- Frith (9/5): Spacious and tidy with some nice features. - We loved this big apartment for our family of four. It was nice having a seperate lounge/kitchen area away from the downstairs bedrooms. The unit was warm and cosy, with city views. Having two balconies plus a courtyard made it feel even more spacious. The friendly staff were proactive with our slightly late check-in so everything was handled smoothly. The boys enjoyed the table tennis and the pool would have been used if we had more time. Everything was really good, so suggesting to replace the tired looking shower caddy means I'm looking hard for something negative :)

Beds were comfy. Had everything we needed for a spontaneous trip away. Paper thin walls internally. Couldn't really hear the neighbour's unless we both had our doors to the decks open. But we could hear when they walked up and down their stairs.

Good laundry facilities. Smooth tiled floor both inside and out which was very slippery when wet. Downstairs outside area in need of a good clean, ashtrays not emptied.

- Stephanie (9/5): - The hotel was easy to find and we could park right outside our unit. It was ideal for us, close to Mt Maunganui for shopping and a gig in the evening. A nice little two bed unit so we could hang out together. The swimming pool was a bonus, a nice place to relax after shopping.
- Tania (8/5): Would stay again as it was central to where we needed to be and it was very quite and clean. - Location was perfect for us. Facilities were clean and tidy. Very quite the two nights we stayed even with having people in units on both sides of us. People using the laundromat at the end of our building didn't park very well at all so we did have trouble getting into our allocated carpark at one stage, actually had to wait for them to move which they didn't do straight away. Other than that everything was good.

That said with a car there are lots within 5-10 minute drive . Air conditioning would have also been a good addition. The place was spotless and the owners very attentive.

- Linda (7/5): It was short, wouldn't rave about it. It was quiet, local map to small to read. - Didn't have the breakfast. Warm room, kitchen wise, it had everything that you need but we didn't cook in our room. Tea, coffee, tick. Good to watch the All Blacks on sky. The ants, as soon as we walk in there were ants in the kitchen & bathroom. They were on the floor the the main room on the tile floor. We think they were coming from the missing skirting hidden behind the chair beside the bed. That was the only semi comfortable chair to sit it to watch TV other than sitting/ lying on the bed.

- Katherine (7/5): Quiet and comfortable place to base ourselves while we were visiting Tauranga - Spacious and comfortable unit with everything we needed. Had a swimming pool and plenty of room for my daughter to ride around on her scooter. Hosts were approachable and friendly. Location was handy to where we needed to be and was quiet despite its proximity to a busy intersection. The level of daily room service indicated on the information sheet in the unit was not provided which was disappointing for the money we paid.

The location was great, the motel was exceptional, and the staff were incredibly welcoming and helpful. The whānau unit was awesome — plenty of beds and space, great airflow throughout, kitchenette, a washing machine, great shower, plunger, and everything we needed to feel comfortable. The swimming pool and games area were a huge bonus and kept everyone happy. Perfect accommodation for our whānau. We’ll definitely be back. Highly recommended! Leaving 😆

Due to age of property no air conditioning has been installed and Wifi did not work despite following instructions provided.

- Donna (7/5): Was convenient and generally met our needs. Would book again - Was handy to where we want to go while in Tauranga, easy to get to and access to main arterial routes. Was quiet, warm and bed was comfortable. Booked a studio unit, which suited our needs except there was only one chair to use to sit at the side board to eat meals. As we did not spend much time in the room it wasn't too annoying. Also very limited bench space in Kitchenette to prepare meals, otherwise it was fine.

No electric blankets to compensate either. The towels were not replaced on thew first morning and I had to go to the office to get some.
