Buena temperatura en las habitaciones con el aire acondicionado.Las señoritas del staff te brindan una atención excelente. Buen desayuno en la terraza con bonitas vistas.. Tuvieron un bonito detalle,Se había terminado el pan tajado y trajeron más rápidamente ..Mil gracias 🙏🏻😃

O meu quarto quarto estava virado para uma área comum e não tinha privacidade, ouvia o barulho dos outros hospedes durante a noite. O quarto praticamente não tinha isolamento, as paredes eram bastante finas, passava luz dos outros quartos devido aos buracos e rachas nas paredes.

- Mhairi (6/5): Dirty bathrooms, good location - Staff were really nice and the beds are clean Can feel the spring through the mattress and the toilets/showers are pretty dirty. Lots of brown around the toilet seats and they don’t have toilet roll holders so just put them on the back of the toilet which is unhygienic. You can tell they have been dropped and put back which isn’t great. Showers inside the dorms are so humid/no ventilation so I ended up using the ones outside. Also one of the showers I went in the holder the shower head was loose so the shower head practically turned upside down and I had to just hold it with my hands which isn’t ideal. All in all this isn’t a terrible hostel but I wouldn’t book again considering how dirty the bathrooms are. I’m sure you could find better in Ko Tao. Again staff were really nice, clean bedding, good location (5min walk from pier) and lots of room to put your stuff

The staff were lovely and always helpful. Has a great cafe with lovely staff joint onto the hostel. There was nothing to dislike

- Oliver (8/5): - We loved having our own pod in the 20 person dorm as it felt more quiet and private. Very comfy bed. The room doesn’t feel loud either despite the amount of people. Lots of showers and toilets too. The room is also huge with plenty of floor space. There is breakfast available but isn’t great or the most hygienic. Toilets/showers didn’t feel the cleanest and often had no toilet roll. We also found the set up of sinks in the shower to be strange. Would be better if the top bunk curtain covered the whole bed as it felt a little bit exposed. Lockers would be better if there was an actual door to lock your bags as someone had moved all my belongings into a different locker which felt like an invasion of privacy. Staff aren’t the most attentive.

Our room didn’t get cleaned once, the damp made all our belongings smell and feel damp. Avoid this place at all costs.

É evidente a atenção ao detalhe em todos os aspetos, desde a organização dos ambientes até à forma como cada área é preservada. Nota-se claramente uma preocupação contínua com a limpeza, o que transmite segurança e conforto a quem se encontra alojado. Tanto as casas de banho como os quartos destacam-se não só pela sua higiene impecável, mas também pela sua funcionalidade e ambiente acolhedor. Os espaços são bem cuidados, arejados e proporcionam uma sensação de tranquilidade, contribuindo para uma experiência global bastante positiva. É percetível o empenho da equipa em garantir que cada hóspede usufrui de um ambiente limpo, organizado e confortável durante toda a estadia. Sinceramente, se este episódio não tivesse acontecido, não teria qualquer queixa em relação ao hostel. O espaço tem muito boas condições, é bem cuidado e nota-se uma preocupação constante com a limpeza. Tanto as casas de banho como os quartos são limpos e agradáveis. No entanto, esta situação foi, na minha perspetiva, muito mal gerida. Numa das noites, a meio da minha estadia, uma das minhas colegas de quarto decidiu levar um rapaz de fora do hostel para o quarto, onde acabaram por ter relações sexuais enquanto nós estávamos presentes. Importa ainda referir um detalhe relevante: as camas não têm cortinas ou qualquer tipo de divisão que garanta privacidade. A única forma que encontrei de minimizar a exposição foi utilizar uma toalha para tapar parcialmente a visão. No entanto, no momento em que a retirei para falar com o casal, acabei por ficar completamente exposta à situação, tendo presenciado tudo de forma explícita, o que tornou a experiência ainda mais desconfortável e perturbadora. Para evitar presenciar a situação, comecei por acender a luz, na tentativa de dar a entender que o comportamento era inadequado, mas sem sucesso. Mesmo com a luz acesa, continuaram. Acabei por intervir e dizer que não estavam sozinhos no quarto e que, se queriam fazê-lo, deveriam procurar um quarto privado. A rapariga pediu desculpa e ambos saíram do quarto. No entanto, pouco depois, ouvi barulho no exterior, o que me levou a crer que continuaram noutro local. Durante toda esta situação, fui enviando mensagens ao hostel através do Booking, explicando o que estava a acontecer e demonstrando o meu desagrado. Inclusive, alertei também para o facto de que, num quarto destinado a quatro pessoas, estavam a dormir cinco, o que não está de acordo com as regras. Enviei essa informação por mensagem para que o colaborador da receção estivesse plenamente ciente da situação e pudesse, se necessário, traduzir e agir em conformidade. Ainda assim, não foi tomada qualquer ação.

- Nadine (8/5): - Genügend Platz in dem privaten Doppelzimmer mit eigenem Bad. Sogar ein Balkon war vorhanden. Hatte alles an Ausstattung was man braucht. Wäscheservice hat zuverlässig funktioniert. Es kamen leider durch die Balkontür hin und wieder Ameisen ins Zimmer obwohl die Tür eigentlich komplett geschlossen war. Mehr Hellhörigkeit als in dem Zimmer geht nicht! Wenn nebenan jemand ein Video in Zimmerlautstärke auf dem Handy geschaut hat konnte man ABSOLUT JEDES WORT verstehen. Als wären die Wände aus Pappe.

Got fresh water everyday Shower wasn’t the best. Was pointed towards the wall and would go over the toilet too.

- Sofia (8/5): - Quite location but still close to everything, much bigger rooms than in other hostels. Chill out area in the back was spacious and nice. The only hostel that offers fridge and a couple of kitchen utensils to guests that I have come across. Not all bed have curtains.
