Lorella es una anfitriona muy simpática y atenta, siempre dispuesta a ayudar, te acerca siempre lo que necesites y recomienda lugares muy buenos alrededor del alojamiento. Nos preparó el desayuno todos los días (el cual no estaba incluido en el precio) y se encargaba de la limpieza de todo, inclusive aunque hubiéramos usado unos cubiertos en la cena. La habitación era muy cómoda y si bien el alojamiento da a una avenida, no nos resultó molesto a la hora de dormir. Inclusive la ubicación nos pareció genial ya que todo nos quedaba cerca. El coliseo estaba a menos de 10 minutos andando y si no, para muchas otras atracciones (como el Vaticano) el metro estaba a menos de 5 minutos. Nos sentimos como en casa y eso ayudó muchísimo a nuestra estadía en Roma. Sin duda volveríamos!!

The apartment was very clean and in a fantastic location—just a short walk to the Coloss - Location, value , safe area, Lorella’s helpfulness Sharing a bathroom was not ideal but it really worked out here. Lorella made sure it was clean. Wi-Fi was not the greatest at times but was adequate for our needs.

• Danzwe (9/5): Ideal für einen Städtetrip - Sehr gute Lage in der Nähe des Kolloseums und nahe einer U-Bahn-Station. Sehr nette Gastgeberin. Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis super für Rom. Etwas wenig Platz, wenn man mit zwei Koffern anreist und nicht alles ausräumen will, aber das kann man in Kauf nehmen.
• Roel (9/5): - Lorella is een super lieve gastvrouw ! Ze toont oprechte interesse en is heel erg zorgzaam! Sochtends staat er een kopje koffie + een crossaintje klaar en maakt ze een gezellig praatje met je. Voor tips waar te eten of wat te zien in Rome ben je bij haar aan het juiste adres ! Daarnaast is de ligging perfect, op +- 10 tot 15 minuutjes lopen vanaf het colloseum maar wel net ver genoeg om uit de drukte van al het toerisme te zijn

Она подробно рассказала, что стоит посмотреть в Риме и как удобнее добраться. В комнате имеется кондиционер. Расположение удобное, рядом есть продуктовые магазины, кафе и транспорт. Рекомендуем и с радостью вернулись бы снова.

• Cristina (10/5): Felt like an air bnb with a personal maid/mum. - the property is located ten minutes walk away from the colosseum…. plenty top quality restaurants near by too. The host pays extra attention to detail she is absolutely lovely. Also you get your own privacy and option to have your room cleaned every night. Its a main road outside though so theres an hour of rush hour which can be loud. Also cant use the kitchen but you’re in Rome its not needed!

• Zoey (10/5): Exceptional - The booking is for a room in the owner's 3 bedroom, 1 bathroom apartment in Rome; so at max. you have the owner, and 1 other room of people to share the facilities with. There supposedly was 2 guests in the other room but we never saw them. Mrs. Conte, the owner, cleans the facilities on a daily basis. She was also helpful in providing us directions to places we wanted to see.

• Joris (8/5): Excellent location, excellent value for money, helpful and friendly host. - Lorella is a friendly, helpful, and outstanding host who will gladly point you to places of interest and who can cater to all your needs. The rooms are comfy and include private bathroom, tv, wifi, heating/airconditioning, bed stands, etc. The location is excellent: you are a stone's throw away from the Colosseum (15-20 min. leisurely walk), or the Basilica di San Giovanni in Laterano (the second biggest basilica in Rome after St. Peter's in the Vatican). Be advised that you are indeed very much in the center of Rome on a busy street, so you things can be bustling busy, you'll need to keep your windows closed if you are sensitive to noise. Didn't like is overdoing it, but the shower cabin is somewhat narrow. Which, given this is a 19th century apartment building having been renovated, is quite understandable. However, if you need a really capacious bathroom, you'll need to head elsewhere.

• Alex (9/5): At home at 2 Be Home :) - We had a fantastic three night stay at 2 Be Home Colosseo. Our host Lori made us feel at home from the moment we arrived. The apartment is located right in the centre and Lori was quick to give us some fantastic local recommendations (including an amazing bakery just down the road). I wouldn't hesitate to recommend 2 Be Home and a big thanks to Lori for making our stay so smooth. The apartment is located on a busy main street but this is to be expected for such a central location in Rome.

• Paulina (10/5): Świetne miejsce, żeby odpocząć po długim dniu chodzenia - Lorella is a perfectly prepared hostess who cares about both her place and your comfort. The rooms and bathroom (which we shared with the hostess) were very clean. At the beginning we were given a map with the most important places to see and tips on where to eat well. We were treated to a simple Italian breakfast and delicious coffee twice. The biggest advantage of this place is its great location. The room had everything we needed. There's a lot of noise outside the window, so it's also quite noisy in the room, but that's Rome - beautiful, historic, busy and noisy.

• Ascension (8/5): Center and clean apartment in the center of rome - Lorella was an excellent host, the apartment was really clean and we didnt even notice the person we shared the bathroom with. The streest was a street away from the coliseum and we walked everywhere, even to the Vatican, and didn’t have to use the metro or buses. Because it was on a busy street, we were able to listen to the noise from the traffic at night. Recommend bringing headphones or earplugs.
• Michaela (7/5): Good - The room was small but looked like on the pictures. The location is very central, everything is close, Colloseum is only a short walk trough a park away. We used Metro rearlly, however the Termini station to multiple direction is only a 10 min walking distance from Lorella's place. The wildows are pointed to a very busy street, where cars go until late night and the trafic starts early in the morning. On the other side the room was air conditioned, which can suit someone's preferences. What surprised us the most is that the flat is Lorella's personal appartement where she lives in one room and rents the two more rooms left. This was not listed while we were booking the stay and we were counting on more private conditions.

It offers convenient proximity to the main train and metro stations, and even the airport is just a 40-minute journey away. Notably, it is situated in close proximity to the renowned Colosseum, and other notable landmarks are within a comfortable 30 to 40 minutes walking distance. One of the standout aspects of our stay was the superb hospitality provided by Lorella, the host. She warmly welcomed us upon arrival and shared valuable information that proved to be immensely helpful throughout our stay. Having the host living on the property was particularly advantageous, as it ensured that any needs or requests could be promptly addressed. The room and bathroom are relatively small, which I suspect may be a result of the attached bathroom being added later.

The landlady is friendly and even serves a full continental breakfast If you like familiar atmosphere and being close to the Italian people, this is the place! You will communicate a lot and not feel lonely during your stay. The property is too far away from Roma Termini! Too far walk with the heavy luggage. Its definitely too far if you need to be close of the central station. Possibly acceptable walking distance to forno Romano. Heavy traffic outside of the room, but for us it was not disturbing It's a very small apatment & you have to be prepared to have no privacy. You will be 2 steps from the other guests & owner who stays in the same apartment. She will also keep the keys. The price could have been better. 140 eur is the price of 2 hotel nights ***star

She had a map for me to show me the best spots for food and sights. I recommend this accommodation very highly. I liked everything. Flat was very clean, instructions were very clear. Close to a main road, this may be loud for some people but that's the compromise to be in such a great location!!

• Morrall (10/5): Exceptional - great location! the space is very nice with a private room and bathroom. host was very friendly and made sure we were comfortable the whole time! something to note is that the rooms are in someone’s apartment, and this is something I did not realize. for us it was not an issue, but definitely think it should be noted in the stay that you will be sharing space with the host and other guests. overall, great experience and location! wifi and air conditioning worked well which was great for Rome in the summer.
