- Saurabh (2/5): Big room with no facilities - The deluxe room was big but the facilities were not good. I faced many problems in this hotel. First of all, the room in which I checked in was not cleaned and given. Bed sheet pillow covers are used. When I asked to change, he said that the Landry guy has not come, when he will come than we will change. They changed bedsheets and pillow cover after 2 o'clock. When the check in time is 12 o'clock the room should have been ready and cleaned. The TV in the room is not working properly. There are no channels running in it and there is black and white TV. Cockroaches were roaming in the room, while it was a deluxe room. The behavior of the manager was very rude. Window AC was also getting sour. There is no geyser in Bathroom.
