• Francisca (9/5): Lovely stay! - 7 minutes walk to the Metro Conciliazione, a walk away to the tram P.Le Baracca tram for number 2 and 10 tram. Location is perfect to reach Duomo and Navigli area in the quiet area with lots of restaurants, cafes and pasticerias. Pharmacies and carrefour express are nearby too. I love that theres a "concierge desk" when you enter the building which the person (Mr. Fernando) handed over the key directly. Room is spacious, bright, feels modern. Lots of wardrobe space to store and hang your clothes. Shower is a little bit tight in size so you might bump your arms here and there when you move around when you are taking a shower and washing your hair.

It looks exactly like in the pictures. The host also is a very pleasant person, heartwarming, welcoming, helpful and ready to assist if needed. We've really felt like home and are grateful for everything. Next time we visit Milan, we already know where to stay! 🥂

• ThanMic (10/5): - The room is exactly as shown in the photos. It is especially comfortable and very clean. There are all the necessary appliances in case someone needs anything. There is a coffee machine, and the hosts had also left espresso so we could make some in the morning. The bathroom is particularly comfortable and there is hot water 24/7. The bed is comfortable and the room is warm. There are shutters controlled by switches, and you can lower them so the sun doesn’t bother you in the morning. The place is excellent for a couple, and the apartment building is very quiet. The hosts gave us perfectly clear instructions and picking up the keys was very easy. In addition, since our flight was scheduled for the afternoon, when we asked if we could leave our suitcases at the place, they were positive and helped us a lot. The apartment is located in a wonderful neighborhood with plenty of shops as well as a supermarket. All the attractions and monuments that someone might want to visit are very close, and walking around the nearby districts is a pleasure—especially in the evening when there are fewer people. Milan is a wonderful city, the people are friendly, and the overall experience was unforgettable. Thank you very much for the hospitality. Nothing negative. Everything was perfect.

• Shustrova (10/5): - Everything is perfect, very kind and friendly owners of the apartments. The apartments are clean, there is everything you need (even a washing machine, a dishwasher), lots of space for things. We like it!! It would be nice to add disposable slippers because the floor is cold.

The owners are very nice and helpful, they expected us on our arrival, explained how everything works and gave us recommendations for good restaurants in the area. The location is very convenient - walking distance to the metro stop and the tram. We really enjoyed our stay, very good value for money in Milan.

The location of the appartement was perfect. There is a bus, metro and tram station so you can get everywhere easily. But there are also good restaurants and shops for shopping nearby.

The cathedral is only about 2.5 km away.  There are many restaurants and shops in the surrounding area.  The apartment is very comfortable, has a kitchenette and a large bathroom.  The owner gave good advice about the surrounding area.  Many, many thanks, Mario!  We felt like at home!

• Ivan (10/5): Very pleasant and comfortable apartment with perfect location - The apartment is situated on a quiet and easy-to-find street, just a 10 to 20-minute walk from the most popular places in Milan. The main street, Corso Vercelli, is lined with various shops, restaurants, bars, supermarkets, gelaterias, and bookstores. The apartment is also very close to metro and tram stations, and Milano Cadorna railway station is only a 15-minute walk away, making it convenient to take the train to Lake Como. The host was very helpful throughout our stay, offering advice about the apartment, nearby restaurants, and the best ways to get around the city.

It takes 5 minutes by walking to the metro station. They had put everything from raincoat to coffee. The owners were so thoughtful and friendly.

A huge thanks to Mario, who was an excellent and responsive host, providing us with recommendations to great restaurants nearby. The room was clean, bright, and warm, and it had everything we needed: an iron, a hairdryer, towels. The coffee machine was a pleasant surprise; we enjoyed delicious espresso in the mornings. The location is excellent - everything is within walking distance: restaurants, metro, trams. We often walked to the city center, which is also nearby. Thank you for a wonderful time; we will definitely come back!

The location is in a suburban area, so it was nice and quiet with many restaurants and shops around. There is a Metro nearby too which was handy. Very comfortable beds. Nothing - this had everything I was looking for. There is a grocery store next door to get your own food which is good.

The property was not far from the city center (few stops away by tram). Located at the clean and safe area. There were all things we were expecting - washing machine, drying machinw, large TV, kitchen-ware. I definitely wanted to stay longer if my trip is longer enough. I would select this apartment again if I visit Milano again. Ciao. The elevator was a bit slow but we could use stairs.

It's a small studio apartment, but for 2 people more than enough. Well equipped. Room is not soundproof and we heard the shower and toilet flush from next door, which woke us up early on Sunday morning.

• Alina (10/5): Amazing apartment in a charming area of Milan - The apartment was very clean and well equipped with everything we needed for our stay. Although it isn't located in the very centre of Milan, all the major attractions of the city are either a short walk or tram ride away. There is a supermarket downstairs where you can stock up, as well as quite a few nice and affordable restaurants within walking distance. Our hosts were very gracious and answered all our questions, as well as provided us with a few extra items upon request (nail file, etc). All in all, this is a great accommodation to get in Milan and quite a good value for money in my opinion. We will definitely stay here again when we travel to the city again.
• David (10/5): 10 out of 10 - Everything is perfect! The location is close to metro and in the beautiful part of the city. The owners are very kind, helpful and welcoming. The apartment is cosy, clean and has everything i needed for a short stay, even a coffee machine with Nespresso capsules. It was warm, the water in the shower was hot, it is quiet, located in a beautiful residential building, so i felt myself safe. And it is situated in a beautiful area next to the small boutiques and shopping centres but also not too touristic. I would love to come back and can only recommend it. nothing. everything was great.
• Alessandro (8/5): Great! - Apartment is located in a very good position, well connected with metro and trams. There are markets and shops very close by (one shop literally next to it and a DM 100 mt away). Facilities are in good shape and the kitchen is equipped with everything you might need for your stay. We met one of the hosts which was kind and welcoming. Unfortunately, apartment isn’t soundproof. You can easily hear people arguing and talking in the lobby between other apartments and elevator. Hearing people talking and sometimes yelling woke us up twice in a row at 7:30 AM. Quite unpleasant. Nothing that can’t be fixed or adjusted with soundproof panels.

• Eric (9/5): Very cozy place for a few nights in Milan! - The place is an entire small apartment. Very nice and very cozy. The place was also very clean and very well equipped. Really felt like a place of our own. Also the staff was extremely kind. Due to problems with the train we arrived very late (around 10pm) and the staff was still waiting for us there with a huge smile, was a great service! It is not super close to the center, but not a big deal. Also the air conditioning did not work properly, so we had some hard times with being too cold and too warm. Also the TV did not work so I could not watch some italian TV :( The rest was great!

• JOOHUI (10/5): 추천합니다 - 같은 층에 집주인분의 사무실과 자택이 있어서, 필요한 것이 있을 때 빠르게 도움을 받을 수 있습니다. 밀라노에서 가볼만한 곳들을 걸어서 가거나 지하철/트램을 타고 가기에 상당히 편한 위치에 있습니다. 호텔과 다르게 세탁기와 주방(커피메이커, 전자레인지, 오븐, 가스레인지, 접시 등 식기, 간단한 양념이나 빵, 차 등등)이 있어 좋습니다. 아늑한 분위기여서, 잘 쉬다 갑니다.
