• MARK (9/5): - Location was in the center of town right near the duomo and centrally located to everything. Good value for money. Good facilities, clean ans safe. We had some problem with the AC but it was to be resolved. The noise on the outside was a bit loud in the morning but certainly ok.

• Filippo (5/5): - La posizione è centralissima e veramente eccezionale, facilmente raggiungibile a piedi e molto ampia e luminosa. La struttura si è presentata trascurata nella pulizia, le scale che salgono al soppalco erano sporche e la polvere era accumulata un po' dappertutto, la tv non funzionava ma la cosa che ci ha totalmente rovinato il soggiorno è stata la dimenticanza del "personale di pulizia" che ha lasciato le asciugamani sporche (dico sporche senza precisare di cosa e non voglio pubblicare le foto per decenza) che inavvertitamente stavo usando... Chi ha sporcato queste asciugamani in una maniera così indecente è veramente un incivile, inqualificabile e primitivo ma ciò non toglie che chi avrebbe dovuto controllare non l'ha fatto e il solo pensiero di aver sfiorato quei teli ci ha rovinato la permanenza.

• Camille (10/5): Beautiful apartment to appreciate the atmosphere of Cefalu - Great, solid apartment right off the square, you can enjoy an evening drink on the balcony and be part of the atmosphere. It is wonderfully decorated, with really interesting components, and a comfortable layout to make me feel I was where I was; in a beautiful seaside town in Sicily. I loved this apartment! I only had one night and wish I could have stayed longer to fully appreciate it.

• Antoinette (9/5): Worth the effort, great place once your in! - Location was great, check-in was easy enough with communication from the owner. Once inside the space was wonderful and we were provided details on the best place to park. Could have been communicated that to find this location, as a driver it is very difficult. Communication was via "whatsapp" and not the bookings.com app initially. The outside of the building and lack of being met by a person was off-putting and I did wonder if this was going to work out. As soon as communication was received and we were able to access the unit thought it was much more than I expected. Tight stairwell, makes it hard to get bags up to room so be prepared for this.

• Alex_und_Silvia (9/5): Zentrale Unterkunft in einem historischen Gebäude mit Charme. - Die Lage der Wohnung ist sehr gut. Mitten in der.Altstadt beim Dom. Von dort aus kommt man überall sehr gut zu Fuß hin. Die Wohnung liegt in einem historischen Gebäude und hat einen ganz eigenen Charme. Sie verteilt sich auf mehreren Ebenen, wie auf den Bildern gut zu sehen und ist dafür, dass sie eigentlich sehr klein ist, doch wiederum sehr geräumig. Die Duschkabine ist sehr klein und der Wasserdruck eher schwach. Aber das Wasser wurde schön warm.

Difficult for people like us who get up in the middle of the night to go to the bathroom!! Knew it though from the accurate apartment description.

• Louise (7/5): This place is in a great location the amenities are good - The central location was terrific and it was spacious and clean The shower facility was not up to scratch really. It everything else was good so we were happy.
• Silvia (9/5): - la struttura si trova a pochi metri dalla piazza principale della cittadina. Gli interni dell'appartamento sono molto comodi e spaziosi. Il piccolo terrazzino si affaccia su una via vivace e piacevole. All'uscita si trova tutto, un tabacchino, negozi di alimentari e locali per fare colazione al mattino. Ma soprattutto la piazza è affacciata sulla cattedrale di Cefalù, location splendida. le scale ripide per arrivare all'appartamento. Con valigie pesanti diventa faticoso.

• Cristina (8/5): Old Town of Cefalú - A Localização é fabulosa, `dentro da cidade velha de Cefalú. Situada numa esquina em frente á catedral de Cefalú. Com maquina da roupa, importante para que anda com pouca bagagem. Deixamos o carro no estacionamento, caro, a 900m do apartamento, houve um erro de comunicação e talvez porque tenha feito a reserva no ultimo minuto e não entendi muito bem, mas acho que o anfitrião só ganharia se anunciasse e explicasse melhor. Parece que trabalha com um senhor onde por 10 euros podemos deixar o carro e leva-nos com a bagagem ao local do apartamento, uma vez que a cidade tem o transito condicionado, não se pode circular de automóvel. Tanto o senhor como o amigo não falavam inglês, quando percebi, já tinha deixado carro no estacionamento e já tinha levado a bagagem para o apartamento.

Host was very informative giving us suggestions of where to go and what to do! The door was a little tricky to lock and unlock but we got used to it with time.

Możliwy jest bezpłatny parking w porcie - transport do apartamentu kosztuje 10 euro za 4 osoby w jedną stronę. Apartament przestronny z pralką. Prysznic jest w fatalnym stanie i wymaga remontu. Brak płytek i czarny grzyb. Patelnia w aneksie kuchennym jest przypalona.

• Carra (10/5): Exceptional - Right at the corner by the Duomo and in the city center near all of the busiest streets in town, as well as the beach. Great for shopping, eating, strolling, people watching. Anywhere we wanted to be, we could get there in five minutes. Nice balcony overlooking the street! We were worried it would be loud at night but it wasn’t. The kitchen had a washing machine which we used twice. Worked great! Bedroom was cozy, quiet, dark for sleeping and had a comfortable bed. My daughter liked the pull out couch and said it was comfy. We were able to leave the car at the local marina and text a golf cart driver who would pick us up as needed. Very convenient!. Nino was friendly and helpful, he gave us a bunch of recommendations for restaurants and was always available to answer questions. Shower was nice and big.

The host was very kind to accommodate our request for early check-in. The whole family had an awesome stay. Nothing to report.

• Janie (10/5): Madonie was perfect! - Madonie is really well run and Nino the perfect host in this beautiful little city. Everything about the flat was superb, but the location and the view took the cake! We really felt part of this glorious and vibrant place just bracing itself for the onslaught of July and August. The square we lived on was so much fun and we loved it. It is important to mention the AC in particular which was amazing and helped us through the considerable heatwave. We will return! Nothing
• Bhavini (7/5): Great location but confined spaces - I liked the proximity to Chefalu Cathedral. I like eggs building and mezzanine style levels The advert stated 2 double beds but there was only 1. The shower was quite small and quite hard to move around in. Mattress springs could be felt

I would reccomend to future travelers to listen to his reccomendations as all were superb, including the parking and restaurant reccomendations :) Property is right on the main town square, near the Cefalu duomo. House is well equipped and looks nice, was clean. As a future upgrade, I would like to see a better bed matress and upgraded shower (a bit of maintenance and refurbishing is needed).

• Andrea (9/5): Amazing balcony, great host! - Amazing balcony overlooking the Cathedral and Piazza Duomo! Great recommendations for restaurants, etc! The bed was not super comfortable, buy good enough.
• Rani (10/5): An impeccable place in the heart of an impeccable town - Can't imagine a better location in one of the most beautiful towns in Italy. The view from the balcony over the main square, the dome and La Rocca is impossible to beat. The apartment itself, in an old palace, is simply beautiful, spacious, well-equiped - would return again any time. We'd like a proper coffee machine. And a word of advice: if you, like me, need fresh air during the night, open the window in the spare bedroom only, and leave the door open. Otherwise the street noise in the wee hours is too strong to let you sleep. But it comes with the perfect location, and this small workaround solves it all.

The apartment is spacious, washing machine, kitchen…, all ready for our needs. The host Nino is friendly, nice n flexible, responds very quickly. Minor thing is the wifi a bit weak/unstable sometime in my apartment. But it’s fine for me.

Everything is within walking distance. Communications with the owner was always swift and a big plus for us was that the property offered a bag storage facility as we had a late evening flight.

• David (7/5): Good - Basic comfortable apartment in old city. Quite spacious. Quite noisy. In a pedestrian zone. Nothing is a long walk. Bedrooms are two alcoves on mezzanine level. Fridge did not work - they were trying to replace it. Very poor lighting - 4 blown lightbulbs. Impossible to read in bed. Air conditioner did not cool. If a car then parking is a walk which is difficult with a suitcase and cobblestones. Do not be there on May Day - complete nightmare.
