• Jon Paul (9/5): I hope to visit again and would definitely recommend! - It had a very premium feel to it. Room was big by Japanese standards. As a tourist from a western country we have higher expectations when traveling to a foreign country but I tried to keep an open mind since Komaki is not a big hub for foreign visitors but I was impressed with the supplies that the hotel room had prepared for me. For example it had a brush for hair and razors ready. Some hotels in Japan don’t have that or there are counters where you grab it yourself. Not much negative experience. One of the challenges for me was trying to communicate. I can speak a little bit of Japanese but some of the staff only know limited English but are still very helpful. I would recommend guests to be more patient and understanding because we are visiting their country and should atleast try to learn some of the Japanese language or atleast try to translate it online before asking them.

• MAYUMI (8/5): 大満足で、また使わせてもらおうと思いました。 - ２泊しましたが、併設されているとても大きな立体駐車場が24時間、出し入れ自由で１日500円で利用出来る。 地下鉄駅にも直結されていて、改札口までロビーから1分。コンビニも目の前にあり、とても便利。 ゆったりとした綺麗な施設で、清潔にもされていて、とても過ごしやすかったです。 予約をかなり前に取ったので、前々日くらいに確認メールを頂けたら嬉しかったです。

• Tochigi (9/5): 費用に対して相応のホテル - 駅直結で便利。ツインベッドで寝室も広く、バイキング朝食の種類も多く美味しかった。 二万越えの宿泊費用を払っているのに隣の名鉄協商パーキングが、500円宿泊者負担だった事。少し気分が悪かった。C国からの団体客がいて、朝食バイキング料理が荒らされた気がした。

• kuniyasu (8/5): - 急の予約でしたが、取れてよかったです。道路挟んで向かいにコンビニあり便利。提携駐車場500円で安く、ホテルの隣りなので近い。シティーホテルなのでビジネスホテルより広く、綺麗です。朝食レストランで1980円との事で、コンビニで買うのもおすすめです。

• 辰也 (10/5): 広いベッドと多種類のバイキング朝食で、満足させていただき、美味しくいただきました。 - シングルのお部屋に、ゆったりとしたベッドで、熟睡できました。バスタブの大きさも良く、お湯に浸かり疲れを癒すことできた気分です。朝食のバイキング、気に入りました。美味しくいただきました。 駐車場からホテルフロントまでの案内が、わかりにくかったです。以前、利用した時は、スポーツジムの入口付近を通りましたが、今回は、一度、外に出て、玄関からフロントに行きました。ルートの案内に工夫が必要と思います。６階の製氷機が故障していました。７階まで氷を取りに行きました。
• AI (10/5): 隣接駐車場のエレベーターは22:00で閉まります。 - 主人が高身長なので、キングサイズのベッドが助かりました。部屋も清潔。金庫もあって安心。朝食バイキングはお腹いっぱい食べれてお得感マックスでした。 雨の日の夜に到着したので、視界が悪く、駐車場の入り口が分かりにくかったこと。 駐車場3階に停めたのですが、駐車場のエレベーター入り口の扉が閉まっていて、おかしいなと思ったら、「〇〇〜22:00」と張り紙があり、1階ロビーまで階段で降りるはめになりました。 疲れていたので、大荷物を抱えて大変でした。防犯上のことと思いますが、これは事前に教えていただきたかったと思います。

• Angela (7/5): Overall great if you need to be in the Komaki area - I stayed here two different times, once in a room with a king bed and once in a tatami room. The staff was fantastic! Often made efforts to anticipate needs and explain any issues that arose. The cafe staff was particularly thoughtful and helpful. Overall a good place to stay if you need to be in that area for any reason. It's right on top of a train station and there are a few good restaurants within 5 minutes walking. Nakada (tempura), kajin Sara (Nepal/Indian), None Name (pricy but lovely wine bar - get the tariata salad!), and Nala Yoshi (traditional kaiseki, loved the dashi tamago). I'm realizing this is feedback for the hotel, not the public perhaps, so I'll take the rest of this to Google reviews. 😅 Even though the windows are large, the room just felt dark, especially the king bed one. Maybe it was because the overall style of the carpet and room. My bathtub had a lot of drainage issues but once it got really bad and I had to request maintenance service which seemed to do a good job. When I stayed in the tatami room, our futons felt so worn, it felt like we were sleeping directly on the tatami. Not nearly as comfortable as a ryokan I stayed at recently, so it stood out as rather uncomfortable. I wish they had a gym. There was one next door but a bit overcomplicated to work out the membership and it was a little expensive. Also, it's not open until 9am, and I was there for work, so it didn't really work with my work schedule anyway. It's not particularly convenient for anything but Komaki or the immediate area around it.

• Fukouei (7/5): We picked this hotel for the location of the matsuri and it was only three stop away, but I would only stay for one nigh - Clean, nice pillows, good location for matsuri, proximity to station, good view from room Heating and cooling are determined by time of year. Middle of March AC is heat so all we had was a humidifier fan.

Although the staff were helpful but they kept on laughing on me for whatever I asked them to help with or do like if I'm silly for doing it. I understand a bit of Japanese so it was not very nice to hear them saying "this is annoying".

• SHINYA (10/5): - 駅ビルなので大変便利ですが、小牧駅が名古屋駅から直通の電車がないため名古屋駅利用時は昼間は高速バスが反対口にあるのでそれが簡単。 夜間に着いたため駅前はコンビニしか無く。少し歩いたスーパーも早々と閉店して寂しい駅であった。 ホテルは電鉄系の経営なので全く問題なく。朝食も素晴らしかった。 交通の便と駅前がもう少し良ければいいホテルだと思います。

• Day (9/5): Very confortable, I will likely stay here again when in this area. - Breakfast was very good, excellent selection and well prepared. The location is great, associated with the train station. If I hadn't needed the car for a different portion of this trip, I would have arrived by train from the Central Japan International Airport via Nagoya. The parking is in adjacent garage with access not requiring going outside. The third floor of the garage is accessible from the seconf floor of the hotel. The charge for parking is very reasonable. The bathroom is a little small with very limited counter or shelf area for toiletries.
