• Umi (5/5): Simple stay, no frills, good location. - Great location due to proximity of cafes, restaurants and boutiques around the cinnamon gardens area. Room was damp, no dehumidifier nor ac that properly worked. Staff walked into my room suddenly without knocking.

• Danielle (8/5): Good stay to catch your flight - Stayed only one night. The rooms are big and comfy, shower was nice Nothing
• Vatanpour (4/5): Not worth the charge. - It was a basic okay looking room, location was fine. Was startled up from sleep at 2:30AM in the morning from someone almost shouting on thr phone with phone on speaker so you could hear both sides, went on for over 15mins, struggled back to sleep, 5AM again some continuous thuds coming up , shaking the bed, for over 30 mins, followed by a big glass shatter sound as if all the dishes in kitcken were broke. Both times called front desk, no one answered, felt super unsafe. Just one towel offered, one same liquid pour into sth tagged shampoo and bath gel, no other toilletries, Not up to standards of a room this price internationally.

• Borut (7/5): - The place was exactly what I needed after a long flight from EU. Quiet street at night and although a bit far from the centre, everything I needed was in the immediate vicinity. The staff was really friendly, the room was spacious and the bed was comfy, the internet worked well. After staying in other places across Sri Lanka I'd say it was a bit on the pricey side.

• Valentina (5/5): Fine for a quick overnight stay, but not great value for a longer visit. - Good for a night if you need a place to crash before or after a flight, but I wouldn’t recommend it for a longer stay. The area is pleasant, but there isn’t much nearby. Considering the price, it doesn’t offer great value compared to many beautiful places in Sri Lanka that are cheaper and include breakfast. Overall, fine for convenience, but not somewhere I’d choose to stay for more than a night.

• Azhari (9/5): Nice comfortable experience in a quiet location - The room was spacious, the bed was comfortable and the WIFI was good. Also they let me store my luggage for a few hours after my check out. The location was nice and quiet.
• Sahil (8/5): - The room was nice and big. It had a hipster vibe to it. The hotel is much smaller than pics indiscate, staff was limited too. No breakfast is available, but superb cafe just opposite the hotel (vietnamese cafe). The location is good, not far from center and seems to be a good residential location. AC auto switching off after 20-30 mins, its sweltering hot in Colombo.

• Artjoms (3/5): - The location it is very central and easy to navigate if you are having your itinerary around the city center. Room is spacious and quite clean. AC is working fine as well. The staff was not ready for the check-in. I said I give them time and went for lunch. After half an hour, I came back, and the room they offered was with the window facing an inner wall. So there was zero natural light. During the same time, they were cleaning the room which was facing the road and had plenty of natural light. But they have decided to do that first and give it to me, despite the hotel not being full. That room facing the inner courtyard had terrible acoustics from anyone speaking in this courtyard. Mostly restaurant employees as well as sounds of their kitchen. The soundproofing in the hotel is very bad. You can hear anyone opening and closing the door, walking in the corridor, etc. So impossible to sleep without earplugs. Also, the smell from the restaurant is coming into the inner courtyard and eventually to your room.

• Helen (5/5): Run down but excellent location - Location is excellent if you like quiet and laid back. Lots of good restaurants and cafés around, art galleries close by and loots of greenery. If hotel was properly managed and some love put into it it would be a gem. Hotel is run down and tired and not well managed. Its not clean- elevator greasy, bad smell from the kitchen, bed side lamp not working, wall paint is fading ....Its needs a proper thorough cleaning and painting.
