- ALESSANDRA (2/5): Not recommended - Location and view. I chose this hotel based on its positive reviews, but my experience was quite disappointing. You really need to lower your expectations when staying here. The first issue was an unpleasant smell throughout the reception and breakfast area, as well as in the hallways and the room (which had no air conditioning). While the rooms look like the photos and are decorated in an elaborate Marie Antoinette style, they are not very practical. There is no wardrobe or proper space to store luggage—only a small table. The bathroom is similarly inconvenient, with no counter space around the sink for toiletries or towels. Even accessing soap is awkward, as you have to lean over to reach a wall-mounted dispenser. Although blackout curtains are provided, they must be kept closed most of the time. Otherwise, people can see directly into the room when you’re changing or showering. In the afternoon, sunlight pours in, making the room uncomfortably hot. The surrounding area is very noisy and busy. We were woken up at 4:30 a.m. by people laughing outside. Breakfast consists mainly of Taiwanese dishes, with very limited options for European or American guests. Overall, the stay did not meet expectations.

- Kai Sheng (5/5): 失望的一次體驗 - - 陽台堪稱湖景第一排。 - 全玻璃屋頂，日光灑下療癒心情；若有星空時更浪漫，能躺在床上仰望繁星點點。 - 浴室動線設計非常反直覺： •浴室對外採用類似反射玻璃搭配拉簾遮蔽，但拉簾老舊，加上設計不良，留了許多直接面對其他住家的10-20cm的縫隙，使你在上廁所或是洗浴時都有可能被外面看見 •馬桶側沒有門能阻擋氣味 •馬桶側與浴缸側之間只有玻璃牆卻不能相通 •浴室內置物空間少 •蓮蓬頭沒有架，需要淋浴只能手持 - 房內裝潢老舊脫落，未定期維護更新： •梳妝檯附近外裝脫落 •白色漆面牆壁已黯淡髒灰 •少數5個掛衣架已有3個是壞的 •床頭插座已無法供電 - 房內配置簡陋： •無舒適的座位可供休息，只有一張四方凳 •除床頭櫃的桌面外，沒有其他桌子可供置物 - 其他： •空調運作不確定是否正常，容易過冷且風速過大；由於房間位於屋頂加上玻璃屋頂，容易造成過熱不適 •整間住宅未開空調，一入住房間時也沒有提前開啟空調，十分悶熱 - 總結： 主打景色及設計的高價位房間缺乏維護，服務細節並未照顧到，導致支付的房價和實際感受有巨大落差。

- 冠婷 (6/5): - 湖景和照片是一樣的、只是外面實在太吵、碼頭的歌手從入住3:00開始唱到晚上十點 床很大、滿好睡的，廁所整理的滿乾淨 比起附近湖景房的價格便宜 房間設計屋頂是透明玻璃的、但清潔度不足，看起來實在很倒胃口，房間舊而且沒有修繕，紗窗是破的、還有幾處牆壁的壁紙都是脫落的
- Vijayasankar (2/5): - Near to lake thats the only plus. Room is not as shown in the booking dot com website. They put some different photos while booking and gave different room when I check in. There is no heated toilet seat which is really bad. No electric kettle in the room.
