- Pepíno (4/5): 4 - Lokalita,teplo Byly cítit odpady,starý oprýskaný sprcháč,zastaralé postele,vše slyšet od sousedů a snídaně chudá,při vetrání okny nám šel kouř z venku asi od kouření personálu,do pokoje.Na snídani čaj a jakási náhražka kávy z výrnice. Sice vše za dobrou cenu ,ale lepší si připlatit .

- Miloslav (7/5): Dobrá poloha ubytovacího zařízení v klidném prostředí - Snídaně chutná a dostačující. Ochotný personál. Za celý týden se nepodařilo zprovoznit intenet. Tedy WIFI nebylo.

- Verified traveler (6/5): Wspaniała obsługa w zapyziałym hoteliku - Obsługa hotelu wyjątkowo uprzejma i przyjazna, chętnie komunikuje się w języku polsko-czeskim (co nie jest wcale oczywiste w Czechach); obiadokolacja w lokalnym stylu smaczna i obfita. Niestety, stan pokojów i korytarzy pozostawia wiele do życzenia – w rogach pomieszczeń, w szafach na korytarzach czy na półpiętrach pochowane są stosy materaców, butów narciarskich albo paczek z panelami podłogowymi. Infrastruktura i ogólne warunki hotelowe znacznie różniły się od obietnic w ofercie – ładny, wyremontowany z zewnątrz budynek kryje zapyziały hotelik rodem z poprzedniej epoki... Duży plus za miłą obsługę i przepiękne widoki. Turystycznie w trybie niskobudżetowym – tak, z rodziną po bezstresowy komfort i miłe doświadczenia – nigdy.
