Sujit (9/5): On the whole it was a very good place to stay. - A sumptuous breakfast spread. Courteous staff. Clean & well furnished rooms. Free shuttle to the airport was an additional bonus. Location - in front of the new airport terminal. There was a problem with the air-conditioner, in the allotted room, which could not be rectified. But we were shifted to another room, because of this. This was a bit of a bother.

I had to call in repeatedly for Wi-Fi issues, toilet paper and other basic amenities. Also, I could hear sounds from adjacent rooms and walking steps from upstairs. It was pretty loud.

The restaurant manager even calling while stirring; I saw the water from his mouth landing in the food. This guy should be fired. He does not give a good example to his staff. Payment in the restaurant took ages. Loud music playing in the hallway. Which was only settled after 2 calls and 20 minutes.

Sanskriti (10/5): Wonderful Stay at Kiranshree Grand - The staffs at Kiranshree Grand are very humble and try to accommodate all the requests. They arranged for a cake within a short span of time. Moreover, my parents prefer food as made in our home. Their request for home like food was also accommodated. The food, the staff, the location (just 5 min from the airport), the rooms (quite spacious) are all very nice. Definitely worth a visit.

Breakfast is okay not great! Also not sure if its a thing indian hotels that they dont want people to use the swimming pool, they open it at 9.30am and close it by 8.00pm ( exactly during the time we will be outside). People want to use the poole early morning and late night not during the active day.

And especially, woman need it badly because she always needs special washing. The food items served during breakfast and dinner (both buffet types) are great.
