- TEIJI (6/5): 良かったです。 - お風呂もサウナも値段以上でした。 施設の利用の仕方が分からなくてまごまごしてるとき(ex.朝食の時にトレーをもらうところから始まることがわからず、ウロウロしちゃったり)に、スタッフさんを呼び止めたりするのが気が引けるので、もう少しわかりやすいマニュアルを部屋に置くか設備前に掲示出すかしといて欲しい。
- Kevin (9/5): If you don’t mind public showering, this is a very nice capsule hotel. - This is a very nice capsule hotel that feels more like a spa retreat. They really need to update their photos because the current ones don’t show how nice the place is. - There’s a bar/restaurant on-site with reasonable prices. - The public bath and sauna was pretty nice. There were three washers/dryers in the changing area. - Capsules were spacious with its own locker. There were a good amount of staff that spoke English too. - Very close to Tokorozawa station with lots of shops and restaurants around. - You have to leave suitcases with the front desk and can’t bring them to your room. - Not a big deal, but I had requested a lower bed but received an upper even though there were lower beds available during my stay.

- Earnshaw (10/5): - A great pod hotel with confortable beds. There is'nt a restraunt but the eating area is okay. The hot baths are excellent with all facilities provided, even aftershave and body spray, great for getting ready for a night out. Vending machines had little choice but plenty restraunts nearby. Difficult to find on the first visit as entry is by an elevator. The upper pods can be difficult to get in when like me your elderly.

- Frank (8/5): - After the not-so-welcoming start before check-in time (I'm only English speaker, for details what happened see below), it changed drastically (positively) with the ckeck-in. The staff was really nice and helpful (still language barrier, but do-able), he gave all the information about the capsule hotel and any other person working there was helpful and friendly and I felt welcomed. The hotel itself is perfectly located for public transport, bath and beds are good. When I first arrived to store my luggage (it was before check-in time), the person at the counter didn`t even try to understand me and seemed a bit annoyed but called for an colleague. From there on, it was a nice stay and I felt welcome.
