Sarah (10/5): Great apartments and location! - The apartment was big and fully stocked with everything you need. We were in apartment 502 and the terrace was absolutely huge and a complete sun trap which was lovely for sunbathing. looked exactly like the photos. We didn’t use the pool but it was a nice size with a lot of sun loungers around it. The location was great, very close to the bars and restaurants. Alex shared all the information with us pre-check in and also very responsive. Would definitely recommend!! Nothing bad at all to say! It was on quite a big hill and some people might struggle with that but it’s super easy to get taxis in Albufeira. The main lifts were out of order during our stay, it was no problem for us but some people might struggle with the steps up and down. the building manager let us know of another lift we could use in the meantime if we wanted to which was very helpful.
anthony (9/5): Perfect location, with great hosts in a lovely clean apapartment - The location was fabulous, really good communication with the host, we had a one bed apartment no. 304 which was very spacious and has a small balcony facing the pool, pool area was nice with plenty of loungers. Access instructions to the apartment sent to us were very clear to understand Lift wasn’t working when we stayed 3 nights
josh (3/5): Miles below par - Location Balcony was so dangerous literally a piece of plywood and wasn’t secured, Stove didn’t work apartment was on the 5th floor and my friend has a walking disability the elevator was broken our entire stay so it caused him awful difficulty, The blinds continuously got caught in the sliding door and caused a tear. There was no staff there for the entire stay and no toilet paper

Visite de la région de l’Algarve, ses beaux villages, l’arrière - La proximité de la vieille ville, des services, des plages, du stationnement gratuit. Endroit très tranquille et reposant. La propreté de l’appartement et de l’équipement identiques aux photos. Tout se fait à pied. Bien situé, belle vue, personnel à l’écoute. Inquiétude à chaque fois pour débarrer la porte de l’appartement. Il faut s’essayer à plusieurs reprises. La serrure ou la clé usée, item à vérifier.
KEN (5/5): Disappointing being locked out due to known fault - Good location On joining instructions it mentioned an issue with apartment entry door lock which was obviously failing, this caused problems gaining entry from the very start of our arrival and took several minutes to open which very soon escalated to not being possible to open at all late at night on day 2. This was despite my emailing albufeira rentals and advising them much earlier that day which has never been replied to!! This is unacceptable and resulted in an engineer needing to attend late night while we remained locked out. There were very poor cheap pillows available and generally a refurb overdue.

Andrea (8/5): Ruhige, zentrale Lage - Unkomplizierte Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter. Er hat immer zeitnah geantwortet und sich sehr um unsere Anliegen gekümmert. Perfekte, ruhige Lage. WLAN war leider nicht im Zimmer verfügbar. Im Flur vor der Türe schon. Das soll laut Vermieter verbessert werden . War für uns jetzt kein Problem, da wir über ausreichend Datenvolumen verfügen.

Maureen (4/5): - Location was great close to everything . Staff was helpful with issues we had We had water coming through the windows frame we had very heavy rainfall. We had to mop up floor and put towels on floor to soak up the puddles. Mold on wall near the window that was leaking. Also had a problem with the toliet water was running on very heavy water flow had to keep the bathroom door closed to keep the noise down. Sounded like the tap was pouring full blast. Notified the staff on Monday plumber was not able to come until Friday. The plumber had to turn the water off. We were asked to use an other apartments washroom until to was able to get fixed. It was fixed in one day by the plumber. First aid kit had expired items in it 10 years old. We had no toiletries as mentioned in the listing. One garbage bag told we we needed to buy our own. However, we were given some after we mentioned we did not think that was right.
Attracta (5/5): enjoyed the location of the property and sun terrace. - We liked the location of the property, easy access to the property, nice rooftop sun terrace ,clean and good value for money very dark room very little natural light, we stayed five nights and there was no towel or bed change as it was impossible to dry towels we found this extremely annoying. also found quality of the towels very poor

Ian (7/5): - Excellent location. Very easy to access on arrival. Instructions were very good. Apartment was spacious and very clean. Terrace was really big, sun facing and furnished with sunbeds, table and chairs for outside dining. The double bed mattress was really uncomfortable. Very firm and I expect quite old. It needs to be replaced with a new mattress asap. I awoke each morning with a sore back and it took some time to stretch out and ease the discomfort.

Compte tenu du prix payé, nous espérions au moins balcon ou terrasse.... Salle de bain et cuisines minuscules Pas de rideau occultant dans la pièce principale ce qui ne permet pas de dormir un peu le matin Fenêtre tte petite dans la cuisine Vaisselle minimaliste Impression de dormir dans un placard (porte accordéon)
Aaron (8/5): Great place, highly recommend. - Location was fantastic - perfect to be honest, apartments clean, pool area quiet, other guests respectful. TV had 11 channels, 1 of which was English, which was a news channel - not an issue with our short stay but bad weather/longer stay, might have been an issue.
Megan (8/5): Great! - Location was great, central to everything! Our apartment we booked had our own terraced balcony, which was the best we had ever got. The apartment was homey, comfortable, all your wants! Couldnt fault it, abit old fashioned but that just added to the comfort! The apartments are very well secured with passkeys and codes for each door/apartment however a reception area for any help or advice would have been great. Check out seemed very early which was 10AM & we had to hide our luggage beside the lift for most of the day as there was no room secure to leave them in with a later flight. Apart from this, couldnt fault the apartment!

The pool was great and had a nice mix of guests. The kitchen was well equipped, the shower was excellent, and everything felt safe and comfortable. The furnishings were tasteful, and the host was excellent, very responsive and welcoming. There wasn’t a corkscrew in the kitchen, and the bed was a little firmer than my personal preference. Also, there was limited onsite support available if needed

Muito sossegado, sem barulhos. Terraço espectacular. Espaço de Piscina excelente. Muito perto da praia e da cidade velha. Estamos extremamente satisfeitos com a disponibilidade do Sr Alexandre á chegada, mesmo por telefone não exitou em tirar qualquer dúvida que tivemos em relação ao acesso ao apartamento. O espaço tinha ar condicionado, mas, provavelmente por avaria, colocaram um portátil, o que nos obrigava a ter a janela aberta para o seu bom funcionamento. Em todo caso, funcionava bem e serviu as necessidades.

Alex (10/5): Exactly what we so desperately needed, wish we had another week there - Perfect location, literally 5 minutes walk to the centre of town, away from all the noise and craziness but close enough not to be trekking for ages. 6-7 minutes walk to the beach, loads of great restaurants walking distance. Cool bars (blue bell and antiquity bar within 3-8 minutes walk), a spar and chemist a minute away. Complex was quiet, no silliness, everyone respectful. The first night we only had one pillow each, but my wife messaged the owner Alex and the next day he dropped off two extra pillows each. Shame not to have a balcony but not the end of the world given the place was immaculate and had everything you could need.

Nos tocó el apartamento de la terraza y estaba genial, la terraza es enorme aunque como hacía mucho viento y volvíamos por la noche no la pudimos utilizar. Check-in sencillo y fácil. Linda (8/5): Ideal Location with great views - Alex was a pleasure to deal with from beginning to end, Location is brilliant to access old town , beaches & Marina. Very quiet at night supermarket close by, Terrace apartment we requested had great views and was nice and big with table & chairs and 2 x sunbeds.Beds very comfortable in both bedroom & sofa bed. We would definitely re book & recommend but request room with a view & terrace. 1 sunbed was damaged and for an apartment for 4 only 2 beds wasn't ideal no receptionist even though reception area (minor thing that did not affect our stay.

Danni (9/5): Would stay again. - Location and pool were great and excellent communication about how to access. The pressure of the shower was fantastic and so welcome after a day at the beach. Well resourced kitchen with a big fridge and a washing machine. One roll of toilet paper left for three people for 5 days - disappointing! Early check out time, bed was rickity but main issue was the flooring of the balcony; it felt very very unsafe. It moved as we walked on it and despite there being a table and chairs on it, we didn't feel it was safe to use.

Monica (10/5): Lovely and comfortable apartment - The property was very close to the beach and the centre but at the same time very quiet. The apartment was clean and they provided everything needed including kitchen tools like pans, plates, glasses, cutlery and some other essentials that we were not expecting but so helpful when we wanted to eat in. Washing machine, air con, cooker, toaster, kettle, iron everything was available. Swimming pool was nice and quiet and all residents were lovely. Garage is also available if you ask Alex in advance. Overall very impressed and we loved our stay. It definitely exceeded our expectations and we would definitely be back again. Thank you very much Alex Everything was perfect

Floors were dirty, bathroom mirror, shower, etc. I contacted owner to inform him of condition. the refrigerator was warm and not working. We contacted the owner and within 24 hours we had a new one however some of our food spoiled. The bed was extremely uncomfortable! We woke up everyday in pain. Kitchen had plenty of pots and pans but plates and silverware was scarce. The apartment needs to be updated to make the stay more comfortable and practical.

Cassandra (7/5): Emplacement parfait avec vue exceptionnelle dans un logement qui pourrait être amelioré pour être 👌 - Très grande terrasse qui était très appréciable avec une vue juste sublime sur le vieux albufeira et l’océan ainsi que les clochers des églises ! Nous avons apprécié la réactivité d’Alex face aux problèmes ainsi que la résidence avec sa grande piscine qui reste fréquentée de manière raisonnable sans grande foule. L’emplacement du logement est parfait car calme tout en étant à proximité immédiate des rues festives et restaurants / bars. Literies peu confortables, équipements défaillants et/ou vieillissants (1/2 clim fonctionnait, lave vaisselle inutilisable, plaque de cuisson 1 feu/4…) et le plus dur pour nous a été de devoir dormir sans stores occultants (pas de rideau dans le salon et store venissiens laissant passer le jour dans la cuisine..) très difficile car réveil tous les matins à 6h30
