep on top of things to get great feedback etc but just a little bit too strict on what you can and can't do for us. The bed was far too springy.

- Somie Vu (8/5): The 2-day, 1-night trip was wonderful. - The guest house's location is very close to Haeundae beach, right below the door of the guest house is a traditional market, very bustling and interesting at night, easy to find. A few steps away is a hottok shop that seems to be quite famous and crowded. Receptionist Steven is very friendly and helps promptly when needed. The room is a bit small but still bigger than the room in Seoul, clean and tidy, has 3-layer windows that can let fresh air into the room while still keeping out bugs. Will definitely come back if I visit Busan again. Highly recommend this place. The room is a bit small

Also the workers were really friendly and welcoming and helpful made the stay more enjoyable. Everything was great
- David (8/5): Nice simple guesthouse - The owner of the guesthouse was nice and explained everything. Perfect location, clean and warm guesthouse. The bed was a bit hard and the room is small, but perfect for sleeping in a nice location, close to all the places you would want to visit!

- vambacas (10/5): - L emplacement au top... On est arrivé en car de Gyeongju et c est tout à côté de la gare routière.. À côté de la plage.. À côté de la sky tower.. À côté d un arrêt de bus qui vous emmène par tout c est chouette.. Et il y a la street food juste à côté.. J y retournerai c est sûr.. Le patron très présent.. Qui est là pour nous renseigner Franchement je ne vois pas
