• Mcjyn Igelige (7/5): I had a good stay at the easy in Liverpool. It was so convenient it had everything I needed the staff for grit. The room - I liked the fact that the property was very central and it was very easy to things. Not much to be honest, I’m not fussy so it worked fine for me

• Lazar (6/5): - Lokacija i osoblje je ljubazno. 10/10. Sve ostalo… Soba je nestvarno mala, prozori se ne otvaraju. Svesni smo da je low budget hotel, ali mu apsolutno nije mala cena s tim ne bi trebalo da se karakterise kao low budget hotel.

• Hayley (4/5): It’s your average EasyHotel - decent location, basic accommodation - It’s in decent location, close to bars and restaurants. A short walk to the waterfront The bed - the mattress wasn’t in a suitable condition and needs replacing. Worn so badly basically sleeping directly on the springs! It was probably the most uncomfortable night’s sleep I’ve had in a hotel Shower should have been cleaned properly Personally not a fan the semi open plan bathrooms in a lot of these hotels!

• Hugh (9/5): Easy Hotel Castle St Liverpool - Great location. Could walk everywhere in city centre from it. Great value. Very clean. Air con. Guys on reception were very pleasant and informative. Could leave bag when I arrived before check in time and after check out time, the latter for £5. Security seemed good. Would definately stay again. Not a dislike just bed took up almost all of room. Dont bring excessive luggage to room! You can probably leave at Reception.
• Megan (1/5): Bad would no recommend. The price for 1 night nearly 200 euro for a room as small as a box room with no window. - Location that’s all The images on booking.com had windows. I was completely misled as the room me and my partner got was tiny and had no windows. I felt really claustrophobic. The toilet is in the room basically as there is no proper door. I had an early flight so we drop our bags in and I needed to go to the toilet and there is no toilet at reception so I had to leave and go in a restaurant. I think that’s not good customer service.

• Emma (3/5): - It was central to the station and shops The bed wasn’t very comfy and the toilet wasn’t secure was half hanging off the wall and there was a big crack in the shower cubicle. It wasn’t worth the money I paid for the stay

• Maegan (5/5): - Liked the location, very central, easy to get to places. The bed and pillows were extremely uncomfortable. Didn't sleep well at all. The pillows were flat and the mattress was so tough. The bed is also tiny and even though it's a 'double' I'd actually say it's not quite that. There were two of us but I'd say it only really sleeps one comfortably. I know it's budget but it is very compact, no table or chair, or even shelves no other furniture apart from the bed.
• Zena (1/5): very expensive for what you get which is a bed in a tight room - Location and that’s it Had a one night sleep stay here and we was very disappointed £210 we paid and there’s literally nothing in the room no wardrobe you can’t even swing a cat around in the room it’s so tight on space it’s very basic don’t think we’ll be booking here again. We asked if we could leave our bags has we was early and they wanted to charge us £10 to put it in a small room so we decided not to bother and just paid £20 for a early check in.

• Gavin (9/5): - This was perfect for me. It is basic and it doesn't pretend to be anything else. Clean, comfortable and safe, in an excellent location and very good price. A floor mat when coming out of the shower would be good to have.
• Amelie (5/5): Fine for a short stay, but wouldn’t recommend more than 1 night - Location good and bed comfortable No window- my fault for not upgrading but the price difference put me off, the room is so small the lack of windows made it feel uncomfortable. No facilities, not even a bed side table, and have to go to reception to get hot drink and costs money. Fortunately hot water free so could make your own I guess if you bring your own tea! Was also incredibly noisy on one night, literal screaming down the corridors at 10pm then again around 3:30am to 4:30am. Incessant screaming. I asked them to be quiet twice but they ignored me. I’m a bit surprised the staff didn’t do anything about it.
