Хотя персонал любезный, предоставили номер бөлее или менее нормальных если можно так сказать, в сравнении с первоначальным номером. Гостиница давно не видела ремонта, есть отдельные номера с ремонтом типа, но прокуренные до не возможности.

- Eldar (7/5): - Месторасположение для нас было отличное. Персонал очень отзывчивый. Ни одну просьбу не оставили без внимания ребята с ресепшина и сотрудница ресторана. В отеле пора провести ремонт.

- Мария (4/5): - Понравилось местоположение. Всё рядом-магазины, обменник, рынок. Хорошо ходит транспорт Отель очень и очень уставший. Номера не видели ремонта очень давно. Мебель старая, белье старое, на третью ночь простынь порвалась. В номере нет вешалки, нет шкафа для одежды. Все вещи складывали на стул и подоконник. Шторы грязные и рванные. За четыре дня не убрались ни разу. За туалетной бумагой ходили сами. Второй этаж в ремонте. Отель небольшой, но можно же поддерживать чистоту. Телевизор не работал, кондиционер включить не куда - нет розетки. Шнур до нижней розетки не достаёт. Элементарные вещи, но никто не следит за этим. Для меня в выборе отеля былр главное распоряжение. Это был единственный плюс, к сожалению.

Постельное белье и полотенца такого вида и цвета, что было непонятно, стирали их или нет. Унитаз и ванная недостаточно чистые, мягко говоря. Отсутствовало освещение в спальной зоне.

Мне отказали в заселении, хотя я бронировала проживание за месяц заранее. На мое обращение в поддержку Booking ответа от оператора не получила, хотя бот пообещал ответ в течение 24 часов. Прилагаю переписку в Ватсапп с администрацией отеля. Прошу разобраться и дать пояснение по данному инциденту.

- Татьяна (8/5): Хотелось побыстрее уехать! - Только кафе Бронировали больной номер, приехали, нет мест, дали два маленьких номера. Пришлось согласиться только потому, что устали с дороги и ещё с маленьким ребенком. В номере работает одна лампочка, вешалки для полотенец поломаны.

Good location, excellent quality of water in the tap, great mattresses, conditioning and quietness absolutely covering all the visible imperfections. Amazing restaurant of national cuisine, any time, any dish. Just needs some renovation, furniture and bathroom as well.

- David (10/5): Данному отелю требуется хороший управляющий, который сделает всё для приведения отеля в достойное состояние. - Месторасположение отеля в прекрасном и тихом районе Алматы, с чистым воздухом Завтраки самые ужасные, два маленьких жареных яйца и хлеб с чаем. Лучше бы не указывали в описании «Завтрак включен в стоимость». Номера со стенами из гипсокартона, что слышно соседей за стеной. Никакой шумо изоляции нет. Номера не соответствуют фотографиям. Ванная комната давно не видела ремонта. Весь кафель в плесени, душевые лейки и водопроводные краны требуют замены. Сауна не работает вообще. Персонал не компетентный во всех аспектах работы отеля.

Hotels are for travelers basis that the expectation of basic food options like coffee tea milk cornflakes fresh fruits juices . Nothing was up to the mark, all mentioned was not available. So we requested a room with air-con and they gave it to us the next day though! The hotel is old and also the appliances. Quite different from the photos they posted here in booking! We were disappointed with the breakfast! They only offered EGGS OR PORRIDGE AND TEA (not even coffee)! The amount I paid is not worth it to be honest! ☹️
