Vicino all'Hotel c'è una fermata Metro e altri mezzi pubblici. È una buona soluzione per chi deve muoversi per lavoro in zona Losanna e dintorni. La stanza era molto ampia e spaziosa, paragonando ad altre strutture il prezzo è ottimo. Non ho mai ricevuto risposta in merito alla mia richiesta di riservare un posto auto, mi sono poi trovato a dover pagare 20.-- CHF per usufruire di un posteggio nell'autosilo sotto l'Hotel: l'informazione si trova anche sul profilo, ma in mezzo a tutte le altre indicazioni può sfuggire. Mi aspetto perlomeno che ad una domanda venga data una risposta.

- Darius (9/5): Everything was good, with an especially excellent breakfast. - My stay at Hôtel des Patients was my first experience with this type of hotel — and honestly, it was unforgettable. You feel almost like you are living inside a hospital. At breakfast, you sit next to actual patients. On the first floor — doctors quietly moving around. And strangely enough… it creates a feeling of safety. You know that if Swiss cheese fondue suddenly decides to continue the conversation later that evening — medical assistance is probably very close. Now, an important warning. If you look at the map and think: “Oh, it’s not far from the station, I’ll walk.” Yes. You can walk. But understand this: the entire journey is uphill. Constantly uphill. By the time you arrive, you feel medically observed even before entering the building. Still, there is logic in everything. Otherwise, how could you enjoy that beautiful lake view during breakfast? The hotel also gives you a free metro pass and discounts for museums. A very intelligent system, if you think about it. Because art heals too. Why hang random paintings in hotel corridors when entire buildings have already been created for that purpose? Everything was good.

Il manquerait un ou 2 éléments pour poser les affaires dans la salle de bain surtout étant à 2 personnes. Par contre, le porte serviette juste au dessus du balai brosse des WC, ça ne fait pas très propre !!! Car poser une serviette dessus, elle pend sur le balai brosse - Il serait bon de le déplacer à droite du lavabo ! La connexion au WIFI n'est pas idéal (pour du télétravail) mais ça reste accessible après quelques manipulations

- Melanie (8/5): Gute Lage, modern und zum fairen Preis in Lausanne - Die Lage ist sehr gut in Fussweite zur Metro, zum Bus und zu Fuss in die Altstatdt sind es gut 15 min. Ich habe ein schönes Eckzimmer gehabt mit einem tollen Blick über Lausanne und auf den See. Das Zimmer ist modern und komfortabel eingerichtet. Ein Wasserkocher (Tee, Kaffee) ist vorhanden, was mir immer gut gefällt. Ich komme sicher wieder. Das Frühstück ist "kantinenartig", da man mit einem Tablett herumläuft und dann zum Tisch geht. Es hat ein absolut unangenehmes Pfeifen in dem Raum (Lüftung? Maschine?), welches mir bei meinem letzten Aufenthalt schon auffiel. Anscheinend stört es nur mich ;)

- Karen (5/5): Very clean but beware noisy road and unusable plug sockets for British visitors - Very pleasant staff, who were keen to help with any questions we had. Hotel was very clean. Food in restaurant was excellent. Hotel issued us with a Lausanne pass, which could be used on public transport - this was very useful, as the hotel is outside the immediate city area and quite a distance from the lake. We're happy walkers and made it back up the steep climb from the lake (with a few pitstops!), but we did appreciate the closeness of the metro to the hotel and the fact that that particular line goes directly to the city centre and to the lake, which is beautiful. Room was facing a very busy road, with heavy traffic from 05.30 onwards. We didn't have the lovely views pictured by other guests on Booking's website (in fact our outlook was onto a block of flats) and were unable to sleep well because of the noise. The hotel doesn't have air conditioning and therefore if you want to have the window open, the noise is even greater. I highly recommend that anyone booking this hotel requests a room away from the road. We couldn't use the plugs in the room because our adapters didn't fit (I'm adding a photo of the sockets because this is important for British visitors). There were adapters in the vending machine at CHF10, but they wouldn't work for a British plug. This was very inconvenient, especially as our adapters worked perfectly in the German-speaking areas of Switzerland! On checking out, we weren't asked about our stay, so assumed the hotel isn't too worried about tourist reviews, as they do have a constant flow of guests who are both patients at and visitors of the adjacent hospitals. Do bear in mind that the hotel is specifically for hospital users and that in the restaurant you will be with guests undergoing medical procedures or with newborn babies.

- Anke (8/5): - Hôtel très propre, avec une décoration moderne et épurée, personnel d’accueil très sympathique, chambre avec vue sur le lac. Station de métro pas très loin. Prix un peu élevé de la ‘nuitée et du parking mais comparé aux tarifs des autres établissements de Lausanne on est pas mal. La décoration des chambres pourrait mériter un peu plus de caractère notamment au niveau du mobilier. Ce serait appréciable d’avoir un bon fauteuil de lecture par exemple.

- Kseniya (10/5): Amazing getaway stay - Incredible place! Nicely located, polite and helpful staff, flawless checking in and out processes. For us the breakfast was included in the stay, it wasn't too various but still fulfilling and had lots of options. The room itself was impeccable: squeaky clean everything, very fast areas of the room itself and the bathroom, comfy bed and mattress, thick curtains for morning sun. Despite not having the AC, as mentioned in the description, the room was perfect temperature and airflow, we didn't even need to open the windows and didn't feel cold during the night. And the view was breathtaking (adding the photo), especially that we didn't expect it to be so picturesque for a hospital complex. The provided Visitors Card allowed us to fully benefit the unique Lausanne metro, which we gladly did, not worrying about the pay, since the card covers the whole period of stay (unlike only 1 day in other cities). Definitely recommend this place! Yes, a bit pricey, but we enjoyed it the most during our travels

- Cornelia (10/5): Preis-Leistung unschlagbar - Preislich unschlagbar als Familie; wunderbarer Blick auf die Stadt; reichhaltiges Frühstück; sehr freundliches Personl Alles wunderbar, man muss sich einfach bewusst sein, dass das Hotel an ein Krankenhaus angeschlossen ist, was ausserhalb des Zimmers natürlich auch z.T. so wahrnehmbar ist. Und hat es aber gar nicht gestört.

- Florence (8/5): Hôtel atypique, confortable, prestations de qualité, personnel d’une grande gentillesse - Hôtel super bien situé, proche de la ligne de métro 2 parfait pour tous les déplacements dans les endroits intéressants de la ville. Chambre spacieuse, confortable, très propre. Buffet du Petit déjeuner avec beaucoup de choix et des produits de qualité. Le personnel a l’accueil et au restaurant est très sympathique, souriant et de bons conseils. Tout était parfait.

- Anne (10/5): Un régal - La vue magnifique sur les Alpes. La chambre spacieuse et très propre. Le calme. Le petit dej en salle très copieux jusqu'à 10h. Pas de frigo.
- P D B (10/5): Parfait! - Nous venons depuis une dizaine de fois lors des visite de notre fils à Lausanne. A chaque fois nous bénéficions du même service irréprochable. L’accueil chaleureux, des grandes chambres propres, le petit déjeuner (inclus !) avec un énorme choix dans un salle agréable. Petit plus mais non négligeable: L’Hôtel vous donne un accès gratuit à tout le transport publique du Grand Lausanne pendant la période de votre séjour. Vraiment très satisfait sur toute la ligne.

- Frantisek (8/5): - Public transport card - pro pohyb po městě velmi užitečné. Chutné snídaně. Přátelský personál. Krásný výhled z terasy na jezero a hory. Vybavení pokoje je slabší. Uvítal bych mini ledničku a lžičky na kávu, když už je tam kávovar a stoleček na terasu.

- Bodo (7/5): Sehr teuer, e - Sehr sauber alles. Hohe Qualität Mittelmäßiges Frühstück, bisschen Oldstyle alles. Nicht international, obwohl mehrsprachige Schweiz war alles nur auf französich. Nicht mal englisch, sehr provinziel. Keine internationale Zeitungen. Im Bad und im Zimmer fast keine Ablagemöglichkeiten, kein Tischchen oder weiterer Stuhl. Auf Nachfrage an der Rezeption wurde ein Nachttisch oder weiterer Stuhl verneint. Es ist eher Krankenhaus oder Jugendherberge in überteuert. Sauber und hochwertig ist eben nur ein Teil im Hotel, Gastfreundschaft und Selbstverständlichkeit fehlen. Die Lust zu Lächeln ist nicht vorhanden.
