The pan was dirty (there was sauce on the side) and drink stains on the coffee table and dining table. There was also cigarette ash on the balcony.

The one day no service was done. No carpet. The soft furnishings sofa, curtains chairs needed a deep clean. Limited to 2 items eg 2 cups 2 glasses etc. Wasteful to put dishwasher on. Shower kept turning to wall.

- Mark (10/5): Excellent Service and facilities - excellent facilities and new modern decor. Every facility you could want. Delightful reception staff on arrival. On checkout I very soon discovered I had left something in the room, called reception to check if they were open yet (after an early start and checkout) and quickly rescued my forgotten property.

- rachel (5/5): Good location but not not quite like pictures - It was very central and had everything you needed walking distance in a lovely area The room we had was not well maintained and had marks all over all the walls and bathroom as well as a whistling through the room from the air from the front door the whole time.

- Melissa (10/5): - Great location on the North Shore, has a beautiful village vibe with the city centre only minutes away. Such spacious, clean & modern apartments (we booked a 2 bed for a family of 4 and a king single studio for Nana).
- Christin (7/5): Alles gut - Es hat eine gute Lage, alles Notwendige war fußläufig gut erreichbar. Die Mitarbeiterin, die uns eingecheckt hat, war sehr nett. Toll das man einen kostenfreien Parkplatz hatte! Die Unterkunft war sehr groß und geräumig. Leider fehlte ein wenig Charme, Persönlichkeit und ein gewisser Wohlfühlcharakter. Es wurden in einigen Ecken nicht ordentlich sauber gemacht und an der Decke waren etliche Stellen die gereinigt werden könnten, oder einen neuen Anstrich vertragen könnten.

- Julia (7/5): Schönes Motel, aber es fehlt an Details - Schön eingerichtet, großer Balkon, schöne Hotelanlage, Waschmaschine und Trockner vorhanden. Für ein Motel gute Ausstattung Küche war sehr dürftig eingerichtet (z.b. nur 2 Gläser), geringer Wasserdruck in der Dusche, kein Wäscheständer (Wäsche war noch feucht trotz stärkstem Programm), Bett für uns leider nicht bequem, hellhörig

- Joanne (8/5): Superb stay overall, really great. Thank you. - Location was fantastic, lots of places to eat nearby. There’s also a pharmacy and supermarket within 10mins walking distance. Staff were really helpful and absolutely lovely. Super value for money. Splendid clean. I wished they had a place to hang some wet clothes, and perhaps a few more electrical outlets.
