• Zuzana (8/5): Good not charming as expected - The resort is spacious and stylish, at first sight it looks charming. The beach is quite nice, you appreciate the loungers but there are nicer beaches to go in surroundings. The place is suitable for those who love resorts and just little of travelling, we love exploring and this location definitely requires a car. Breakfast which was mainly served (not the true buffet style), limted choice. We travelled several times through the island and the money/value ratio is low. Cleaning staff enter the room couple times a day just to change towels, light up or open the window....not so comfortable for anyone.
• Arbias (9/5): The photos couldn’t do justice to how beautiful the place looked. - Everything was good, breakfast had many options, pool was clean, beach is good and staff is very professional. The dinner was gourmet, which isn’t really to our taste, but since we had a car, we were able to find other places to eat nearby.

• Patricia (8/5): Sympathique mais très cher - L’établissement est très bien équipé et aménagé dans un espace plutôt calme. L’atout majeur est la plage privée ainsi que la piscine. Le petit déjeuner est de qualité et très varié. Aucune information concernant les activités aux alentours ou services de l’hôtel sauf si on le demande nous même. Il n’y a pas eu d’attention particulière ou de petit geste sympathique une fois sur place. Pour le prix que nous avons payé nous nous attendions à mieux. Le prix des boissons et repas sur place est vraiment très cher et la qualité plats est vraiment moyenne et arrivent parfois froids.

Swimming pool is very nice, water is not cold. The beach is very close , 5 min walking . The sea is very clean , azuro blue color . Sunny beds and umbrellas can you choose at arrival and the are reserved for you during all stay Hotel does not have own bar at the beach and also there are not any rest rooms . One public bar -restaurant is there on the beach in distance 50 m from the hotel beach

• Charlotte (8/5): Very good - The resort grounds are absolutely stunning — beautifully maintained with a calm, peaceful atmosphere. The pool and beach areas are perfect, with plenty of available sun loungers and relaxing zen music playing in the background, which really sets the tone for a chilled stay. We stayed in a Superior Double room which was on the smaller side, but cosy, with a lovely balcony. A few things we wish we had known in advance: the resort is quite remote, and there aren’t really any nearby towns or alternative food options. If you don’t book the half board, dinner becomes a bit of a challenge — the hotel only offers bar snacks or a four-course restaurant meal priced at €160 per night, which would have been included in the half board option. In hindsight, we would definitely have gone for that. Getting around was also a bit of a surprise — we relied on taxis and Uber Black, which were very expensive. Almost everyone else seemed to have rented a car, and the hotel has ample parking, so we’d definitely recommend renting one too. The staff were generally friendly, though there were a few odd policies, like not being able to order food to the pool or beach. The vibe of the place can feel a bit stiff or overly formal at times. That said, the live music each night was a really nice touch and added some life to the evenings. Overall, the resort is best suited for couples looking for a quiet, wellness-style retreat. It’s serene and relaxing, but it can also get a bit quiet and repetitive — we’d recommend staying for a maximum 5 nights!

They need more food choices, and if you arrive late, there is no food available in the restaurant because it is only by reservation. It is sad because everything else is beautiful.

Everything is - Concept and design are fabulous - I felt welcomed and looked after; I loved the attention to details in the way the place was kept spotless, but also loved the great personality of the structure and how beautiful and unspoiled the nature around the Resort is. Also, the sea in Cala Sinzias is absolutely stunning! The colours and vibe are breathtaking 🙏🏼 I had a wonderful time. The beach was out of this world—water so clear you could describe it as crystal clear. Whether you're looking to relax or take in the breathtaking scenery, it's an absolute paradise. The breakfast was excellent, with fresh ingredients and a wide variety of options catering to all tastes. Every meal felt thoughtfully prepared, making mornings an enjoyable start to the day. The room was clean and had a well-planned layout, offering both comfort and convenience. The pool was a great size, allowing for both relaxation and swimming without feeling crowded. It was well-maintained and added to the overall enjoyment of the hotel. The bar was a standout experience, offering everything from classic drinks to the most wonderful cocktails. The staff were incredibly attentive, tailoring drinks to individual preferences and even suggesting ones I wouldn't have considered. The lunch menu was very well catered, making it hard not to find something appealing. Even the snack menu, though much smaller, was packed with flavor and perfectly portioned. Overall, this hotel delivers a fantastic experience, especially with its stunning beachfront, quality dining, and outstanding bar. While the hotel had many great aspects, there were a few areas that could use improvement. The water pressure in the bathroom was quite low, making showers less enjoyable. Additionally, the lack of English TV channels limited entertainment options, which may be inconvenient for international guests.

• Sam (5/5): Very underwhelming and expensive. - The pool, beach access and sports facilities. Luca the bartender and his drinks were excellent. So were Enza and Elisa at reception. The breakfast service (instead of self service buffet you have to be served everything, even fruit?, makes it incredibly slow! Waited 30 minutes for omelette and coffee), the food wasn’t great, everything is incredibly expensive (€29 for a club sandwich), the complete lack of ambience/terrible creepy music playing outside on a 30 second loop 24/7, very rural (€50 taxi 1km down the road/3 minutes driving), outdoor gym very limited and lots of the machines don’t work.

• Danel (8/5): Relaxing and peaceful with lovely staff and great food - It was such a relaxing place to be. The staff were lovely and even though it’s a resort it didn’t feel crowded at all. Highly recommend the masseuse Danielle who works wonders. The only real problem I had was that there’s no indoor gym with air conditioning. Just an outdoor one that doesn’t have great equipment and for me it’s just too hot to work out during the day.
• Matak (10/5): - Ein schönes Resort mit tollem Ambiente, welches dazu einlädt die Zeit zu vergessen. Die Anlage ist sehr sauber und harmonisch gebaut. Die Anlage ist zudem auch der schön begrünt. Der Service war sehr nett und zuvorkommend und war immer für einen da, wenn wir was brauchten. Es wurden im Hotel an vielen Kleinigkeiten gedacht, die für viel Komfort sorgen, wie etwa einen eigenen Bademeister am Strand, Taucherausrüstung, Boote, Zahnbürsten und Rasierer in den Hotelzimmern. Zudem hatte jeder Hotelgast immer eine eigene Liege und dazu gehörige Strandhandtücher. Infolgedessen bietet das Hotel am Strand eigene Duschen an. Das Abendessen hatte immer eine hohe Qualität und immer einen regionalen Bezug. Für jeden Geschmack und Vorliebe war immer etwas dabei. Wir hatten einen sehr tollen Aufenthalt hier und kommen nächstes Jahr wieder! :)

• pietro (8/5): - Insieme a mia moglie e figlia ( 2 anni) stiamo concludendo 8 giorni al Resort. Abbiamo trovato ció che cercavamo. Un resort inmerso nel verde, con un personale gentile e preparato e soprattutto un posto dove RILASSARSI . Le camere sono belle e confortevoli. La spiaggia dell hotel è a tre minuti a piedi e offre ombrelloni e lettini agli ospiti. (ottimale sarebbe un chioschetto Bar in spiaggia o un servizio bar in spiaggia) La colazione è di ottima qualità e ampia scelta. Il personale è gentile, professionale e sempre disponibile. Noi abbiamo optato per il noleggio auto e le cene fuori dal resort. Se posso solo dare due suggerimenti allo staff rivedrei la formula della cena “con menu obbligatorio” e metterei un menù alla carta. Inoltre il listino prezzi del pranzo su alcuni piatti è leggermente alto. ( sono suggerimenti e non critiche . Le 4 stelle sono per questi due motivi altrimenti avrei dato 5 senza problemi. ) Torneremo sicuramente da Ermanno e il suo staff!

• Nada (7/5): It’s was amazing because of the sea and pool .. the rest was all mediocre.. expensive - The beach and the pool were beautiful.. the location of the property is gorgeous.. the tennis and paddle was great. The beach beds were nice at the beach and reserved for you throughout your stay The service was slow and low. The options of food limited to time. No shop to buy snacks or necessities. The pool chairs were never wiped or moved to the right positions. So say you turned your chair yesterday tomorrow the day after and after it will stay as is.. basically no passion I’m the workers. Trying but not there..The dinner was not good with choice. The breakfast felt like covid days .. you could not pick up your food someone behind the glass was serving you.. so it was a stressful experience.. the beds old and uncomfortable you could feel the springs ., the bedding was clean, the resort is nice but outdated. Costs a lot to stay here and not really worth it. The tv not connected to wifi so if you are not Italian you are no where to watch a game or a movie at night. Pest control is a must.. rooms need an upgrade but they are trying still can be better .. we are out every night. No good pizza on the location. Water on the beach was a hit or miss .. some showers work others don’t.. no food and beverage service at the beach or pool.
• Robin (10/5): Lovely little beachfront oasis, great for both families and couples - Lovely little beachfront oasis, great for families. Very easy and convenient to spend time between the pools and the private beach, where we didn’t have any issues getting loungers which were allocated to each room for the duration of the stay. Pool is a good design and depth for both children and adults. Super friendly staff who were very accommodating and personable throughout our stay. We were on half board meals - buffet breakfast had plenty of options and dinner was very good value and good variety. -Whilst the pool was very nice, some parts of the pool floor were peeling and could do with a tidy. -The resort’s location is not near much (other restaurants, shops are about 10-15 min drive) so we found ourselves mainly staying on the resort for all meals.
