• TSUI-CHEN (9/5): - 早餐內容豐富，可惜沒有水果．地點便利，去南海遊客中心步行只要9分鐘，去天后宮跟老街也都很方便．免費接送機，櫃檯可以幫你代訂船票，門票等，相當熱心． 房間整體不錯，但隔音效果有待改善。由於天氣炎熱，若飯店能提供投幣式洗衣設備，住宿體驗會更好。

• 釋萱 (8/5): 一家離市區近又不遠的飯店。 - 環境不錯 整潔乾淨，隔音也很好（聽不到隔壁房的聲音，但外面走道有人說話，就覺得很吵），早餐很簡單但不會單調，櫃檯服務人員很親切，服務好，很感謝他們有提供專車接送服務。 唯一浴室空間比較小，中央空調入夜後比較冷。

• DAISAKU (7/5): 約１週間の滞在でしたがストレスなく、ポンフー島生活を満喫出来ました。 - 無料の朝食がメインのメニューが日替わりで、栄養面も考えられた内容でとてもおいしかったです。 また室内清掃が毎日入り、清潔に部屋が保たれていました。フロント、その他スタッフの対応も良く 快適に過ごせました。ロケーションは馬公港から近く、繁華街の中にあるので、昼食、夜食にも困ら なかったです。 ホテル内にコインランドリーがないので、長期宿泊の際は歩いて300Mくらいある外のコインランドリーを 利用しました。

• Hideaki (7/5): 地元の中高級ホテル - 歴史を経た地元のホテルってかんじ。フロントの壁に主要都市の時刻を示した時計があってそういうのが懐かしい。布団に赤い文字でホテル名が書かれてあった。前もって言っておけば空港への送迎バスを用意してくれる（前日までに？） 中階だと建物が邪魔して海がほとんど見えない。予約するなら高い所の部屋がいいでしょう。 ドアの下の隙間があって、対面の部屋の爪切り音みたいなのも聞こえた。

There’s free drinking water available on the first floor. The free breakfast is good, and they also offer a free round-trip airport pickup service, which is a big plus! The soundproofing isn’t great, so you might want to bring earplugs.

Picked us up from the airport and also dropped us off at the ferry terminal after checking out. The facility is very modern and the location is right in the center of Magong. The seafood restaurant next door to the hotel has excellent fresh seafood at very reasonable price. Shower temperature is unpredictable

They provided the best services we have ever had in Taiwannaa foreigners. We lived in Taiwan for more than 6 years, and by far this was the best in terms of service and facilities. Free breakfast Free shuttle service from and to the airport. And helping in renting a motorcycle. I don't have any more words to describe how satisfied we are with this hotel and the staff. Oh and the location is quite good to be honest. I didn't take much photos except for the breakfast and the nearby rainbow bridge haha. Sorry! And thank you FK Hotel!! No complaints. For those who assume the staff speak English, they actually can but it's limited. Google translate is your best friend here. And with that, the staff will go out of their way to help and accommodate you. So you better be patient and cooperate. 😊
