- Calmo (6/5): Bella ma deluso - La struttura è molto moderna e il parcheggio ce l'hai proprio all'uscita della stanza. La stanza soprattutto il bagno non era pulitissimo. E poi non c'era nemmeno una macchinetta per il caffé. Solo due bottigliette d'acqua con un bollitore con tre bustine di tisane, tra l'altro trovate pure fuori la confezione.

L Acqua dell idromassaggio era tiepida per non dire quasi fredda impossibile fare un bagno .... - MAURO (1/5): Sconsigliatissimo mai più - niente Io scriverei MOTEL non HOTEL, classico motel ad ore, non preparato per avere ospiti per tutta la notte, sala colazione inesistente, la mattina al risveglio, non ho neanche fatto colazione e bevuto il caffè, Fino alle 8,15 la reception era chiusa, alla mia richesta di avere la ricevuta di pagamento il tono della receptionist è cambiata. Alla fine ho pagato con la colazione inclusa ed ho fatto colazione al bar a mie spese. Sconsigliatissimo Mai più.

- Zelia (5/5): The place is lovely and comfy and the room was so different, it has special designer which i love it - The room was good and I like the designer in the room and I was so comfy but the only problem is the room you can hear noice so clear and loud from outside and the fridge just stick to the wall and too small can't even put a bottle of water i have to but very small bottle to put in the fridge and was 40 degrees which is so hot. The noise and small animal enter the room and the fridge is too small.
- Anastasia (10/5): - Ho passato la notte del mio settimo anniversario di matrimonio, dentro la suite Smeraldo, è stato ovviamente un esperienza indimenticabile. La struttura si presenta bene, molto moderna accogliente, ma l'unico neo potrebbe essere curata un po' di più, come piccoli dettagli (rotolo carta igienica quasi finito, boccette shampoo quasi terminate) sono cose che si dovrebbero curare, per il resto staff molto disponibile, ho trovato anche spumanti o con calici petali di rose. Se non cercate troppo, solo una notte passata in relax questo è il posto giusto a parte qualche noncuranza. Sono abbastanza soddisfatta dell'esperienza. Sicuramente ci ritorneremo.
- Verified traveler (4/5): Bello ma.. - Arrivati in hotel alle 15, nonostante il check-in era alle 12, mi è stato detto che la camera non era addirittura pronta..dopo più di mezz'ora di attesa, ci hanno dato la chiave, ma ahimè, la vasca idromassaggio era praticamente fredda e soprattutto non pulitissima...frigo trovato spento. Apprezzo la gentilezza di offrire un piccolo prosecco e qualche biscotto per l'attesa, ma se si viene pagata una bella cifra. Pretendo che tutto funzioni regolarmente visto che non parliamo di 20 o 50 euro. Sicuramente non tornerò

- gian paolo (6/5): - La struttura è bella e mediamente ben tenuta. Pecca un po' la cura nella pulizia (peli altrui nel bagno e nella camera rimasti per tutto il soggiorno). Molto carina la doccia spaziosa e con le luci, oeccato che il soffione fosse inutilizzabile. Nel sito parlava di colazione continentale, invece la colazione dev'essere prenotata il giorno prima e viene servita in camera, cosa che non incontra il nostro gusto ma magari altri apprezzano. Non c'era inoltre grande scelta. Lo staff era a tratti introvabile e indolente, simpaticissimo però il cagnolino alla reception!

There were a lot of details in the room to make the stay awesome. Also, the staff was so helpful! Even when we checked in later than planned and during the late night hour, they did everything they can to help us. We would definitely go back!
