• Carolina (8/5): Restful stay in Kalayaan Ave, Quezon City near QC Hall - free water, ref in room, speedy check in. check-in staff accompanied guest to the room which is nice. overnight stay was to avoid traffic and flooded areas. security deposit of ₱2,000 collected upon check-in which surprised the guest because it was not clearly stated in the booking conditions (didn’t see any). it was refunded during check out.

• Janine (9/5): Superb - I like that there was a refrigerator, microwave, kettle and rice cooker with a complete set of utensils plates, bowl and glasses. It makes it very convenient. The beds were very comfortable The water pressure of the shower was inconsistent so mid shower the water stops flowing and if you had turned the heater on, when the water stops and turns back on, the water gets really hot, but then slowly regulates back to the temperature you initially set it on. So instead of a relaxing shower, it becomes a nuisance.

• Carmina (5/5): Passable - Location was central to key places in Quezon City. Lots of eateries around. Short walk to Quezon memorial circle and city hall. There was a 7/11 right by the hotel lobby so it was very convenient to get stuff. Housekeepers were helpful and responsive. I struggled with the TV controls. Had to get housekeeping each time.

• Attila (8/5): Very good - It was close to the place we needed to be, and it was spacious and clean enough for the two of us. The swimming pool at the rooftop was also very nice, with a beautiful view of the city. The staff was nice and helpful. The room was iverlooking a busy street and the sound isolation on the windows was almost non-existent, so it was quite noisy, but one can get used to it.

• Mhona (9/5): All in all we had a good comfortable stay. - It’s near to our wedding area, walking distance. 7/11 inside the building is a plus. There are a lot of restaurants around. Grab taxi and food is no problem. Very accessible to everything. Pool is also one of my highlights to enjoy and relax. Kitchen wares are also helpful. The furnitures are a bit old. Especially for the sofa it’s like it will come off anytime.

The pool is a great amenity if this hotel, and it's got everything you need in the room (e.g. toiletries), great location as it's near great restaurants as well as the university. It's also accessible to all kinds if transportation and a huge plus is the 7/11 convenient store on the ground floor. I wish they have a safe for valuables, and noise proof to compensate for the thin walls/windows to reduce the noise from the streets but this is just a suggestion.

The unique part of the Residenciale Boutique Apartments were the people working in there. From the very first day and until I left the place, Charm Vinuya a front desk receptionist did an excellent job, very professional and very helpful. She explained the company policies very well before i signed the paperworks. Charm helped me to recovered my cellphone when I left it in Grab car. Charm did above and beyond and second to none customer service. From Charm, the housekeeping people to security guards they made me feel at home away from home. Definitely I will be back to Residenciale Boutique Apartments and i hope to see Charm and the rest of the team again.

• Anisha (9/5): Overall, my stay at this hotel had its merits, such as a great location, clean rooms, and friendly staff. However, a maj - The location was fantastic, offering easy access to local attractions and restaurants. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and the staff was exceptionally friendly and accommodating. The property didn't accept card payments, which was quite inconvenient in today's cashless world. Further, the deposit fee of 2,000 PHP seemed rather high and not entirely reasonable, especially when it's not clearly explained why such a substantial deposit is necessary.
