Artsiom (10/5): Diamond in a heart of Alps - Beautiful and spacious apartment, located I a heart of Alp. Furniture was very comfortable and kitchen really well equipped. Infra-red sauna was right there, which is great addition, especially if you had active skiing/snowboarding/hiking day. It was super nice to receive delicious welcome gift on arrival. We had amazing time there!

Roxane (8/5): Gemütliches Zirbenzimmer mit Bergcharme - Es riecht wunderbar nach Zirbe, das Bett war sehr bequem, es ist nachts super ruhig. Großer Balkon mit Liegestühlen und Aussicht. Die Sauna ist ein tolles extra und wurde extra nur für uns angemacht. Überall schöne Blumen und hübsche Details. Parkplatz direkt am Haus. Kleinigkeiten: - die Kaffeemaschine läuft aus - das Waschbecken ist hübsch aber läuft gerne über - Toilette riecht chemisch

Kai (10/5): Sehr zu empfehlen - Wir sind mit der Familie früh angereist und vom Check In bis zur Abreise, war alles sehr problemlos und sehr unkompliziert. Sehr tolle Gastgeber und eine super erholsame Lage der Unterkunft. Sowohl für Familien als auch für Paare ohne Nachwuchs sehr zu empfehlen. Die Erholung steht hier in der Natur absolut im Vordergrund

Natalie (10/5): Fantastic Stay at Great Price - We really enjoyed our stay and loved the red light sauna in our room after many days of skiing. This location is 40 mins away from Sölden, Innsbruck, and many more lifts and the drive is pleasant. Looking forward to staying again for our next Austrian Alps ski trip
Gerniko (9/5): Great room - Room was really nice and clean with big balcony; modern bathroom with walk-in shower and infrared sauna The owners are really friendly and accommodating Despite some comments there aren't hiking ways directly from the accommodation. You have to walk for half a hour through the village. Also a lot of the forest ways between the villages are closed due to tree cutting, so you have to use the street. Best is to use your car to get to a parking lot near a real hiking path.

Alison (9/5): Perfect getaway - sad to leave! - Quaint little village, where everyone seemed friendly. A mixture of old, traditional Austria amongst some new architecture and 'mod cons'. The self contained apartment was immaculate, carefully laid out with nice additional touches such as welcome gifts, fully functioning kitchen and even a list of all the wonderful local events that were on during our stay (unfortunately we had already focussed on skiing in Hochoetz to fully exploit this). We did take a hike up through the nearby woods to the large lake (suitable for ice skating in winter or swimming in summer) and also followed the river walk into Oetz. The property is near to a take away/ restaurant and also has a shop nearby to stock up for self cater option. The breakfast looked wonderful, however we were again never organised enough to take advantage of this either! There was ample parking, no problem with a VW van. Added bonus: the Physio Therm indoor equivalent of a personal sauna using infrared light. Perfect for relaxing and easing some niggles after trying to learn to ski! Nothing! Just something to note: the ski bus is down a hill a bit, so we took our van because Hochoetz had ample parking.

Delena (10/5): Comfortable stay in Sautens - Clean and big bedroom and a super spacious bathroom. Friendly hosts and quiet area. Not far from the bus stop and supermarket. Great for a winter holiday and I’d imagine for a summer one too!
