• Kyriaki (1/5): - Κλείσαμε το συγκεκριμένο κατάλυμα αρκετό καιρό νωρίτερα μέσω της Booking.com, όπου παρουσιαζόταν ως ένα εξαιρετικό ξενοδοχείο σε πολύ κεντρικό σημείο — κάτι που όντως ισχύει μόνο ως προς την τοποθεσία. Δυστυχώς, οι φωτογραφίες και τα θετικά σχόλια αποδείχθηκαν εντελώς παραπλανητικά. Φτάνοντας στο ξενοδοχείο, μας οδήγησαν στα δωμάτια, τα οποία με την πρώτη ματιά φαίνονταν απλώς “οκ”. Ωστόσο, πολύ γρήγορα διαπιστώσαμε σοβαρά προβλήματα: * Τα παράθυρα δεν κλείδωναν σε κανένα από τα δωμάτια που μας δόθηκαν, κάτι που δημιουργεί σοβαρό θέμα ασφάλειας. * Τα δωμάτια ήταν πολύ βρώμικα — βρίσκαμε τρίχες μέσα στα σεντόνια. * Υπήρχε έντονη και συνεχής μυρωδιά αποχέτευσης, σαν βόθρος. * Οι τοίχοι και οι επιφάνειες είχαν εμφανή σημάδια υγρασίας. Ζητήσαμε αποζημίωση λόγω της κατάστασης και ο υπάλληλος Mustafa ήταν ο μόνος που προσπάθησε πραγματικά να βοηθήσει ώστε να βρεθεί λύση. Αρχικά μας μετέφεραν σε δωμάτιο στον δεύτερο όροφο, το οποίο όμως παρουσίαζε τα ίδια προβλήματα: βρωμιά, δυσοσμία και παράθυρα που δεν έκλειναν. Την επόμενη μέρα μεταφερθήκαμε στον τέταρτο όροφο, όπου η κατάσταση ήταν ακόμη χειρότερη: * Η μυρωδιά από το μπάνιο ήταν αφόρητη και συνεχής. * Υπήρχε έντονη υγρασία. * Η ηχομόνωση ήταν ανύπαρκτη, με αποτέλεσμα να υπάρχει συνεχής φασαρία από έξω. Συνολικά, η εμπειρία μας ήταν εξαιρετικά απογοητευτική. Η καθαριότητα ήταν απαράδεκτη και οι συνθήκες διαμονής δεν ανταποκρίνονταν σε καμία περίπτωση στην εικόνα που παρουσιάζεται online. Το μόνο θετικό στοιχείο του ξενοδοχείου ήταν: * η τοποθεσία * και η εξυπηρέτηση από τον Mustafa, ο οποίος έκανε ό,τι μπορούσε Δεν θα το προτείναμε σε καμία περίπτωση.

They were very kind to me I stayed there 5 nights and didn’t get an ounce of sleep to the point where I had to go and stay at another hotel on a Friday night. The windows are not sound proof and there is a nightclub next door and a busy road. It was so noisy and it felt like I was sleeping in the middle of a nightclub and a busy market. The curtains does not cover the whole window so the sunlight wakes you up early together with cars beeping. Had to take time off work after my holiday just to catch up on sleep
• Yasemin (2/5): Séjour très décevant : sale, bruyant et pas du tout à la hauteur des attentes. - Franchement, pas grand-chose. L’emplacement était correct, mais cela ne compense pas les nombreux problèmes rencontrés pendant le séjour. L’établissement était très sale et mal entretenu. Nous avons même trouvé un cafard dans la chambre, ce qui est inacceptable. Le bruit était constant, surtout la nuit, ce qui rendait le repos très difficile. La propreté générale laissait à désirer et l’hôtel ne correspond absolument pas aux standards attendus. Très décevant.

• fodha (10/5): If you’re looking for a place in Taksim that’s close to everything and saves you transportation costs, this hotel is a p - It’s a really nice place,safe, clean, and conveniently located close to everything. The reception team is fantastic, always smiling and welcoming, especially Mustafa, who is incredibly friendly and kind. The cleaning staff are also wonderful; the lady who comes by for housekeeping is always so sweet and thoughtful. There is a slight smell coming from the ventilation system in the corridor, but aside from that, everything is good.

• TATIANA (10/5): Проживание в отеле было комфортным и оставило только положительные впечатления. - Больше всего нам понравились спа-зона в отеле — сауна и хамам, а также профессиональные массажисты. Мы посещали их несколько раз и каждый раз оставались очень довольны. Также приятно удивили ежедневная уборка, наличие воды, чая и кофе в номере и хороший напор воды в душе. Из минусов — в номере довольно слышно шум с улицы, но со временем к этому привыкаешь. Также в ванной комнате была плесень на потолке.

• Johann (8/5): Istanbul ist und bleibt für mich die faszinierendste Stadt. - Buchen immer ohne Frühstück.Das personal war sehr freundlich und zuvorkommen und hilfsbereit. Die Lage ist super und ideal zum Shoppen und fein Essen. Ohne Ohrstöpsel Ist es fast unmöglich einzuschlafen weil die Taxis ununterbrochen hupen wie die Irren. Aber das ist in anderen Hotels an der Strasse auch nicht anders und darum bin ich immer mit allem ausgestattet. Für all die Positiven Punkte die ich oben gemacht habe ,möchte ich den Besitzer des Hotels bitten eine Renovation der Gänge und Zimmer durchzuführen für die super Lage .Es wäre sehr nötig und schade es noch weiter so zu belassen bis nur noch negative Bewertungen kommen.

Die Fenster sind renovierungsbedürftig, es ist wirklich mitten in einer Party Gegend und man hört alles wirklich alles durch, ob man fenster offen oder zu hat spielt keine rolle weil die fenster wirklich sehr undicht sind. • MURATBEK (7/5): - Мы остановились в этом отеле и остались в целом довольны. Локация отличная — найти его очень легко, а до улицы Истикляль всего несколько минут пешком. Персонал дружелюбный, приветливый и всегда готов помочь, что создавало приятную атмосферу с первых минут. Уборка в номере проводилась ежедневно, и за это отдельное спасибо. Но есть и моменты, которые стоит учитывать. Похоже, что из-за большого потока гостей номера уже немного потеряли свежесть и требуют лёгкого обновления. Кроме того, неподалёку находится ночной клуб — молодёжь отдыхает там довольно шумно до 4–5 утра, и это может мешать тем, кто чувствителен к звуку. Несмотря на эти нюансы, мы хорошо провели время и получили положительные эмоции от пребывания. Спасибо отелю за гостеприимство!

The location itself is so good as well, it’s like a 2 mins walk to istiklal street. The area its in is very nice and safe, and everything is around you or within a few mins walking distance. The room was a bit dirty, even tho they clean it daily, but they don’t know how to properly or actually clean. The floor always had like black muddy spots and dirt and so, even upon checking in. But if the messiness doesn’t bother you, the hotel itself if pretty cool.

They are perfect for the hotel and the area. I rate the staff 10/10. My room was cleanm neat and I had hot water for the shower at all times. Staff cleaned room every day, They provided enough amenities, coffee and tea. Towels were clean and comfortable. This is my home in Istanbul. The noise from the club is wayyyyyy tooo much. It feels like you are sleeping on a speaker. Unfortunately this is the only thing that I recommend they sort out. Noie proof windows and thicker curtains to block out the noise. I know they will be able to sort this out. They could also set up an agreement with the club to turn down the volume at a certain time during the evenings. As for the rest, I love the hotel.
• EVAGGELOS (10/5): - Πολυ ευχαριστημενος απο το προσωπικο που μας βηθησε σε ολα με πολυ ευγενεια.Ειναι διπλα σε οτι χρειαζςσαι εστιατορια,καφε ,πολυκαταστηματα. Μια ανασα απο την isticlal.Tα βραδυα εχει αρκετο νεο κοσμο τριγυρω στους δρομους και πολυ νυχτερινη ζωη με club.Δεν μας ενοχλησε ο ηχος επειδη υπαρχουν διπλα τζαμια.Καθημερινα καθαριζαν το δωματιο ενα τρικλινο το οποιο ηταν ευρυχωρο για την οικογενεια μου.Η τιμη εξαιρετικη για τις παροχες κ την τοποθεσια .Σιγουρα θα το ξαναπροτιμησουμε .Ευχαριστουμε πολυ

• SERGEY (4/5): Руководству не мешало бы заняться обновление отеля. - Уставший отель. Не соответствует 3 звездам. Фото старые. Отзывы не соответствуют настоящему состоянию отеля. Интернет слабый. Каналов в телевизоре много, но нет на русском языке. Шумная улица до середины ночи. Один плюс- это расположение и транспортная развязка. Есть рядом остановка и много кафе. Не ухоженный хол и сам отель. Плохой интернет.
• Zhaniya (10/5): Все было классно👍 - Мы отдыхали здесь с 5 по 12 августа. Отель превзошёл все ожидания: очень уютный и чистый, с приветливым и вежливым персоналом. До улицы Истикляль всего три минуты пешком. Номер просторный, с балконом, кондиционером, мини-холодильником и туалетным столиком. Если оставляли номер на уборку, то персонал всегда пополнял кофе, чай и шампуни. За такую цену я не ожидала такой хороший отель.
• Suzan (8/5): Utmärkt för standarden. - Hotellet låg centralt och bra, nära till promenadgatan İstiklal cad. Personalen var väldigt trevliga och hjälpsamma. Mansfisör precis mittemot hotellet som också var väldigt bra, jätte bra service. Bilderna ser lite finare ut än hur det är i verkligheten, korridorerna var lite slitna, lite slitna delar i rummen men ändå väldigt fräscha, sängarna var bra för någon som är kräsen, dock. Gillade jag inte att lakanen var försmå för sängen och lossnade när man sov. Kändes lite ohygieniskt att ligga direkt på madrassen. Att ta taxi utifrån till hotellet var lite svårt, inte så många som ville köra hela vägen fram, helst ville dom släppa av vid Taksim torget en bit bort. Om man vill ha lugn o ro på nätterna ska man inte bo här, musik från barer och pubar hörs fram till 3-4 på natten. Det är också väldigt lyhört mellan rummen. Annars väldigt bra för priset man bor för. Om man inte är kräsen så är det perfekt. Väldigt nöjd med vår vistelse.

• Everette (10/5): Relaxing Stay Just Off Istiklal - The room was bright and airy, and the bed was very comfortable. We loved the peaceful atmosphere after walking around all day. The location is unbeatable for exploring beyoglu on foot. Staff let us store our luggage after check-out... Perfectt!
• Carrie (10/5): Great Spot for City Lovers - Staying in taksim gave us easy access to nightlife and culture, but the room still felt like a quiet escape. The bed was cozy and linens were fresh. The whole space was well maintained. Staff were quick to respond on WhatsApp.

• Maryyoung (10/5): Calm Stay in the Heart of Beyoglu - Despite the busy area, our room stayed perfectly quiet day and night. The bed was extremely comfortable and spotlessly clean. The location was ideal for walking to cafes, shops, and museums. Staff welcomed us warmly and helped with all our questions.

• AnonymousBestAdvice (2/5): - Appalling Accessibility & Service Failures – Unsafe Stay at Beyoglu MLS Hotel, Istanbul My stay at Beyoglu MLS Hotel was marked by extreme distress, health risks, and appalling service — made worse by Booking.com's inadequate response. ⚠️ As a wheelchair user recovering from surgery, I relied on a caregiver during my trip. Power outages disabled the elevator multiple times, leaving me stranded. Staff refused to assist with alternative transport, and after repeated complaints, interference with electricity seemed intentional. 🚿 Facility hygiene was unacceptable: plumbing and A/C issues led to frequent room changes, foul odors persisted, and staff used guest towels to clean toilets. The elevator remained dangerously unreliable. 😞 Staff were dismissive and threatening. My caregiver's shirt was bleached without apology or reimbursement. 💳 Booking.com failed to honor a refund, citing incorrect payment info. A hot plate, approved by hotel staff, became unusable due to hotel limitations. A January 2025 complaint was never acknowledged, and Booking.com Lost Vital Message History, in essence the messages were no longer in my records in my accounts, including photo evidences. Their failure to protect guest rights and enforce accountability raises serious concerns. This listing should be investigated, and affected guests compensated appropriately. I urge Booking.com to improve its escalation protocols for vulnerable travelers.
