Verified traveler (8/5): - Es un hotel muy lindo emplazado sobre el cerro, con un entorno y vistas impresionantes. Es atendido por su dueño, Jose, quien es un personaje en sí mismo. Nos ayudo a planificar nuestro itinerario y es muy conversador/outgoing. Esta ubicado un poco lejos del centro de Tilcara, lo que seria bueno si el camino de acceso no estuviera en tan mal estado. Como puntos negativos marcaría que para calefaccionar la cabaña solo había una salamandra difícil de encender y que el agua caliente de la ducha se agoto rápidamente

Cons: Be aware: the road to the lodge is dirt with rocks and ruts and just short of needing 4WD. It would be impassible in heavy rain. The lodges are set on a steep hill. Anyone with a walking impediment should consult the staff first.

Estuve 9 dias con la misma ropa de cama y toallas, el lugar donde tiene la heladera cierra 20,30 o sea que cuando subis al cerro te tenes que ir al cuarto xq no hay nada mi para cenar ni beber algo. Sugerencia hay que tener ese espacio abierto! Y en mi caso que fui a pie y sin vehiculo, los taxis no quieren subir al cerro, sugerencia hablar con los taxis para que lp hagan o ver la forma que si te agarra una lluvia no tengan que volver caminando

Verified traveler (10/5): - Un lugar muy cálido y bien equipado, el camino para llegar es un poco difícil, pero se compensa con los bellos paisajes y las habitaciones tan lindas y comodas
José (8/5): - Em uma região com muitas limitações, o hotel fornece hospedagem de qualidade muito boa. O quarto é amplo e confortável, com variados recursos ( TV, Wifi, etc) e piscina. Não oferece qualquer opção de refeição exceto o café da manhã e este é de pouca variedade, o que é compreensível dada a situação do povoado. Uma dificuldade que causa certo transtorno é o estacionamento, de difícil acesso e muito pequeno para comportar todos os carros, o que é agravado pelo fato de não haver sinalização das vagas, o que acaba em desperdício de espaço já que sempre há e haverá hóspedes que não se preocupam em estacionar respeitando as necessidades dos outros hóspedes. E o acesso até o hotel é bastante precário, exigindo uma certa perícia de quem dirige. Outro problema é que o acesso do estacionamento até as cabanas superiores se dá pelo meio de outras cabanas ( principalmente a 4), o que limita a privacidade.

Mark (10/5): Charming tranquil cabanas - Very quiet, peaceful and romantic. Enjoyed it being 1 mile out of town. Had issues with hot water but corrected quickly. Shower head worn out as was toilet seat. Breakfast buffet good choices. Loved the llamas on site with 3 days old cria. The manager was not available as his wife had an emergency C-section the day we arrived. Thus we understood the few limitations. Great base for area exploration with car.
